This research aims to find out the form and technique of assessment on aspects of knowledge and skills in the textbooks of students of physical education sports and health (PJOK) class VIII Curriculum 2013. The instruments in this study are researchers themselves who are equipped with a set of theories and data cards that contain techniques and forms of assessment of aspects of knowledge and skills. The instrument is validated by validation of content or content by experts or expert judgement in this case done by experts. Data collection technique with a record reading technique. Data analysis techniques use Miles and Huberman's interactive model analysis techniques. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The data source in this study is the textbook of students of PJOK Class VIII Curriculum 2013. Results in this study show that not entire forms and assessment techniques on aspects of knowledge and skills exist in every chapter in the PJOK Class VIII curriculum textbook 2013. In the aspect of knowledge only uses assessment techniques in the form of multiple choices, descriptions and assignments. Assessment techniques such as right wrong, matchmaking, stuffing and Q&A have not been applied in the textbook of PJOK students curriculum class 2013. For the skill aspect only in the form of practices and products only. Project and portfolio assessment techniques have not been applied in the PJOK Class VIII Curriculum textbook 2013. After the review of the textbook PJOK Class VIII Curriculum 2013, hopefully there will be revisions in the assessment in the latest version of the 2013 Curriculum PJOK textbook that covers all variations in assessment forms and techniques in aspects of knowledge and skills. This research contributes to the importance of subsequent research on the development of variation in forms and complete assessment techniques including aspects of attitudes in PJOK.Keywords: assessment, knowledge, skill, PJOK

This study aims to: 1.To know the basic technique skills of crawl style swimming in the Kebumen swimming club association students. 2. Knowing the factors of difficulty experienced by students in learning the basic motion skills of crawl style swimming 3. Students are able to apply the basic movements of swimming with the right steps. This research was conducted on the students of the Kebumen swimming club association in Gossi Kebumen. The research plan is carried out in November 2021. The sample referred to in this study is 20 students in the 10-12 year age group who take part in basic swimming skills training. Descriptive data analysis was entered to get an overview of the data including the average, standard deviation, maximum data, minimum data, range, frequency table and graphs. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded: 1. Freestyle swimming skills measured using a stopwatch on students aged 10-12 years at the swimming club association in Kebumen showed that 50% of students had very poor swimming skills, 25% students have poor swimming skills and 25% of students have sufficient skills. 2. The category of skills that dominates the most in students is very low ability. Contributing to further research is to conduct research on more intense exercises on crawl swimming style techniques need to be done by athletes and also strategies to improve the ability of athletes in crawl style swimming.Keywords: Swimming, Crawl Style, Basic Swimming Technique

Sport as a model of human creativity is a form of physical activity that has very complex dimensions, which undergo a systematic process in the form of all activities or efforts that can encourage, arouse, develop and foster one's physical and spiritual potential. as individuals or members of society. in the form of games, competitions/contests, and intensive physical activities to obtain recreation, victory, and peak potential. Sport is currently a trend or lifestyle for some of the general public, even to the point of becoming a basic need in life. National development through the development of sports in Indonesia in this reform era has become a strategic vehicle, especially improving the quality of human resources, as well as the formation of the character and character of the nation, in this paper many factors play a role in success in the field of sports, one of which the author wants to examine the differences and similarities between the performance sports system that runs in Indonesia and China. This study aims to compare the development of achievement sports systems carried out in Indonesia and China in order to improve the quality and competence of sports. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through documentation studies. The results of this study conclude that the government's contribution is needed in preparing winning strategies, training facilities, increasing competition opportunities and increasing resources that can be assisted by a team of academics and researchers from universities to find new techniques in training to support the maximum use of sport science. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the optimization of traditional gobak sodor neuroscience learning-based game activities as character education in intellectual disability with grade medium (ATG). Referring to the problems, most schools do not have policies and administrations regarding character education, most schools that have an environment that supports the implementation of character education, most teachers do not have good knowledge and attitude in character education, most teachers do not have good competence, most schools have used the curriculum and most teachers have not used assessments that are suitable for children.  Character education and most of the community has not supported the course of character education. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the optimization of traditional "gobak sodor" neuroscience learning-based game activities as character education in children ATG. The method used in writing this article is the study of non-systematic literature from national & international database. Based on the concept of a previous relevant frame of mind, schema, and research, it can be concluded that there will be optimization of traditional "gobak sodor" game activities based on neuroscience learning as character education in children. Optimization of adaptive physical education learning can occur through synergistic contributions through neuroscience learning in traditional games and character education of lightly impaired children. The results of adaptation of these mechanisms are able to reduce the barriers of cognitive domains, practice domains, and social domains of lightly impaired children. Adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) may be at higher risk compared to their typically developing peers. In this study, it was aimed to compare individuals with and without autism spectrum disorder affected by the Covid-19 pandemic process with their peers in terms of obesity, physical activity and sedentary behaviors. Methods: 64 individuals with ASD and 78 healthy individuals were included in the study. An online questionnaire consisting of sociodemographic data, BMI, physical activity and sedentary behavior habits was applied to the participants. Results: Adolescents with autism spectrum disorders were found to be less physically active and more likely to be overweight and obese compared to their typically developing peers (0.001***). BMI (kg/m2) increased compared to before Covid-19. Sedentary behavior increased during quarantine (0.001***). Participation in physical activity decreased in individuals with autism spectrum disorder. As a result: shows the need for targeted programs to reduce unhealthy weight status and support physical activity opportunities for adolescents with autism spectrum disorders.Keywords: Autism Spectrum Disorder, COVID-19, Obesity, physical activity, Sedentary Behaviors

This research aims to find out what exercises are more influential between the practice of regulating passes and the practice of regulating the game against the accuracy of passing in football games in The Extracurricular Students of Private Elementary School Al Wasliyah 30 Martubung Medan In 2021. Participants in this study as many as 20 students with an age range of 10-12 years. Research design is pre-test two group experimental design. This research instrument is a test of passing accuracy in a piece of football. Quantitative descriptive analysis of data, by comparing differences in pretest and postest results. The results of the study in the form of analysis of two research hypotheses. Analysis of the first hypothesis of pre-test data and post-test accuracy of passing ball pass exercise group according obtained thitung = 6.86. From the list of distributions t using the odds of 1-1/2? = 0.975 with degree of freedom (df) n-1 = 9 obtained tcount (0.975) = 2.26. In the hypothesis testing criteria it is stated that in tcount >ttable with ? = 0.05 then Ho accepted Ha rejected. Analysis of the second hypothesis of pre-test data and post-test accuracy of passing ball of the Set Passen exercise group obtained tcount = 5.43. From the list of distributions t using the odds of 1-1/2? = 0.975 with df n-1 = 9 obtained the price t (0.975) = 2.26. In the hypothesis testing criteria it is stated that in tcount >tcount with ? = 0.05 then Ho rejected Ha accepted. Then it can be concluded by using the form of practice of regulating passes and arranging the game can improve the accuracy of passing in football games in The Private Elementary School Football Extracurricular Student Al Wasliyah 30 Martubung Medan Year 2021. Athletes aged 16-19 years is a period towards the peak of achievement that is important to be evaluated from various components including the level of physical fitness. Especially in the sport of badminton, the physical fitness aspect is an important component that must be owned for single and doubles athletes. This research aims to find out the level of physical fitness of badminton athletes in Binjai City, Indonesia. Participants in this study were 10 athletes (ages 16-19 years) at Pusdiklat PB Rada Kota Binjai Indonesia in 2021.  The design of this study is descriptive quantitative. The instruments used are physical fitness tests which include a 60-meter running test, elbow hanging test, sitting baring test, upright jump test and 1200-meter running test. Research data collection techniques using test and measurement provisions in physical fitness test guidelines. Data analysis techniques that are through quantitative data obtained are analyzed descriptive statistics, further interpreted in the category of assessment of the physical fitness component of athletes. The results showed that the level of physical fitness with a range of results of 14-17 showed a good category of 7 people (85%) and with a range of results of 10-13 showed a category of less than 3 people (25%). So based on the results of research it can be concluded that the level of physical fitness of Badminton Pusdiklat PB Rada Kota Binjai in 2021 is categorized as Good. This research has implications for badminton coaches determining physical exercise programs, techniques, and tactics so that they can be optimal in improving the achievement of their athletes. The contribution of this research is to provide an overview of future research to be able to provide a variety of exercise programs to the optimization of physical fitness of athletes. This research aims to find out: 1) Futsal playing skills of futsal extracurricular participants; 2) Basic techniques of playing futsal extracurricular participants. The sample in this study was an extracurricular futsal participant at Muhammadiyah Vocational School of Sadang which numbered 20 participants. This research design is a quantitative descriptive study with one variable without making comparisons and connecting with other variables. This study uses the FIK Jogja Futsal Skills Test instrument. The data analysis technique used is percentage, aims to collect data, present data and determine value, in addition to conclusions that can be made with reference to the standard of basic futsal skill level that has been determined. The results of the study can be concluded that the level of futsal playing skills of futsal athletes is sufficient with the consideration of the most frequency in the category enough with an average number of 76.61 at intervals 70-82, namely middle value. The results of this study have implications: 1. The emergence of coach awareness in improving the quality of exercises carried out, especially exercises related to the ability to play futsal. 2. Encouraged coach to improve basic technical skills of playing futsal such as passing, dribble and shooting in students, as well as as an effort to achieve maximum results. This research can contribute information about the skill level of futsal athletes, so that it can be used as a consideration in compiling a training program or further research aimed at improving the futsal skills of futsal athletes.Keywords: Basic Skills, Futsal, Extracurricular, Student High School

AbstrakTujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi minat siswa-siswi dalam mengikuti ektrakurikuler bola voli di SMP N 3 Satu Atap Karangsambung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan metode survei. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah siswa yang mengikuti ektrakurikuler bola voli di SMP N 3 Satu Atap Karangsambung sebanyak 19 anak. Intrumen yang digunakan berupa angket, dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,953 dan untuk menganalisis data digunakan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan minat siswa dalam mengikuti ektrakurikuler bola voli di SMP N 3 Satu Atap Karangsambung sebagian besar berada pada kategori tinggi sebesar 57,80 %, diikuti pada kategori rendah sebesar 21,2 %, kemudian kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 10,5 %, dan kategori sangat rendah sebesar 10,5 %. Jadi dapat disimpulkan minat siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMP N 3 Satu Atap Karangsambung sebagian besar berada pada kategori tinggi.Kata kunci : Minat, Ekstrakurikuler Bola voli,AbstractThe objective of this research is to determine how much the factors that can affect the interest of students in joining volleyball extracurricular at SMPN 3 Satu Atap Karangsambung. This research is descriptive research using survey method. The research subject used were students who took volleyball extracurricular at SMPN 3 Satu Atap Karangsambung as many as 19 students. The instrument used was questionnaire, with a reliability coefficient of 0.953 and to analyze the data used quantitative descriptive statistic with percentage. The results show that students' interest in joining volleyball extracurricular at SMPN 3 Satu Atap Karangsambung is mostly in the high category at 57.80%, followed by the low category at 21.2%, then the very high category at 10.5%, and the very low category at 10.5%. So, it can be concluded that students' interest in joining volleyball extracurricular at SMPN 3 Satu Atap Karangsambung is mostly in the high category.Keywords: Interest, Volleyball Extracurricular

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan perbandingan model pembelajaran daring dan tatap muka dalam pembelajaran penjasorkes dimasa pendemi covid 19. Pembelajaran merupakan suatu proses yang panjang agar mencapai hasil yang lebih. Dalam masa ini pemerintah memberikan kebijakan agar semua siswa melakukan pembelajaran daring, hal ini diterapkan guna meminimalisir penyebaran covid 19 di Mts Darussa’adah.Penelitian perbandingan model pembelajaran daring dan tatap muka ini menggunakan metode dengan penelitian tes. Penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap variabel membuat perbandingan atau menghubungkan dengan variabel lain dengan jumlah sampel 30 anak. Penentuan sampel tersebut dilakukan dengan random sampling. Teknik pengumpungan data dilakukan dengan angket , wawancara dan perbandingan. Data analisi secara deskriptif kuantitatif .Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa , 1)Pembelajaran daring kategori tinggi dengan prosentase 26,10 %, 2) Pembelajaran tatap muka kategori tinggi dengan prosentase 52,20 % . Dari data yang diperoleh proses pembelajaran tatap muka lebih tinggi prosentase nya dibanding pembelajaran daring.Kata kunci : daring, pembelajaran , pandemi , tatap muka, model .
