Abstract. The development of a series of information trends, such as electronic computers derived from information technology, plays a positive role in modern society. The development of technology, information technology and various means of communication have a significant impact on public relations activity; especially in government institutions. Many government institutions have invested these means in their management system, in order to facilitate the goals of the institution, and ultimately the interaction between the internal and external public. In this theoretical research, I tried to explain the impact of the new media on public relations in the public administration, based on the views of specialists. The aim of the research is to know the use of the new media of public relations and how in the system of public administration, as well as, Explaining the role it plays in public relations activities of government institutions. Add to this, analyzing the way of how new media and public relations participate in the birth of e-government. In the results, it is clear that the new media has facilitated public relations between the public and other institutions, as it strengthened relations between them

The article deals with the organization of project-based education applied in the supplementary higher vocational education system and considers the needs of modern society in the context of creating a Priority Development Area. (PDA). In the article, the authors present the architecture of the integrated model of traditional and project-based learning in the supplementary vocational education system, offer practical recommendations on the organization and implementation of project activities in the staff training demanded in PDA. The article reflects the results of introducing the integrated model of traditional and project-based learning in the supplementary vocational education system.

The advancement in information technology has transformed the world. There has been a tremendous impact of information technology on contemporary vocational education. This chapter highlights the impact of information technology on vocational education paradigm in China. In general, education paradigm has gone through three stages: empirical imitation education, computer-aided education, and data-driven education. China's vocational education is experiencing a transformation of paradigm from teaching support to learning support. This work is focused on how to construct a learning support paradigm in China's vocational education system through information technology. The Open University of China creating an innovative approach to learning support paradigm is discussed and three key elements of strategy for constructing a learning support paradigm of vocational education through information technology are presented in the chapter.

This article discusses the possibilities of using phenomenon-oriented learning in institutions of secondary vocational education, the impact of learning based on phenomena on the integration of general education and vocational training, as well as the importance of the phenomenon-based approach for the development of students’ personality. The author prepared a brief overview of the existing experience in the implementation of phenomenon-based learning in education, including making a comparison with the integrated approach in education widely used in the 20s of the last century in our country, identified the differences between the integrated approach and phenomenon-based learning, and also conducted an experiment on the introduction of elements of phenomenon-based learning in the process of studying the discipline “Information technology in professional activity” for college students. The results of the study showed that the introduction of phenomenon-based learning into the educational process contributes to the development of a harmonious personality of the student, the development of creativity skills and the ability to independently work with information, and increases the motivation of students to study.
