A problem of future subject teachers training in conditions of Federal State Educational Standards introduction for various steps of an education system in Russia has been considered in this paper. For teacher�s ICT competence development a training program has been offered and a course �ICT Technical Means in Subject Teacher�s Professional Activity� has been developed. The course consists of two modules: �ICT Technical Means and Their Pedagogical Opportunities� and �Network Technologies and Their Application in Educational Process�. An electronic educational and methodical complex which structure is presented in this paper, being educational and methodical maintenance of this course, has been developed for training process efficiency increase. Preparation results indicators, control�s forms and methods, allowing to define a level of trainees� knowledge and abilities have been offered for the purpose of control and assessment related to training course materials� assimilation extent on two substantial modules. It has been shown that the developed course�s educational and methodical providing allows to optimize the future subject teachers� training process in higher education institution and also in system of professional development and professional retraining of pedagogical workers for the purpose of their professional competence formation in the area of ICT technical means use in educational process.

Fundamental government documents set the priority of the educational system in public policy, declaring the need for successful scientific and professional training and innovative educational activities of future specialists. The article is aimed to propose a solution to the formation of professional competence of future specialists of technical universities at the stage of modernization of education in modern Russian society. The work reveals the essence of the leading methodological approaches to solving the problem under study: competency, creative, personality-oriented, system-activity, technological, task-based approaches. A retrospective analysis made it possible to reveal the pedagogical conditions, simulating the real professional activity of students of a technical college. The ways of successful development of professional competence of future specialists are described (establishing innovative-creative environment; developing the subject position of a personality; strengthening practice-oriented activities; organizing reflection and self-reflection; using computing, information and telecommunication technologies, and systems; effective management of students' academic, scientific, and professional activities). Based on the leading principles, the methodological approaches, the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education for the preparation of future specialists in the Russian Federation, the article presents the innovative experience of the organization of educational process, which is aimed to form a professional competence among graduate students of Ryazan Institute of Moscow Polytechnic University, as well as Ryazan State Agrotechological University named after P.A. Kostychev. This study made it possible to develop and implement a block-modular structure and content of engineering and construction training of students, which includes design, organizational and managerial, information-applied, creative competencies corresponding to the types of professional activity.

The paper deals with one of the most important issues - educational and methodical support of basic vocational education program 44.03.05 Pedagogical education with two majors (bachelor level). The basic component of this support is an educational and methodological complex of the discipline. Particular attention is paid to the structure and content of the educational and methodical complex of the discipline Methods of Biology Teaching for students majoring in Biology and Geography. The author reveals methodological approaches of its design as well as the possibilities of its use for prospective Biology teachers training according to the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education. The components of the educational-methodical complex are characterized. Particular attention is paid to the design and development of the curriculum of the discipline as a key component of the teaching and methodological complex. The author describes many years experience of the use of teaching and methodological complex for pedagogical education bachelors professional competencies development. The main forms of work are presented in detail and the technologies used for organizing the educational process at the course are disclosed. The presented materials can be used by university teachers while teaching the course Methods of Biology Teaching.

The Impact

In the article, the impact of digitalization of education on the transformation of the professional competence of a social educators is analyzed; the need of the formation of digital competence of social educators in the context of the widespread implementation of information and communication technologies in the educational process is substantiated; the state of using educational Internet resources in the professional activities of social educators is analyzed; the importance of improving the level of digital competence as a component of the professional competence of social educators is substantiated; the use of digital tools as a practical toolkit for social educators is proposed; a brief overview of digital tools that will be useful in the work of a social educator is provided; a training course "Using Internet resources in the work of a social educator" developed by authors is presented; the course consists of four modules in accordance with the main directions of the social educator's activities, in particular, diagnostic, developmental, educational and preventive work; the course has a practical focus, for the implementation of practical tasks, adapted to the professional activity of a social educator, instructional and methodological materials are developed that make it possible to conduct the course both offline and online; the course is developed on the principles of accessibility, comprehensibility, professional orientation and motivation; to implement the developed course, it is recommended to use the Google Classroom platform, which makes it possible to combine traditional and innovative forms and methods of teaching, which is especially important in the context of the introduction of distance and blended learning; the results of approbation of the developed course, which was conducted for social educators of the Nadvirnyansky district of Ivano-Frankivsk region are presented; taking into account the results of approbation, the conclusion is given about the advisability of using the course for the professional growth of social educators, including for the formation of the readiness of a social educator for the implementation of digital tools into professional activities.

The article describes the creation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of the future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies. The purpose of this article is to investigate the conditions facilitating the formation of professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies, to create and use application software aimed at increasing the efficiency as well as the degree of automation for providing educational services. According to the purpose, the following tasks have been assigned: pedagogical conditions for the formation of the professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies have been proposed; the complex of circumstances necessary for ensuring positive dynamics in the formation of the professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies has been studied; some ways of improving the formation of the professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies have been considered; the ways of raising the professional skills level (proficiency level) of higher education applicants through the development of software applications for educational purposes have been analysed; the project alongside with the software that automates and optimizes the tasks of the subjects of the educational process as well as provides an opportunity to receive relevant and timely information concerning the organization of the educational process have been elaborated; a client-centred education schedule for students of higher education institutions has been developed, taking into account the specificities of the optimal online route. The project includes the following stages: preparatory (cognitive-information), selection of days, time, audience (issues), hierarchyzation of these issues, selection of starting and ending points of the route, after which the route scheme and its optimization are developed. The development of the route scheme and the elaboration of its software are inextricably linked parallel processes. The article shows the problems of improving the quality of Russian education related to the understanding of the essence of competencies. In spite of the constant «updates» of the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education (FES of HE), there is no obvious qualitative change in the solution of this problem. And first of all, it refers to what is not clear: what and how students should be taught, although the standards define that students should have the necessary competencies to perform a professional activity. However, despite numerous discussions, a clear understanding of the scientific essence of the concept of «competence», as a rule, is not given anywhere. And this today, in our opinion, is the main problem and obstacle in the qualitative improvement of the educational process in domestic universities.

The modern labor market, focused on the level of the technological progress, makes a set of requirements for university graduates, which are based on fluency in a foreign language. The protracted period of the pandemic forced to transfer the educational process in universities to an online format, for which the entire existing potential of e-learning of universities was used (electronic information and educational environment + modern information and communication technologies + competencies of teachers). But the question is whether the employer will be satisfied with the results of teaching young specialists a foreign language through ICT alone. The article makes an attempt to analyze the positive and negative aspects of teaching a foreign language, exclusively using the electronic information and educational environment of an organization. The article describes approaches to the construction of modern educational communication, the improvement of methodological and technological components of the courses organization for the improvement of the qualification of practical psychologists of pre-school establishments in accordance with the social order of the society. Outlined the institution of postgraduate pedagogical education teacher approaches to the development and application in the educational process information and communication technologies - LMS Google Classroom, as platforms of educational and network synchronous or asynchronous communication. This paper examines some aspects of professional training in linguists specialising in “Translation and Translation Studies” within competence-based approach that are of importance for competence development in translation/ interpreting. Professional competence is developed through knowledge acquiring and mastering the skills graduates need to translate and interpret. The content analysis of professional training and training in translation / interpreting allows of exploring methods to increase effectiveness of the educational process as well as correlate competences in the federal state educational standard in linguistics and competences required in translation market.
