The article deals with one of the priorities of the modern primary school, reflected in the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of the Primary Education of the Second Generation, the formation of information literacy of students. It describes the characteristics of three groups of informational educational activities, including the readiness of the younger schoolchildren: to use the source of information; understand and present information in different forms; evaluate the reliability, reliability of this or received information. The difficulties faced by elementary school students in mastering information and educational activities are analyzed. The directions of work of the teacher to overcome them and improve the information culture of students are outlined.

The article deals with the formation of information literacy of primary schoolchildren as an urgent problem of modern Russian education. The use of information and communication technologies by all participants in the learning process in primary school is dictated by the requirements of such regulatory documents as the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" and the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education. The features of the creation of an electronic information and educational environment (EIEE) and the didactic possibilities of using the Moodle distance system during the formation of skills and abilities by younger students, reflecting the required level of knowledge of information culture, are revealed.

До сих пор образование школьников не решило ряд проблем, поставленных федеральным государственным образовательным стандартом. Одной из таких проблем является неумение многих современных молодых людей работать с информацией. С целью решить эту проблему стандартом предусмотрено обучение школьников смысловому чтению (СЧ) и работе с текстом. Для того чтобы ученики научились самостоятельно учиться и организовывать свою жизнь, необходимо умение пользоваться информацией, которое развивается через СЧ. В настоящее время этому обучают на предметах гуманитарного цикла, в основном на литературе. Не все учителя представляют смысл СЧ, важность развития действия СЧ. Многим не хватает приемов, чтобы вызвать мотивацию для его успешного освоения. Авторами анализируется понятие «смысловое чтение». Предлагается организовать проблемную познавательную деятельность при подготовке к СЧ учащихся начальной школы через умение задавать вопросы, затем использовать это умение в проблемной организации деятельности с учащимися основной школы при обучении работе с текстом, подробно – структурированию текста, а далее применять в старшей школе при использовании рефлексивного чтения. Представленные способы организации работы с учащимися по постепенному освоению СЧ дают успешные результаты. At present, the education of schoolchildren has not solved a number of problems posed by the federal state educational standard. One of these problems is the inability of many young people today to work with information. To solve this problem, the standard provides for teaching of schoolchildren to semantic reading and work with text. In order for students to learn how to study independently and organize their lives, it is necessary to use information, which develops through semantic reading (SC). Currently, this is taught in the subjects of the humanities cycle, mainly in literature. Not all teachers understand the meaning of the midrange, the importance of developing the action of the midrange. Many people lack techniques to motivate them to master it successfully. The author analyzes the meaning of the concept of sematic reading, it is proposed to organize problem cognitive activity in preparation for semantic reading of elementary school students through the ability to ask questions. Then use this skill in the problematic organization of activities with students of the basic school when teaching how to work with text, in detail – text structuring, and then apply it in high school when using reflective reading. The proposed methods of organizing work with students on the gradual mastering of semantic reading give successful results.

The paper discusses the issue of how to achieve planned meta-object training outcomes of primary school students, namely, to develop generalpurpose educational activities, in terms of the requirements, introduced by the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education. Difficulties encountered by schoolchildren when mastering general-purpose educational activities are described, as well as specifics of organizing the educational process, aimed at forming and enhancing cognitive, communicational and regulative educational activities, given the specific features of subjects taught in the primary school.

The article discusses the problem of creating of health culture in the first stage of systematic school that determined by the provisions of the Federal state educational standard of the second generation. The features of the process of formation of the valuable relation to the “health” concept at the elementary school students are considered, taking into account the difficulties caused by age-related characteristics of the children in this age group. The article expands an integrative approach to the formation of the younger students healthy and safe way of life based on the content of the contribution of different subjects of primary school education program.

Federal State Educational Standard brings the school attention to the task of forming civil identity, which harmonize ethnic and regional, all-Russian and universal identity. The aim of the article is researching of genesis of civil identity in Russia and basing the means of its formation. The problem of lack of harmony among ethno-cultural, all-Russian and universal structural components of identity is revealed as a result of pedagogical theory and practice analysis. The program of extracurricular educational activities for their harmonization is proposed.

The article considers different approaches to the formation of orthographical correctness of younger schoolchildren. The conditions of effective development of correct writing by younger schoolchildren and its transformation into orthographical correctness are analyzed. In terms of realization of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary Education the author proposed the working practices that allow the educator to achieve the high level of orthographical correctness of the primary school students in the process of systematic studying of Russian language.

The article considers the issue of the formation of functional literacy when conducting mathematics lessons in a secondary school, taking into account the use of intrasubject communications. Methodology and research methods. Research is based on a system-structural and activity-based approach. Results. First of all, attention is paid to the consideration of the concept of functional literacy, the question of assessing the level of development of functional literacy and the means to assess this level of development is considered. Examples of specific tasks of an interdisciplinary nature that are used to determine the level of development of the Federal State Educational Standard of Basic General Education are given. Formal and substantive approaches in mathematics, the possibilities of their application in the framework of intrasubject communications as a means of developing functional literacy of high school students are considered. The issues of synchronization of educational material as a key element in the implementation of intrasubject communications are considered. The practical significance of the work. The directions of changing approaches to the implementation of intrasubject relations of mathematics with other areas of knowledge as the basis for achieving meta-subject educational results of the Federal State Standard of Basic General Education are revealed. The question of the connection of meta-subject educational results as the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of LLC and the functional literacy of students, as well as means of assessing the level of formation of functional literacy, is considered. Particular attention is paid to mathematical literacy as one of the key components of functional literacy. In this regard, examples of tasks from other subject areas are considered that require the use of mathematical literacy as a component of functional literacy as part of the assessment of subject achievements of students. The main recommendations on the implementation of intrasubject communications to achieve meta-subject educational results are formulated.
