Purpose: In the research, it is aimed to examine the opinions of the fans about the European Super League and its effects, which were presented to the public on April 18, 2021.                                                   Method: Case study design, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. The study group of the research was determined by purposive sampling method. The study group consists of 11 male participants from different professions, who follow the UEFA Champions League organization every competition week and sports news at least 4 days a week and are supporters of a football team. Data were collected through a semi-structured interview form and subjected to content analysis.                                                                                             Results: As a result of the findings, the participants stated that although there are factors that threaten the popularity of football, it is at the top among sports branches. In addition, it was stated that it would be more appropriate for football to progress with beneficial additions rather than radical changes. The majority of the participants approached the project negatively on the grounds that the founders of the European Super League gave priority to their financial interests and that it was not suitable for the sports culture adopted. The participants stated that UEFA's reactions in this process were not convincing, and that the fans' protest actions against the project were justified. The new Champions League format and Financial Fair Play were discussed in the context of the research topic and the participants stated that these two concepts were useful but structurally lacking.                         Conclusions: As a result, the process and the findings show that; It will be the most accurate and efficient strategy for both football clubs and UEFA to give priority to the opinions of the fans in the actions to be taken. ​Extended English summary is in the end of Full Text PDF (TURKISH) file.   Özet Amaç: Araştırmada, 18 Nisan 2021 tarihinde kamuoyuna sunulan Avrupa Süper Ligi’ne ve etkilerine yönelik taraftar görüşlerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır.                                                                                Yöntem: Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması deseni kullanılmış ve amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenmiş, farklı meslek gruplarına mensup, UEFA Şampiyonlar Ligi organizasyonunu her müsabaka haftası, spor haberlerini ise haftada en az 4 gün takip eden ve bir futbol takımının taraftarı olan 11 erkek katılımcı araştırmanın çalışma grubunu oluşturmuştur. Yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu aracılığı ile veriler toplanmış ve içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur.                                                                                                                       Bulgular: Elde edilen bulgular neticesinde, futbolun popülaritesini tehdit eden unsurlar olmasına rağmen spor branşları arasında zirvede yer aldığı ve köklü değişimlerden ziyade faydalı eklemelerle ilerlemenin futbol için daha uygun olacağı katılımcıların görüşleri doğrultusunda tespit edilmiştir. Avrupa Süper Ligi kurucularının maddi çıkarlarına öncelik verdiği ve benimsenen spor kültürüne uygun olmadığı gerekçesi ile katılımcıların büyük bir çoğunluğu söz konusu projeye olumsuz yaklaşım göstermişlerdir. UEFA’nın bu süreçteki tepkilerini samimi görmediklerini ifade eden futbolseverler, projeye yönelik taraftar protestolarını ise haklı bulduklarını belirtmişlerdir. UEFA’nın uygulamalarından Yeni Şampiyonlar Ligi formatı ve Finansal Fair Play, araştırma konusu bağlamında ele alınmış ve katılımcılar bu iki uygulamanın faydalı ancak yapısal olarak eksik noktalara sahip olduğunu ifade etmişlerdir.                                                                                                                                                Sonuç: Sonuç olarak, yaşanan süreç ve elde edilen bulgular göstermektedir ki; gerek futbol kulüplerinin gerek UEFA’nın atacağı adımlarda önceliklerini taraftar görüşlerine vermeleri en doğru ve verimli strateji olacaktır.

The aim of this study is to identify classroom management strategies used to deal with unwanted behaviors encountered in the classes of pre-school teacher. Phenomenology patterns, one of the methods of qualitative research, were benefited in the research. The study group consists of 18 pre-school teachers all working in kindergartens in the city center of Igdir. To determine the study group, easy accessible case sampling, which is one of purposeful sampling methods, was benefited. The data, consisting of 3 questions asked to teachers, was obtained via semi-structured interview forms. Analysis of the results indicated not following classroom rules, misbehavior, complaining of friends and violence in classroom behavior as the mostly expressed complaints by teachers. This behavior was found to occur mostly during free time period and during when schools are just opened. It was found that teachers benefited from rewarding and consolidating, identifying the class rules and ignoring to cope with this unwanted behavior. Extended English summary is in the end of Full Text PDF (TURKISH) file.  ÖzetBu araştırmanın amacı, okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin sınıf içerisinde karşılaştıkları istenmeyen öğrenci davranışlarıyla baş etmede kullandıkları sınıf yönetimi stratejilerini tespit etmektir. Araştırmada yöntem olarak nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgubilim (fenomenoloji) deseninden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, tamamı Iğdır il merkezindeki bağımsız anaokullarında çalışan 18 okul öncesi öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubunun belirlenmesi için amaçlı örneklem seçimi yöntemlerinden kolay ulaşılabilir durum örneklemesinden yararlanılmıştır. Veriler, öğretmenlere sorulan 3 sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile elde edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda öğretmenlerin en çok belirttiği istenmeyen davranışların sınıf kurallarına uymama, arkadaşlarını şikâyet etme ve şiddet türü davranışlar olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu davranışların en çok serbest zaman etkinliklerinde ve okulun yeni açıldığı dönemlerde ortaya çıktığı görülmüştür. Öğretmenlerin de bu istenmeyen davranışlara baş etmek için en çok ödül ve pekiştirme, sınıf kurallarını belirleme ve görmezden gelme stratejilerini kullandıkları tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to examine teachers' use of educational blogs and their opinions about these blogs. The research was carried out according to the phenomenon pattern of qualitative research methods. The study group consists of 22 teachers. Data were collected through a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher. The obtained data were examined by descriptive analysis technique; frequency and tables. According to the findings of the research, almost all teachers follow at least one blog about education. Most followed blogs; "egitimhane", "egitimpedia", "vitaminogretmen" were determined. The frequency with which teachers follow these blogs is often a few days a week. In addition to blogs, teachers follow groups of social media related content. Most of them stated that they do not follow any printed publications about education. Teachers expressed the contributions of blogs related to education as follows; rich content repository, sharing ideas, providing up-to-date, easy access to information, contributing to personal development, facilitating communication, being a source of motivation and saving time. On the other hand, the negative features of the blogs were expressed by teachers as accustoming to preparation, causing information pollution, resetting production, leading to theft of labor, causing the feeling of imposing ideas, and students' access to exam questions. ​Extended English summary is in the end of Full Text PDF (TURKISH) file.   Özet Bu araştırmada amaç öğretmenlerin eğitim ile ilgili blogları kullanım durumları ile bu bloglar hakkındaki görüşlerini incelemektir. Nitel araştırma desenlerinden olgu bilim desenine göre yürütülen çalışmanın araştırma grubunu 22 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Veriler, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz tekniği ile incelenerek; frekans ve tablolar ile sunulmuştur. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre öğretmenlerin tamamına yakını eğitim ile ilgili en az bir blog takip etmektedir. En çok takip edilen bloglar; "egitimhane", "egitimpedia", "vitaminogretmen" olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu blogları öğretmenlerin takip etme sıklığı çoğunlukla haftada bir kaç gündür. Öğretmenler bloglar dışında sosyal medyadan da kendi branşları ile ilgili içeriklerin yer aldığı grupları takip etmektedirler. Öğretmenlerin büyük çoğunluğu eğitim ile ilgili herhangi bir basılı yayın takip etmediklerini ifade etmişlerdir. Katılımcıların eğitim ile ilgili blogları kullanım amaçları sorulduğunda çoğunlukla öğrencilerine ödev-proje vs konusu belirlemek için, yıllık-günlük plan hazırlamak için, alanı ve mesleği ile ilgili güncel gelişmeleri takip edebilmek için ve sınav soruları oluşturmak için takip ettikleri görülmüştür.  Öğretmenler, eğitim ile ilgili blogların kendilerine sağladığı katkıları; zengin içerik deposu olması, fikir paylaşımına imkan vermesi, güncellik sağlaması, bilgiye ulaşım kolaylığı, kişisel gelişime katkı sağlaması, iletişimi kolaylaştırması, motivasyon kaynağı olması ve zaman tasarrufu sağlaması olarak ifade etmişlerdir. Öte yandan hazırcılığa alıştırması, bilgi kirliliğine yol açması, üreticiliği sıfırlaması, emek hırsızlığına yol açması, fikir dayatması hissine sebep olması ve öğrencilerin sınav sorularına ulaşabilmesi gibi faktörler ise öğretmenler tarafından blogların olumsuz özellikleri olarak ifade edilmiştir.

The author points out that the rivalry cost both clubs tremendous moral and material resources; instead of focusing on sports endeavors, they fought for power in the Ljubljana Football Sub-association, trying to score by administrative decisions when unable to win games on the pitch. The main objective of the article is to present the background of the chaotic situation in Slovenian football in the 1920s and 1930s that was the result of struggle between two most successful Slovenian football clubs in the first half of the 20th century. The article also comments on the circumstances that led to the merger of the football teams of SK Ilirija and AŠK Primorje and the foundation of the new, national football team from Ljubljana named SK Ljubljana (Sport klub Ljubljana).

Abstract In this study, it was aimed to examine the educational problems of basic education students migrating from Syria encountered in the schools. The research study group involved 37 Syrian students, 4 school managers and 18 teachers who were willing to participate to the research from four different secondary schools. The study group was chosen according to accessibility criterion. The data were collected through interviews. Therefore, the data was analyzed according to the qualitative methods. In the analysis of data collected by using face to face interview technique and semi-structured interview form, the content analysis method was used. According to the research results, it was determined that Syrian students have a language problem, especially during their education. They had sufficient knowledge of the Turkish language to manage their daily lives, however, academically the knowledge was concluded as insufficient. The main problems occurring among Syrian students are communication skills and adaptation. Main causes of these two problems are the differences between the ethnic origin among the Syrians students and the integration and communication with Turkish students. The Syrian students can be divided into two group as Syrian Kurdish or Syrian Arab. Both groups indicate that it is hard to communicate with each other due to the language difference. Furthermore, the Syrian girls expressed that they have more difficulties in being accepted and making friends, which causes the feeling that they are left alone. The findings of the research reveal that Syrian parents do not visit the school and that their skills of understanding and speaking Turkish are far behind their children's ability to understand and speak Turkish. According to the students 'views, the main reason for their parents' not visiting the school is the language problem. According to the data obtained from the interviews conducted by the administrators, guidance teachers and class teachers of the schools, it has been determined that some Syrian students have problems in integration during school, lack of motivation for the classes, and a more introvert student profile compared to other students. On the other hand, it was also stated that it was uncommon that Syrian students were included or had caused for any improper circumstances at school or were involved in any disciplinary case.

Current study aims to reveal the problems that pre-school teachers and parents face, in relation to guidance and counseling services, at schools without psychological counselors. The purpose of including pre-school teachers and parents in the current study was to find out both whether they considered the guidance and counseling services a need and whether their methods of intervention against the problems that they face were functional. The current research was designed with interview technique as a qualitative study method. Research data were collected through a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher. The researcher met the participants individually and asked the questions on the interview form for the current research. The responses that the participants provided were recorded and later transferred onto computer environment. The study group, formed based on voluntary participation, included total 30 participants with 15 pre-school teachers and 15 parents of pre-school children. Pre-school teacher participants 10 females and 5 males, worked for five different preschools in Adiyaman. Total 15 parents in the study group included nine females and six males. An examination of pre-school teachers’ responses based on the current study findings indicated that majority of the teachers did not prepare an annual counseling and guidance plan. Another finding of the current study was that children of most parents and teachers experience adjustment problems in pre-school. Another finding of the current research is about children’s individual problems. Main individual problems that parents experienced with their children included self-care and social development.

Abstract Background Letrozole can significantly decrease the estrogen level, and has been administrated to prevent the incidence of early ovary hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). However, the effect of Letrozole on prevention of OHSS reached to controversial conclusions. The present meta-analysis aim to examine whether Letrozole could reduce the incidence of early OHSS after assisted reproductive technology (ART). Methods An exhaustive electronic literature search was conducted on MEDLINE, Google Scholar, CNKI and WANFANG MED ONLINE, from inception until May 2018. We include clinical trials that examined the effect of Letrozole on the prevention of early OHSS. The main outcome measures were the incidence of total early OHSS, mild early OHSS, moderate early OHSS, and severe early OHSS. Results Eight studies included in the review. Of these, five publications evaluated the effect of Letrozolel on the prevention of total, mild, moderate, and severe OHSS, respectively. The results indicated that there was a significantly decreased incidence of total OHSS with Letrozole compared with control group, and there were no significantly differences in the incidence of mild, moderate, and severe OHSS between study group with Letrozole and control group. Eight studies reported the incidence of moderate + severe OHSS. We found a significant decrease in incidence of moderate + severe OHSS in high-risk women with Letrozole. Conclusions Letrozole has no beneficial effect on the prevention of mild, moderate, and severe OHSS, individually; Letrozole should not be considered as the first-line treatment for prevention of OHSS. Further cohort studies are required to explore the effect of Letrozole on the prevention of OHSS. <p class="apa">The aim of this research is to analyze opinions of teachers who work in preschool education institutions concerning precautions that should be taken for indoor and outdoor security. Study group of this research is determined by criterion sampling from purposeful sampling techniques. The study group of this research is consist of eight preschool teachers who work in four private and four public schools in Kocaeli İzmit district in the fall semester of 2013-2014 Academic Year. For the purpose of the research, data are collected with semi-structured interview technique. During the research, the interviews are recorded with tape recorder and the interviews are put down on paper then analyzed. After the recorded data are submitted to approval of participants, the analysis of the data has started. Date are analyzed with descriptive analysis method and coded then interpreted. In order to ensure validity of the research, the data are tried to be analyzed with direct quotes of the participants. Research findings show that the most important risk factors are caused by defective design of schools. Research results also show that schools have not only indoor security problems such as stairs and door but also external security problems such as garden and playgrounds.</p>
