The potential of using information technology for socio-economic development of the country and the life quality of every citizen is quite significant now in Ukraine. The aim of the article is to study the modern possibilities of using information technologies, namely, adaptations of accounting and analytical support in the conditions of diffusion of socio-economic values to increase the welfare of the population. The methods of divergence and convergence, rationality and irrationality were used in the work - to search for effective tools for regulating national and international financial relations in Ukraine in the context of the challenges of globalization; methods of analysis of cognitive data – to determine the forms and directions of digital hygiene in Ukrainian society; conceptualization of consequences and the duality of assessing results - to illustrate the reflection of the current state of development of the analytical basis and levelling Ukraine’s dependence on financial hedonism, which currently prevails in the world. Specific areas of application of innovative technologies are proposed, such as tourism services and hotel and restaurant business. Ensuring the competitiveness of national industries as a result of their use of innovative behaviour and the development of new technologies and the accumulation by economically active subjects of innovative knowledge and empirical skills ensures the introduction of new information technologies in various spheres of human life, with no exception of tourism and restaurant industry. The modern industry of restaurant and tourism business has been actively using specialized software and global computer networks in recent years to increase the efficiency of the placement and search of information, the activation of promotion and services marketing, and the improvement of the quality of customer service, as this is an important condition for the quality of such services. Thus, integration aspirations in the global socio-economic system should be supplemented by facilitating access to advanced information technologies within the country itself. This is a necessary condition for the process of diffusion of socio-economic development and innovative knowledge that should be accumulated in the country. Keywords: innovation, technology transfer, welfare, socio-economic development, accounting and analytical support

Insecurity has become an important challenge to global human development. While wars among countries have reduced in the 21st century compared to previous centuries, civil wars and other forms of internal violence and conflicts have continued to have devastating effects on human populations. This paper aims to examine the relationship between aspect of human security and socio-economic development in Ilorin metropolis. Primary data were sourced through structured questionnaire coupled with personal interviews to elicit responses to work on. Secondary data were sourced from published documents of the National Population Commission and the State Bureau of Statistics, journals, and other relevant literatures. Data collected were analysed using the Z-score, Lorenz curve, and Regression analyses. The study reveals that the present adaptive and institutional strategies aimed at mitigating human insecurity in the study area are rather insufficient. Using the widest bow of the Lorenz curve, the level of disparity is 18%, depicting a disparity in the pattern of socio-economic development. The conclusion from the study is that many of the sampled respondents still find it hard to satisfy their basic needs from the environment in socially acceptable standards. Given this, the following recommendations are made to improve the quality of human life in Ilorin. Policy makers should be committed to the task of advancing the socio-economic well-being of urban dwellers. Government should help by implementing policies addressing basic human security especially through the provision of infrastructural facilities, and employment opportunities thereby helping to shape the quality of life and income diversification.

Subject. The article considers functioning and development of process flows of transportation and logistics system of a smart city. Objectives. The study identifies factors and dependencies of the quality of human life on the organization and management of stream processes. Methods. I perform a comparative analysis of previous studies, taking into account the uniquely designed results, and the econometric analysis. Results. The study builds multiple regression models that are associated with stream processes, highlights interdependent indicators of temporary traffic and pollution that affect the indicator of life quality. However, the identified congestion indicator enables to predict the time spent in traffic jams per year for all participants of stream processes. Conclusions. The introduction of modern intelligent transportation systems as a component of the transportation and logistics system of a smart city does not fully solve the problems of congestion in cities at the current rate of urbanization and motorization. A viable solution is to develop cooperative and autonomous intelligent transportation systems based on the logistics approach. This will ensure control over congestion, the reduction of which will contribute to improving the life quality of people in urban areas.

The article considers the territorial and natural resource potential of Syria, which can ensure the development of the country's economy and social sphere in the XXI century. In post-conflict conditions. This potential is very diverse and includes, among other things, a strategic aspect - hydrocarbon reserves that have ensured the socio-economic development of the country for several decades. The author comes to the conclusion that at present it is important for Syria not so much to develop and restore the extraction of natural resources, as to improve the quality of human capital, which, in the digital era, has, according to the author, much higher efficiency as a factor of production.
