As a typical representative of tourism resources, the spatial distribution of A-level scenic spots has a profound impact on the layout of tourism industry. Scenic spot accessibility is also important for the development of tourism. However, the relationship of regional accessibility and spatial distribution of A-level scenic spots are understudied. The study used quantitative geography and geographic information system spatial analysis methods and analyzed the evolution of spatial distribution and regional accessibility of A-level scenic spots in Guangdong Province from 2001 to 2020. The results present the following: 1. Agglomeration distribution is the main distribution type of A-level scenic spots in Guangdong Province, and the spatial distribution is unbalanced. 2. From 2001 to 2020, the spatial distribution of A-level scenic spots in 21 prefecture-level cities of Guangdong Province has gradually developed from "wide gap" to "relatively reasonable." 3. Distribution density of A-level scenic spots in Guangdong Province has evolved into the main core area of high density. 4. Center of the gravity of A-level scenic spots in Guangdong Province developed from east to west during 2002–2007 and moved to the east after 2007. 5. Accessibility between A-level scenic spots and tourist source areas in Guangdong Province is good, with an evident aggregation phenomenon. This study reveals the spatial distribution evolution law and regional accessibility of A-level scenic spots, which is conducive to healthy, sustainable, and stable development of tourism in Guangdong Province.

This article is devoted to the analysis of the factors aimed at ensuring the sustainability of development, as well as certain markers of the presence of the stable development of the Russian Federation regions. As part of the work, it is planned to analyze the relationship of digital development in the country and its effective effects for the process of interregional differentiation in modern conditions of a prolonged economic crisis, aggravated by an unfavorable epidemiological situation. In this case, particular importance should be given to the analysis of the ecological component as a factor that predetermines the possibility of the development and implementation of certain technologies. Due to the dynamic assessment of the decoupling effect, the differentiation of regions is assumed, the analysis of the tendency towards a decrease in the inconsistency of the development models of territories. Herewith, special attention is focused on the factor of a potential further decrease in differentiation based on an increase in the sustainability of economic and environmental development processes.

Mangrove reforestation is often carried out in various regions or regions, but information about the relationship of environmental factors and the distribution of fauna associations is still very minimal. The Principal Component Analysis (PCA) study on the correlation of environmental factors and the spatial distribution of the molusks community in the Seribu Islands mangrove reforestation area was conducted in March 2014 with the aim of analyzing environmental factors for the diversity and presence of the molusks. Environmental factors are measured insecurely, while the moluccan community is collected by making line transects and plots measuring 10 x 10 m2 and in the size of 10 x 10 m2, a small plot of 1 x 1 m2 is made. The results of the study show that environmental factors are not so different between stations and do not exceed the quality standard for the lives of 4 species of mollusks, where the parameters of aquatic pH are the environmental factors that most influence their distribution.Keywords: environmental factors, distribution, mollusks community, mangrove reforestation, Seribu Islands

As the development of tourism industry and changes in tourism demand, the competition between area tourism industries has become more and more fierce. The synergetic development is very important in optimizing the industrial structure, upgrading the tourism industry level and promoting industrial transformation. This paper analyzes the relationship of synergy development and urban tourism competitiveness, and discusses the problems encountered during tourism integrating in Jiangsu. Based on the discussion, this paper also puts forward some suggestions for exalting urban tourism competitiveness.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between global cities and international tourism with particular reference to the recent experiences of Tokyo which has recently seen a marked increase in arrivals. It addresses questions of the standing of Tokyo as a global city and tourist destination, how the two functions are connected and why changes are occurring. Design/methodology/approach The methodology employed is that of an empirical case study based on the analysis of published materials drawn from a diversity of sources. Findings The defining characteristics of global cities are generally conducive to their function as international tourist destinations. They possess a wealth of tourism resources and amenities which facilitate inbound tourist flows. Tokyo is a prominent example of a global city, but has tended to attract fewer visitors than others in that category. The recent significant growth in arrivals is attributed to changes in the tourism industry and wider environment, yet some challenges remain before it can catch up with its counterparts. Originality/value Fresh insights are afforded into the implications of global city status for tourism and the development of Tokyo as a destination which tends to have been neglected in the literature.

Species interactions are often context-dependent and complex, such as the grasshopper community and phytoecommunity. The adoption of grasshopper abundance and vegetation community was determined by topographical heterogeneity. However, it remains vague about how vegetation community, such as coverage abundance and height, influence the spatial distribution pattern of grasshopper abundance at the altitude gradient. Using Geostatistical methods in natural grassland of the upper reaches of Heihe River to quantitatively study the relationship of spatial correlation. A 3 years investigation was shown that 3149 grasshoppers were collected, belonging to 3 families, 10 genera, and 13 species. The semivariable function of grasshopper abundance and vegetation community followed a nonlinear model. Meanwhile, horizontal distribution of two communities was a clear flaky and plaque distribution pattern, especially at the altitude gradient. The abundance of grasshoppers is opposite to the height and coverage of vegetation and the overall followability of coverage, while the local following is consistent. Such as grasshopper abundance, the above 2750m sample with the opposite trend, the following areas are consistent. Finally, grasshoppers have the different choice on different vegetation characteristics in different directions, formed of specific trend characteristics; and the spatial distribution trend is different even with the same community indicators, formed of embedded striped patches structure.

This chapter deals with the evaluation and identification of professional tourism educational and training competences with the purpose of recognizing the main characteristics of labour capacity in the tourism industry. Tourism is promoted through education, as well as through the development of skills and tools that result in an optimal labour performance during the stages of school training. Moreover, it describes the relationship of knowledge management in the tourism sector that leads to quality in human capital, in addition to professional alignment, in an educational context. As this section focuses on the overview of professional tourism, the following components are considered; the preamble and classification of the tourism industry, the conceptualization of educational evaluation and competence, and concludes with the description and analysis of the works targeted at the evaluation and identification of professional competences in tourism.

The caatinga is characteristic of the semi-arid region of Brazil, of significant coverage in the northeast of the country and, therefore, geoprocessing and statistical techniques can be important tools to analyze the environmental factors associated with its distribution. The present study had the objective of analyzing the relationship of: altimetry, slope, soil type and river proximity in the spatial distribution of the caatinga vegetation, using a database generated by geoprocessing techniques. NDVI was used, and statistical analysis was based on multiple regression and Pearson's correlation. The results show that the weather station is the only variable that presented a high determination coefficient with the caatinga vegetation (R2 = 0.956), while the other independent variables have weak or nonexistent correlation. With the techniques of geoprocessing was allowed to observe that the Caatinga has a generalist spatial distribution of occurrence, not having a defined pattern.

Climate and weather are important factors that determine winter tourism destinations and snow resources and temperature affect the income of the winter tourism industry. Against the background of climate change, abnormal fluctuations in climate elements bring a series of challenges for winter tourism and cause potential losses to the tourism industry. To effectively assess and plan winter tourism destinations, this study establishes the snow abundance and meteorological suitability indices from snow resource and weather conditions to express winter tourism resources, respectively. The coupling relationship of the two indices was used to analyze the spatial suitability of winter tourism destinations based on the copula function. By case analysis, it was found that the Frank copula one is the best fitting function for winter tourism suitability analysis. The Yushu–Jiutai–Yitong–Dongliao line is the boundary of spatial suitability in the study area. The eastern areas of the boundary have great potential for winter tourism and could strive to develop ice-snow projects, whereas the western regions are relatively weak. This study has guiding significance for winter tourism destination development and resource spatial layout.
