AbstrakPenanganan pengaduan menjadi hal yang penting sebagai sarana memperbaiki kualitas kerja maupun pelayanan dalam sebuah organisasi. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang penanganan pengaduan yang dilakukan oleh Seksi Informasi dan Sarana Komunikasi sebagai divisi yang menangani aduan yang diterima oleh Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Yogyakarta. Pengaduan yang diterima oleh organisasi dapat mempengaruhi pegawai dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini menggambarkan bagaimana penanganan pengaduan masyarakat mendukung iklim organisasi di seksi tersebut. Iklim organisasi yang positif mampu mempengaruhi kualitas kinerja pegawai sehingga pelayanan yang diberikan organisasi akan semakin baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Untuk melihat keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penanganan pengaduan masyarakat mendukung iklim organisasi di seksi tersebut sesuai dengan dimensi iklim organisasi menurut Stringer yang meliputi struktur, standar-standar, tanggungjawab, penghargaan, dukungan dan komitmen. Iklim organisasi di seksi tersebut menjadi kondusif karena pegawai merasa memiliki tanggung jawab yang tinggi untuk menyelesaikan pengaduan yang ada, saling mendukung dan mencari solusi secara bersama-sama. Bahkan, derajat kebanggaan dalam bekerja, motivasi untuk bekerja lebih baik lagi serta kesetiannya terhadap organisasi semakin meningkat karena penanganan pengaduan masyarakat tersebut.Kata kunci: penanganan pengaduan masyarakat, iklim organisasi AbstractComplaint handling becomes an important thing that can be a medium to improve the quality of work or services in an organization. This research describes about complaint handling in Information and Communication section as the division that handles the complaint received by Imigrasi Kelas I Yogyakarta office. Complaints that received by organization can affect the employees’ work. This research illustrates how public complaint handling supports the organizational climate in this section (Information and Communication section). The positive organizational climate can affect the quality of employees performance, so that the better service will be provided by organizationThis research uses qualitative descriptive method. The data wascollected using observation, in-depth interview and documentation. To check the validity of the data, the author uses a triangualtion of sources.The result of this research shows that public complaint handling supports the organizational climate in this section in accordance with the dimension of organizational climate of Stringer which include structure, standards, responsibility, recognition, support and commitment. Organizational climate in this section becomes pleasant because the employees feel that they have high responsibility to face and finish the complaints, support each others and look for a solution together. <div class="page" title="Page 1"><div class="layoutArea"><div class="column"><p>This study focuses on deliberative democracy practices in Caturtunggal village, specifically in the sub-village (<em>dusun</em>) of Seturan, Karangwuni, and Ambarukmo. The study assesses the quality of deliberation in these dusun by applying the three out of  five indicators of deliberative democracy theory by Fishkin (2009), namely information, subtantantive balance, and equal consideration. This study deploys qualitative descriptive method and case-study approach with in-depth interview as the main data gathering technique. This deliberation has put Village Consultative Board (BPD) period of 2013-2019 as a mediator and to consider arguments and deliberative results. Based on the indicators which proposed by Fishkin, Seturan and Ambarukmo are categorized for having semi-ideal deliberation, meanwhile Karangwuni is categorized as not ideal. The study also finds elite capture practices in Seturan and Karangwuni, but they do not impact significantly. </p></div></div></div>

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has been implemented in various fields, including in government. To support the implementation of e-Government (e-Gov) and improve the quality of public services, many technology-based applications have been created by government agencies, both central and local governments. DISKOMINFOARPUS Cimahi City built an application called SILPa KAMI to support the vision of Cimahi Smart City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that aims to determine how the implementation and sustainability of the SILPa KAMI application and what kind of characteristics the agencies should have so it can replicate this application. The results of the study reveal that the implementation of the SILPa KAMI application is running well because it has fulfilled various success factors of e-Gov implementation which is also marked by the sustainability even though there are still obstacles. Also, the use of ICT based on the e-leadership aspect, the information network infrastructure aspect, the information management aspect, the business environment aspect, as well as the community and human resources aspect has been optimally utilized. This application is relatively easy to be replicated by other agencies. The agencies that can replicate this application must have the availability of budget, the availability of related facilities and infrastructure and the availability of reliable ICT managers.

The low understanding of the functions of Human Resources management, affects the weak performance of employees. As a result, it has an impact on the wheels of the organization in the Al-Ghufron Pamekasan Foundation. So to find out how much, the effect caused, research needs to be done. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. As a result, many employees do not understand the HR function. So, it needs to be equipped with education or training on an ongoing basis, in order to improve the quality of work.

Quality of work life is the major factor to be considered in working environment of any organization. The performance of employees and the organization lies on the ability of the employees based on working environment. The QWL leads to better working environment which improves the performance of organization. The present study has made an attempt to find the level of factors causing QWL and the impact of outcome of QWL in banks. Since the profile of the banks may be associated with the level of outcomes of QWL, the present study has made an attempt to examine it with the help of one way analysis of variance and t-test. The included outcomes of QWL are job satisfaction, job stress, organizational climate, organizational commitment, employees retention behaviour, service quality employees and service productivity of employees. The highly associated determinants of QWL and the significant difference among the PUSBs and PRSBs have been noticed. The significantly associating important profiles of the banks regarding the existence of outcome of QWL are identified.

To ensure the quality of the work done in the Korean career civil service system (which is characterized by stability, such as lifelong job security), the public sector must use methods to motivate their employees and improve their performance in the long run. In this study, we propose that grit, as a type of work motivation, can boost employee well-being (i.e., job satisfaction, job stress) and organizational outcomes (i.e., organizational commitment, performance). Therefore, the main objective of this study is to assess the validity of grit among public employees from a collectivist culture; to this end, we use the 2016 survey of Korean public officials ( N = 2,070). The results are as follows: (a) grit has a direct positive effect on quality of work life (QWL), (b) QWL can increase employee’s quality of life (QOL), and (c) professionalism and goal-oriented culture negatively and positively regulate grit and QWL. We also examined how employee motivation (e.g., grit) can enrich their QWL and QOL. Altogether, this study supports the argument that human resource (HR) managers should pay attention to grit. To achieve success, one needs not only some level of ability but also the zeal and capacity for hard labor, the latter two of which are considered to constitute grit. Given that, this research targeted grit in the Korean context—not the Western one—and examined its effects in the Korean public sector, where conscientiousness is emphasized.

  In this digital era, all information and communication technology emhanched faster all the time. This issue gives a big chance on communication practice become more effective than before. Based on the result on the research about applying ethic of journalist code in the Islamic rubrik OASE at Depok POS.com, online media in Depok POS always apply the ethic of journalist code with colaborate on that ethic such as the way which always used in the field by journalist and the ethic of journalist understanding are the specific detail and detail things which manage about how should the media worker such as journalist, editor, chief of reporter, news achor and every profession which can called a journalist can behave on ethic of journalist code. Further, ethic of journalist code is the basic of journalist thought.

The transfer of mangrove forest into ponds of the silvofishery system becomes one of the solutions in managing the environmental impact. Many areas that have succeeded in developing and highly relevant are applied in other areas such as the area of ponds located in Budeng Village, Jembrana regency, Bali which began to be abandoned threatening to decrease the quality of the environment. The purpose of this research is to study the development of silvofishery system in Budeng village mangrove area.The study was conducted during January - February 2017. The method of plotting plot with combination of stripping path was used to obtain the biotic and abiotic environment of mangrove. Data analysis with qualitative descriptive method according to land criteria for silvofishery development.Biotic and abiotic mangrove environment parameters obtained by pond location in Budeng Village were matched with development table for silvofishery system recommended for silvofishery area. However, it is necessary to stage the addition of mangrove vegetation stand before the silvofishery system is applied because only the vegetation density factor is lacking.

Abstract: The formulation of this study is review the influence of functional training planners to the quality planners, the influence of work motivation to the quality of planner, and the influence of functional training planners and motivation to work together to the quality of Bappenas planners. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The sampling technique is using proportionate stratified random sampling with a number of sample sizes of 137 people. Furthermore, the data obtained, processed and analyzed with SPSS 19.0 for windows Program by performing statistical test, those are the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between functional training planners to quality planners, work motivation to quality planners, and the influence of the two together to the quality planner. The dimension of functional training planners that have an influence to the quality of planners is the management and faculty training. In addition, the study is also found that the dimension of work motivation which has an influence to the quality of planners is the need for achievement and the need for power. Keywords: Training, Work Motivation, Quality Planner Abstrak: Perumusan penelitian ini mengkaji besarnya pengaruh diklat fungsional perencana terhadap kualitas perencana, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas perencana, dan pengaruh diklat fungsional perencana dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas perencana Bappenas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perencana di Bappenas tahun 2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah ukuran sampel 137 orang. Selanjutnya, data yang diperoleh, diolah dan dianalisa  dengan bantuan program SPSS 19.0 for windows dengan melakukan uji statistik yaitu uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara diklat fungsional perencana terhadap kualitas perencana, motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas perencana, dan pengaruh keduanya secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas perencana. Dimensi diklat fungsional perencana yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas perencana adalah pengelolaan dan tenaga pengajar diklat. Selain itu, penelitian juga menemukan bahwa dimensi motivasi kerja yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas perencana adalah kebutuhan akan prestasi dan kebutuhan akan kekuasaan. Sport as a model of human creativity is a form of physical activity that has very complex dimensions, which undergo a systematic process in the form of all activities or efforts that can encourage, arouse, develop and foster one's physical and spiritual potential. as individuals or members of society. in the form of games, competitions/contests, and intensive physical activities to obtain recreation, victory, and peak potential. Sport is currently a trend or lifestyle for some of the general public, even to the point of becoming a basic need in life. National development through the development of sports in Indonesia in this reform era has become a strategic vehicle, especially improving the quality of human resources, as well as the formation of the character and character of the nation, in this paper many factors play a role in success in the field of sports, one of which the author wants to examine the differences and similarities between the performance sports system that runs in Indonesia and China. This study aims to compare the development of achievement sports systems carried out in Indonesia and China in order to improve the quality and competence of sports. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through documentation studies. The results of this study conclude that the government's contribution is needed in preparing winning strategies, training facilities, increasing competition opportunities and increasing resources that can be assisted by a team of academics and researchers from universities to find new techniques in training to support the maximum use of sport science.
