Telkom Group is the only telecommunications company as well as telecommunications service providers and the largest network in Indonesia. At this time the daily scheduling of technicians and customers do not have a location search memadahi information system. In some fields, the management is still done manually. Such as scheduling repairs to the customer given to technicians only reports of damage on the day yesterday so that customers in today's report will have to wait one day plus also a technician who does not mengetehaui in detail the work area so that slowing customer service. Development of information systems in this study using the waterfall method. The waterfall model is composed of: requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. For the beginning of the design, developers need observation or interviews to determine the needs of the system that is being developed. Applications developed using CodeIgniter framework. The results of this final project is an information system that can meet the needs of PT. Telkom Kandatel Patis in managing daily scheduling service technicians and search customer locations in accordance with existing business processes.

Technology plays an important role in various enterprise business processes for improved customer service, decision making, and means of information exchange. Hospitality accommodation is an example of fields that use information systems technology. This research was conducted in the field of hospitality especially front office system. Using computerized front office system, data about guests will be stored more safely and the reports will be better resulted. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing problems on a Front Office of a hotel including identifying information needs and designing information systems to improve hospitality services to guests. The method used is analysis and design. Analysis is performed towards library research anddata collection needed for measuring through observation, interviews, and documents related to the information system. Menawhile, design uses object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) method and application programusing MS Access 2010. The result achieved is an application design of information system of hospitality front office that consists of five modules, namely Reservation module, Services module, Housekeeping module,Restaurant module, and Billing module. As a conclusion, a computerized information system of hospitality front office can assist hotels in providing better service to guests, which in turn can increase guest satisfaction.

Liochita cleaning is a company engaged in the field of cleaning services which are located in the city of Semarang. Until now, the existing of information systems on Liochita Cleaning were not sufficiently able to manage the company and thus to make this company as a company that developed and developing its field and can compete with other companies is not possible. Start from recording customer data and order data, which is the became one as income data, so this companies are less aware in detail of the customer data. On the other hand, customers must make a call in advance to order the services that it requires no small cost. Lack of marketing facilities makes this company unable to include all of costumers in the city of Semarang. Data recording is still using paper, so this company were at risk of paper lost which is containing data that has been recorded . Development of an information system in this study using the method of the waterfall. Waterfall model consists of: requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. For the start of the design, developer need to observations or interviews to determine the needs of the system that being developed. Applications developed using the framework CodeIgniter. The results of this final project is an information system that can meet the needs of Liochita Cleaning in the management of these services, customers and orders in accordance with the business processes that Liochita Cleaning have and allow customers to book services .

The research goal is to identify and analyze the need of accounting information system related to the revenue cycle at PT XYZ. This paper designing the useful of accounting information systems to support the current business processes, especially on the revenue cycle process. The design method is an Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) which refers to the modeling and design requirements discipline. And the result achieved by analysis and design of accounting information systems can support current activities of the revenue cycle, especially for the documentation and store of transaction data, and generate reports in accordance with company requirements. Conclusions derived from the analysis and design is the implementation of a webbased application that can help PT XYZ to do the work in different places, such as marketing office, head office and especially at the exhibition. PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of tires. Good business strategy is necessary for the company to compete with local competitors as well as with other companies in the group XYZ. Business strategy is also needed in order to achieve its goal in providing the best services for customers. Support the implementation of information systems and information technology is needed to support the company's business strategy. Planning of the Enterprise Architecture is necessary for the company to run its business processes. Enterprise architecture is composed of the Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture and Technology Architecture. Business processes and organizational activities executed using the data collected, managed, secured and distributed using applications, both custom applications and common applications that run over the technology infrastructure and computer networks. The research report in this thesis discusses about planning the Enterprise Architecture of Manufacturing Information System Architecture Based Cloud Computing using TOGAF, a case study in PT.XYZ. In planning this architecture using the TOGAF-ADM to pass the following stages: Defining planning the Architecture Vision, Planning the Business Architecture, Planning the Information System Architecture, Planning the Technology Architecture, Solutions and Opportunities, Migration Planning, Implementation Management, and Change Management Architecture. The research process is done by looking at the business strategy on the manufacturing process and products distribution from PT. XYZ. The results of this study are planning the enterprise architecture of manufacturing information system at PT. XYZ to support the implementation of enterprise information systems as a whole, to solve the integration problems of information systems, and improve effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of information technology infrastructure.

Relevance of the material stated in article is caused by urgent needs of society in creation of administrative information systems, in particular Information system of planning of scientific researches in National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine on Internet basis (ІС "Planning"). Information and technological support of processes of planning of scientific researches which are carried out in scientific institutions of NAPS of Ukraine is the purpose of creation of this system. В условиях развития информационного общества (Knowledgeable society - KS) информационные системы стали неотъемлемой частью любой организации, даже самой малой, независимо от реализуемых ими бизнес-процессов. Такие информационные системы принято называть корпоративными информационными системами (КИС), или Corporate Information System (CIS). Особые требования при разработке КИС предъявляются к обеспечению их информационной безопасности, что может быть реализовано путем разработки КИС в защищенном исполнении. Технологии blockchain являются очень перспективными не только при применении их в традиционных сферах - производстве, сервисе, на транспорте, но и для решения проблем безопасности и информационной, в частности. Анализу данной проблемы и подходам к ее решению и посвящена данная статья. Distribution of goods becomes a separate priority within a company, especially with regard to distribution routes. This condition will become complex if there are many branches in the process of distributing goods. For this reason, in this research, calculations were carried out in the process of travelling in distributing goods. To perform these calculations, a method is used, namely the saving matrix method. To carry out this implementation, a goods distribution information system is created with calculations in the distribution of goods using a saving matrix. The results of the research are in the form of information systems developed with a waterfall model with features ranging from processing goods data, customer data, demand data, shipping data, route data and saving matrix calculation data. From the resulting information system, it can also be seen clearly the distance travelled in the distribution of goods so that it can easily determine travel facilities for deliverymen.   Distribusi barang menjadi prioritas tersendiri di dalam sebuah perusahaan terutama berkaitan dengan rute distribusi. Konidisi tersebut akan menjadi komplek jika terdapat banyak cabang dalam proses distribusi barang. Untuk itu di dalam peneltian ini dilakukan dilakukan perhitungan dalam proses perjalanan dalam melakukan distribusi barang. Untuk melakukan perhitungan tersebut digunakan sebuah metode yaitu método saving matrix. Untuk melakukan implementasi tersebut maka dibuat sebuah sistema informasi distribusi barang dengan dilengkapi perhitungan dalam distribusi barang dengan saving matrix. Hasil dari penelitian berupa sistema informasi yang dikembangkan dengan waterfall model dengan fitur mulai dari pengolahan data barang, data pelanggan, data permintaan, data pengiriman, data rute dan data peritungan saving matrix. Dari sistema informasi yang dihasilkan juga dapat diketahui dengan jelas jarak tempuh dalam distribusi barang sehingga dapat dengan mudah dalam menentukan fasilitas perjalanan bagi pengantar barang.

The technology of reengineering of specialized information systems is offered, which allows determining the option of reengineering of automated working places, which will maximize the effect of specialized information system, namely, completeness and reliability of information support of business processes, in a limited budget.The article analyzes the existing approaches to reengineering of information systems, methods and models used to form a rational version of design solutions, identifies the features of reengineering of specialized information systems, formed the technology of reengineering of specialized information systems. The proposed technology of reengineering of specialized information systems can be used to improve the performance of the organization, which depends on the completeness and reliability of information support of business processes.
