Long range interpersonal communication benefits gather data on clients' social contacts, make an expansive interrelated informal organization, and open to clients how they are connected to others in the system. The basic of an OSN contains of customized client profiles, which for the most part encase interests (e.g. bought in intrigue gatherings), perceiving data (e.g. name and photograph), and individual contacts (e.g. rundown of connected clients, alleged "companions"). The ability to accumulate and inspect such information conveys particular chances to perceive the central belief systems of interpersonal organizations, their creation, movement and attributes. These sorts of informal communities are classified to be specific scholarly, general and area based interpersonal organizations. In this paper, we concentrated on the area based interpersonal organizations. Here, we investigations the diverse kinds of information that utilizations in area based interpersonal organizations and furthermore examine the effect of online datasets on neighborhood based interpersonal organization.

The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence with achievement motivation in packaged home schooling community students. The population in this study were 50 packaged home schooling community students, where the sampling technique was saturated sampling (census), because the population was the same as the sample. Based on the results of data analysis using multivariate correlation with the help of SPSS 15.0, research results obtained with a correlation coefficient of 0.657 with p <0.05, then H0 which states there is no correlation between interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence is rejected, while Ha which states there is a correlation between Interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence are accepted. Based on the description above it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation with the positive direction between interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence with achievement motivation in packaged home schooling community students. So, the better interpersonal communication and the higher the emotional intelligence will be followed by the higher achievement motivation Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Emotional Inteligence, Achievemnet Motivation.

Milgram empirically showed that people knowing only connections to their friends could locate any person in the U.S. in a few steps. Later research showed that social network topology enables a node aware of its full routing to find an arbitrary target in even fewer steps. Yet, the success of people in forwarding efficiently knowing only personal connections is still not fully explained. To study this problem, we emulate it on a real location-based social network, Gowalla. It provides explicit information about friends and temporal locations of each user useful for studies of human mobility. Here, we use it to conduct a massive computational experiment to establish new necessary and sufficient conditions for achieving social search efficiency. The results demonstrate that only the distribution of friendship edges and the partial knowledge of friends of friends are essential and sufficient for the efficiency of social search. Surprisingly, the efficiency of the search using the original distribution of friendship edges is not dependent on how the nodes are distributed into space. Moreover, the effect of using a limited knowledge that each node possesses about friends of its friends is strongly nonlinear. We show that gains of such use grow statistically significantly only when this knowledge is limited to a small fraction of friends of friends.

This research aims to investigate the implementation of politeness in the language of lecturers and students as well as students and students through online lectures at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka on the WhatsApp application. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on research, namely the fulfillment and violations of the principles of politeness in the language contained in online lecture conversations on WhatsApp. The data collection technique uses documentation or screenshots, and the data analysis technique uses content analysis methods with inductive procedures. The results indicate that the communication of lecturers to students and students to students based on the WhatsApp social network still pays attention to the principles of linguistic politeness in communication discourse. Based on the WhatsApp social network, students and lecturers can meet the principles of linguistic politeness, including maxim of wisdom, generosity, appreciation, simplicity, compatibility, and sympathy. However, there were also still some violations of the principle of politeness.

This research is conducted based on two purposes; they are to identify the types of expressive speech act found in the statuses of the Facebook users, and to explain the modes of expressive utterance used in the statuses. Therefore, the data source is the social network that is Facebook and the data are the statuses of the Facebook users. The data are collected by using observational method, followed by non-participant observational technique and taking-note technique. The data analysis is based on pragmatic identity method proposed by Sudaryanto (2015) which is also supported by the theory of the types of expressive speech act by Ronan (2015), and theory about the modes of utterance from Alwi, et al (2000). The analysis result shows that there are fourteen types of expressive speech act in the statuses. They are the expression of agreement, disagreement, apology, gratitude, sorrow (sadness), exclamation (complaint), volition (hope), anger, disappointment, encouragement, satire, annoyance, pride, and congratulation. Meanwhile, the modes of expressive speech act that are used consist of declarative mode, interrogative mode, and exclamative mode. The importance of this research is to reveal or show that there is something else the Facebook users want to say behind their statuses. Sometimes, they do not really state what they mean in their statuses. They use indirect way and there lies the use of expressive speech act which can be stated in different way.
