In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards, more and more people choose rural leisure tourism to relax, which temporarily helps them escape from the stress of busy work. General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized while attending the discussion of the 19th National People's Congress of Guizhou Province that it is not only necessary to encourage the development of country farmhouses, but also shall analyze and forecast rural tourism, and develop measures in advance to ensure the sustainable development of rural tourism. As a new emerging tourism project, rural tourism has been being accepted by all kinds of people. The prosperous development of rural tourism can not only effectively promote the development of rural economy and win the battle against poverty, but also is beneficial to the overall development between urban and rural areas. However, due to a lack of policy support and adequate public management during the development of rural tourism, the development of rural tourism in many areas has shown a disorganized state. In this paper, it analyzes the formulation of the government's public management mechanism in the current rural tourism development process, which will effectively improve the quality of rural tourism development, give a full play to the government's public management functions, and ensure stable development of the rural tourism industry.

The article discusses the development of rural tourism. Attention is drawn to the forms and methods of promoting services in this sphere of tourism, which is especially important during a period of growing relevance of domestic tourism and a change in the paradigm of recreation. The authors point out that the promotion of rural tourism should be associated not only with the search for technical methods of promotion, but also with a change in the socio-cultural paradigm of perception of rural tourism as a sphere of organization of recreation and recreation. The authors attach great importance to rural tourism as a business sector capable of exerting a positive influence on the rural economy in the conditions of a general crisis in rural areas and the degradation of rural settlements. Today as never before conservation of rural space as economically active and socially sustainable is the most important task. This is especially true for the Altai Territory. The agrarian-industrial region is experiencing serious economic and social problems related both to changes in the structure of the regional economy and degradation of rural areas. One of the tools tactive for optimizing the state of rural areas in the Altai Region can be rural tourism, which is actively developing and requires high attention from both science and government agencies, the sphere of activity.

AbstractAn approach to sustainable tourism through clusters is considered an appropriate strategy in less-developed rural areas of tourist-oriented countries, such as Croatia. This paper clarifies the key challenges of the development of tourism clusters in the region of Gorska Hrvatska and provides new data for an approach to sustainable rural tourism development. Using available secondary data from governmental bodies, non-governmental organizations, protected areas of Gorska Hrvatska, and primary data of the Lika Destination Cluster, the paper explores the key challenges of developing a cluster of tourism and selective forms of tourism. Most tourism clusters in Croatia have remained in the first phase of development for years, even though this approach has failed to to achieve significant results. The key benefits of networking and branding in rural areas are identified and defined, but these potentials are still largely underutilized. The objective of this study is to provide practical recommendations to the Croatian tourism industry on how to learn from the suggested best practices and how to implement them effectively. For that purpose, the case of sustainable tourism located in the Gorska Hrvatska region, called the Lika Destination Cluster is analyzed.

In this sense, all kinds of tourism propaganda must be enhanced, which affirmed the value of tourism (for example the eco-pasture Štavna), which would lead to a more comprehensive tourism development that would provide a profitable economic performance. Topicality. The article covers the issues of implementation of marketing tools for the development of the ecological direction of rural tourism. Tourism development can become a "catalyst" for economic growth in rural areas: tourism activity is attractive to small start-up investments, because for peasants who have very limited funds, this is a practically crucial moment; tourism is a profitable branch of economy with a high level of profitability, with a minimum payback period, which is very important for the quick income generation. Aim and tasks. The only way to solve systemic problems in the field of tourism is a strategically oriented state policy, the main task of which is to define tourism as one of the main priorities of the state, the introduction of economic and legal mechanisms for the successful conduct of tourism business, investment mechanisms for the development of tourism infrastructure, information and marketing activities with formation of tourist image of Ukraine. Research results. Results For the successful development of rural tourism and tourism in general in Ukraine, it is necessary to ensure the integrated development of territories, in particular the creation of favorable conditions for attracting investment in the development of tourism infrastructure by: monitoring investment proposals for the development of tourism infrastructure in the regions; preparation of a cathlass of investment projects in the field of tourism and resorts to represent potential domestic and foreign investors; the involvement of investment projects in the field of tourism and resorts in international fairs of investment projects. wner village (guest) houses can not independently provide a wide range of leisure activities for their guests. Therefore, they need to cooperate with other structures that serve the guests of the village. Usually such partners are: objects of community food (taverns, bars, roadside cafes); owners of means of transport (traditional, retro options); centers of folk crafts and crafts production; artistic and ethno-folk groups; municipal and private museums; the administration of natural parks. Supporting the region in resource support: - cartographic and advertising-cartographic support, as a rule, is necessary at the level of the region (the only tourist area); - Information and advertising resources of the region (TV and other mass media, regional specialized sites, etc.); - training for tourism industry: effective coordination at the regional level; - Information and advisory support: effective organization at the regional level (including, with the involvement of external expertise, including international). Conclusions. In order to achieve the goals within the specified priority areas, it is necessary to ensure effective interaction of legal, organizational, economic and financial mechanisms of state regulation of tourism and resorts development. Prospects for rural tourism development in Ukraine appear to be potentially favorable given the presence of significant natural resources. he flowering of rural recreation should take place under active cooperation with nature conservation institutions of a certain region (according to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Nature Reserve Fund of Ukraine", subject to compliance with the environmental protection regime established by this Law and other acts of Ukrainian legislation, provides use them for recreational and other recreational purposes). Ukraine has powerful natural and recreational opportunities, for example, five biosphere reserves, national natural parks: Carpathian, Hutsulshchyna, Vyzhnytsky, Yavorivsky.

This study used panel to identify the relationship between air transport and rural tourism in Thailand. The data covered eleven airports in Thailand from 2009 to 2018 (10 years). The airports are located in the eleven poorest provinces in the country, based on the gross provincial product per capita. The study included the total number of air traveler arrivals as the dependent variable and the total number of flight movements, provincial tourism revenue and the average monthly income per household as the independent variables, and used an autoregressive distributed lag model to identify the relationship between air transport and rural areas in Thailand. The results of the study indicate that increasing demand for air transport to rural provinces is significantly and positively generating an increasing number of flights and a decline in tourism revenue and household income in the eleven provinces in the long run. The development of the air transport industry alone is not enough to alleviate the income inequality; it is suggested that provincial governments need to develop the tourism industry and infrastructure further to bring greater benefits to society and to reduce income inequality in the country.
