The article is devoted to the problem of integrating the introduction of information technologies into the process of implementing vocational training, monitoring the quality of education and science, and introducing various technologies for diagnosing external and internal audit of a higher educational organization. As a result of the research, a model for the automated information space of an institution of higher education is developed, which consists of three interrelated blocks: information collection, information processing and an effective block.

The article argues that the relevance of providing the quality of the official website content of modern universities is predetermined by the objective requirements of the present day, such as the priority of the state policy in the field of integration of higher educational institutions into the European education space, the globalization of information technologies and increasing of the Internet activity among the population. The subject of the study is the features of the websites' information content of the universities from different countries. It is determined that the website content of a modern institution of higher education contains information on various types of university activities (educational, scientific, pedagogic, financial, and marketing). The content of websites of foreign and universities was analyzed according to the following criteria: language; informativeness; utility; administrative and financial transparency; technical design. The analysis of website content of various universities was carried out in accordance the availability of information of university’s general characteristics, of the organization of the university’s educational process and features of student life, of university's scientific activities, of ways of advertising and the formation of a positive image of an educational institution in the imagination of Internet visitors. The attention is focused on the features of the websites' information content of the leading foreign and domestic universities. The main distinctions are in the ways of positioning the institution in the future; outlining the competitive advantages of an educational institution and highlighting the opportunities for improving the quality of the educational process; popularizing the university's scientific activities, and identifying the ways to confirm the reputation of the university. It is proved that the development of top-quality content contributes to the improvement of the image of the higher educational institution on the Internet, as well as increases the competitiveness of the university in the market of educational services both in the country and abroad. Awareness of the relevance of providing the quality of the official website content of the institution of higher education allows to tackle the problem of creating and distributing vital, unique, classified, and interesting information.

This article reveals the essence of the assessment of teachers’ activities. The authors show the importance of a comprehensive assessment of this activity. Today, comprehensive assessment of the activities of teachers is an urgent problem that determines the purpose of the work - the development of a model for evaluating the activities of teachers in an educational organization. The degree of development of this issue depends on the quality of education in general. Therefore, the authors not only developed a model for assessing the activities of teachers, but also conducted a study that revealed the results of introducing a rating model into the activities of an educational institution. On the basis of the results obtained in the future, work in an educational organization for the evaluation of the activities of teaching staff will be improved.

Accreditation is the recognition and assessment of the authorities on the quality of education in the educational institution. This recognition or assessment is to provide assurance to the community that the institution is feasible and becomes the main reference for the learning process to occur, so that the output is guaranteed and can be used by the community of graduates of the educational institution. Basically, the school always strives to improve the accreditation of its school with the aim that the school gets an accreditation rating that is better than the accreditation value of the previous five years. Therefore, the school is trying to prepare well all the things needed in school accreditation, starting from the preparation stage to the implementation stage of school accreditation. The purpose of this study was to determine the school's efforts to improve school accreditation. This research uses a double hermeneutic approach which is none other than the qualitative research subtype of Giddens with this type of research being descriptive. This study found that the efforts made by the school accreditation team in both SMP Negeri 9 Padang and SMP Negeri 36 Padang were the same effort. The efforts included: filling the accreditation instrument and the accreditation supporting data and information collection (IPDIP) instrument. prepare all accreditation documents and supporting information (IPDIP) of accreditation, complete school accreditation documents / data, take time before going home or on holidays to prepare school accreditation documents, appoint more professional teachers in PBM to be assessed as accreditation assessors, complete facilities and school infrastructure, decorating the accreditation assessment room as attractive as possible, inviting the school committee on the day of the school accreditation assessment

Purpose: The problem of the quality of education concerns not only Russia but also the entire world community. Many developed countries are concerned about the current state of education and are trying to improve their quality. One of the leading trends in the modernization of education in Russia is increasing attention to the problem of improving its quality, which requires the development of conceptual approaches to finding ways to solve it. Methodology: In pedagogical terms, the quality of education is considered from two positions: firstly, as the degree of compliance of the educational system with the established requirements and the quality of educational services provided by the educational institution; secondly, as the effectiveness of the educational process that meets the needs of social customers not only in terms of assimilation of a certain amount of knowledge by students, but also the development of their personality, cognitive and creative abilities. Result: The choice of an actual and effective educational program is interesting not only for the consumer but also for the educational organization (institution), as it is a quality program in many sectors of education that affects the competitiveness of the educational organization. Applications: This research can be used for universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality: In this research, the model of the Organization of Monitoring in the Quality Management System of the Educational Process when Training of Specialists is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner.

The relevance of the article is due to the fact that providing a high level of quality of education for a modern educational organization is the main strategic goal. By the quality of education, Federal state educational standards of higher education imply the students' achievement of competences as the learning results in a university. However, today there is a problem of how to measure these competences. The article reveals the main theoretical and practical approaches to the developing and using tests as diagnostic tools for assessing the quality of training students: the requirements that must be followed when creating tests, the types of assessing that are conducted by testing, the comparative characteristics of regulatory-oriented and criteria-oriented types of testing are presented. The article also presents the possibilities of using tests within the competence approach, describes the features and advantages of the testing methods with the application of information technologies.

Distance learning is currently one of the most topical problems at the intersection of technical and pedagogical disciplines. The widespread introduction of distance learning in secondary and higher education has revealed a significant layer of problems that should be addressed by information technologies specialists, teachers, scientists, psychologists in cooperation with officials. The article proposes to evaluate the conditions of educational activities, which ensure the quality of education, during public accreditation of an educational organization. The approach is based on the use of the mechanism of external independent evaluation, conducted by a public organization, to determine the level of an educational organization in order to promote consistent improvement in the quality of the processes of providing and implementing educational activities. A number of indicators that can be expressed quantitatively are proposed. The work of the educational organization to ensure the quality of education in this case can be evaluated on the basis of the proposed indicators.

To determine the quality of teacher performance, an educational institution must conduct a process of evaluating the performance of its teachers. MTsS YASPI College Foundation Labuhan Deli is one of the educational institutions that always improves the quality of education in schools. Teacher performance appraisal at Labuhan Deli YASPI schools is still done conventionally, so there are many assessment criteria and it takes a long time to evaluate the teacher's performance. This study aims to optimize the teacher performance appraisal process to be faster and more precise. The method used is Profile Matching. The results of this study can determine the teacher's performance more precisely by 100%. So that this research can be recommended as an appropriate system in evaluating teacher performance in schools
