Objective: To explore the effect of risperidone combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia and its influence on cognitive function. Methods: Ninety-eight schizophrenic patients in our hospital who were admitted and treated between June 2018 and December 2019 were selected. The study group was treated with risperidone combined with olanzapine, and the control group was treated with risperidone. The clinical efficacy, Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) score, Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) result and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the scores of classification completion number and correct times of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the scores of the random error number and continuous error number were higher than those of the control group; the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%, which was higher than 77.78% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the PANSS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and control group were 9.30% and 6.98%, respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Risperidone combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia can effectively reduce symptoms of patients and induce fewer adverse reactions, showing high safety and significant treatment effect. doi: https://doi.org/10.12669/pjms.37.3.3348 How to cite this:Yang L, Qi X. Abstract Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare the difference of clinical efficacy between conventional intraperitoneal chemotherapy and HIPEC, so as to explore the clinical application value and advantages of HIPEC.Design: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 80 patients with malignant ascites admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019. The general clinical data and qualitative data of the treatment results of 80 patients with malignant ascites were processed by SPSS19.0 using χ2 test and quantitative data were processed by t test. P <0.05, statistical data can be considered statistically significant.Results: 1. There was no significant change in vital signs and temperature in the observation group during the treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant 2. The short-term total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 91.11%, and the short-term total effective rate of the patients in the control group was 40%.3. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients.Conclusion: Intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy combined with intravenous chemotherapy can significantly control malignant ascites, and has small adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) combined with escitalopram in patients with depression and its effect on cognitive function. Methods: From 2016 to 2018, seventy patients with depression aged 18-65 years treated in Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University were selected. Seventy patients with depression meeting the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group using a random number table, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with escitalopram, while the observation group was additionally treated with HBO on this basis. The patients were assessed using the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) before treatment and two, four and six weeks after treatment. Results: Two weeks after treatment, HAMD score showed a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). No statistically significant differences were found in HAMD score between the two groups four and six weeks after treatment (P > 0.05). Four and six weeks after treatment, MoCA score presented statistically significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). Objective: To study and compare the clinical effects of azithromycin and erythromycin on children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods: Total 132 children with mycoplasma pneumonia who were admitted to our hospital between November 2017 and September 2018 were selected as the research subjects. All the children were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table, 66 each. The observation group was treated with azithromycin, while the control group was treated with erythromycin. The therapeutic effect, incidence of adverse reactions and disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results: The total efficacy of the observation group was 98.04%, and that of the control group was 74.51%; there was a significant difference (X2=7.184, P=0.007). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.69%, significantly lower than that in the control group (41.18%) (X2=6.376, P=0.002). The disappearance of fever, cough, rale and X ray shadow of the observation group was significantly earlier than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with erythromycin, azithromycin is more effective in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Azithromycin can further shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs and has few adverse reactions and high safety. Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of sequential butylphthalide therapy combined with dual antiplatelet therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods: One hundred and twenty-two elderly patients with ACI who were admitted to the department of neurology of our hospital at May 2016-August 2018 were selected grouped into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, 61 in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the patients in the control group were given dual antiplatelet therapy (aspirin enteric-coated tablets + clopidogrel bisulfate tablets), while the patients in the observation group were given sequential butylphthalide therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after four weeks of treatment, and the changes of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), ADL score, plasma 3-mercaptopyruvate sulphurtransferase (3-MST) and Amyloid β42 (Aβ42) levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were recorded. Results: The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in NIHSS and ADL scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS and ADL scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in plasma levels of 3-MST and AB42 between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The level of plasma 3-MST in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the level of plasma Aβ42 was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period in both groups. Conclusion: Butylphthalide sequential therapy combined with dual antiplatelet therapy is effective in the treatment of elderly ACI. Objective: To discuss the specific application of Zhuang Medicine Crystal Sugar Ye’An Decoction in senile skin pruritus and its effects on serum IgE detection level. Methods: 90 patients with senile skin pruritus admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to April 2020 were randomly grouped. The general treatment effect, itching, secondary skin lesion severity, serum IL-6, IgE level and adverse reactions between 45 patients treated with Chlorcyclizine Hydrochloride Tablets (The control group) and 45 patients treated with Crystal Sugar Ye’An Decoction were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment in the observation group was 93.33%, much higher than that in the control group, 75.56%. The difference was verified and statistically significant (P<0.05). Before the treatment, the itching area, frequency, duration and severity of secondary skin lesions were at the same level (P>0.05). After the treatment, the above data were all reduced, and the reduction of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group, indicating the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before the treatment, there was no difference in serum IL-6 and IgE test data between the two groups (P>0.05). After the treatment, the tendency all declined, and that of the observation group was more obvious, indicating the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). During the experiment, no obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion: In the treatment of patients with senile pruritus, the application of Zhuang Medicine Crystal Sugar Ye’An Decoction is not only safe and reliable, but can promote the improvement of patients’ symptoms, adjust the level of inflammatory factors, and enhance clinical efficacy.

【Abstract】Objective: Toanalyze the efficacy of combined drug therapy for elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.METHODS:Sixty-six elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension were enrolled from December 2017 to November 2018. They were randomly divided into two groups, 33 patients in each group. Patients in the experimental group received nifedipine. In combination with enalapril, patients enrolled in the control group received nifedipine monotherapy.RESULTS:Compared with the control group, the total effective rate, Serum Nitric Oxide (Serum NO) after treatment, CRP after treatment, HCY after treatment, and blood pressure after treatment were significantly improved (P<0.05). Serum NO and treatment before treatment in the 2 groups. There was no significant difference in pre-CRP, pre-treatment HCY, pre-treatment blood pressure, and adverse reactions during treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion: Theelderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension are treated with nifedipine and enalapril.

<p><strong>Objective: </strong>To study the clinical effect on the treatment of cardiac arrhythmia, and further guide the clinical treatment. <strong>Method: </strong>From January 2011 to January 2013, 100 patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Observation group patients given oral Stable heart granule treatment, while control group was treated with oral propafenone treatment. The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. <strong>Results: </strong>The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than control group and incidence of adverse reactions was lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant, <em>p</em> &lt; 0.05. The use of stable heart particles in the treatment of arrhythmia produce significant effect. <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Clinical effect for Stable heart granule on arrhythmia was significant and should widely entrenched in clinical practice.</p>

Abstract Objective:The purpose of this study is to retrospectively observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of docetaxel hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) combined with endostar in treatment of malignant ascites. Methods:56 cases of malignant ascites admitted to Zhejiang Hospital from July 2019 and October 2020 had received no less than second-line chemotherapy. The observation group (n = 29) was treated with endostar 60mg d1,4,7 Q3W intraperitoneal injection combined with docetaxel 60mg/m2 d4 HIPEC Q3W for 2 cycles. The control group (n = 27) was just treated with docetaxel 60mg/m2 d1 HIPEC Q3W for 2 cycles. The general clinical data and qualitative data of the treatment results were processed by SPSS26.0 using χ2 test, and quantitative data were processed by t test. When P < 0.05, statistical data can be considered statistically significant.Results:There were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in objective response rate (ORR) (65.5% vs 37.0%,P=0.033),in the improvement rate of KPS (48.3% vs 22.2%, P=0.042),also in the median control time (57dvs 45d,P=0.027). The incidence of III to IV adverse reactions was low, and no treatment-related death was observed. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:Endostar combined with docetaxel HIPEC has good clinical effect on malignant ascites and can improve patients’ quality of life, and the adverse reactions can be tolerated.

Objective. This study aimed to explore the clinical efficacy and relevant mechanism of Tripterygium glycosides combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium (LMWH) in the treatment of Henoch–Schönlein purpura nephritis (HSPN) in children. Methods. 64 cases of children patients with HSPN treated at Qilu Hospital (Qingdao) from January 2015 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group and 32 cases in each group. Conventional medical treatment was applied in the two groups, besides which the control group was given LMWH while the observation group was given Tripterygium glycosides based on the control group. The clinical efficacy and the indexes of clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared. Immune globulin level, fibrinogen content (FIB), prothrombin time (PT), platelet level (PLT), and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) level of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment. Results. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. After treatment, urine red blood cell count and 24 h urine protein were obviously better than those of the control group. There was no statistically significant difference in PT between the two groups of children before and after treatment. The levels of PLT and FIB in the two groups of patients after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, and the PLT levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion. The combination of Tripterygium glycosides and LMWH had good clinical effects in the treatment of children with HSPN, and it could improve the clinical symptoms, the mechanism of which might be related to the increase of PT, a decrease of PLT, and the improvement of coagulation function.

Objective: To investigate the effect of concurrent chemoradiotherapy on the survival rate and safety of patients with recurrent cervical cancer. Methods: A total of 107 patients with recurrent cervical cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into the control group (n = 53) and the observation group (n = 54) and treated conventionally. On this basis, the control group was treated with radiotherapy, and the observation group was treated with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The clinical efficacy, cellular immune index, survival rate and rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the total effective rate of 79.25% in the control group, the observation group was 94.44%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of NK, CD3+, and CD4+ in the two groups were higher than before the treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the adverse reaction rate of 18.87% in the control group, the observation group was 11.11%, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: Concurrent chemoradiotherapy for patients with recurrent cervical cancer has a significant effect, which not only can effectively improve the cellular immune index and the survival rate of patients, but also have high safety.
