This research aims to study the effect of independent variables (Colleagues Support) on the dependent variable (Job Satisfaction) through one intervening variable (Discipline). The data analysis is path analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) with single-mediator. The data processing uses software Warp PLS 5.0. The respondents in this research are all employees in three business organizations which are in the same neighborhood and have 61 neighbors. The results showed that there are influences of Colleague Support on Discipline, Colleague Support on Job Satisfaction, Discipline on Job Satisfaction, and Colleague Support on Job Satisfaction with Discipline as the intervening variable.

This study aims to seek the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable through an intermediate variable. Analyzing data through path analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) with single-mediator. Processing data using Warp PLS 5.0 software. Respondents of this study were employees at the Sub-District Office (Maniamolo, Amandraya, O’ou) who were neighbors and were in the South Nias Regency, around 61 people. The result of the study showed that the Partners' Support has a positive effect on discipline because coworkers are a source of inspiration for employees to learn, imitate their coworkers for discipline. The support of coworkers has a positive effect on job satisfaction because coworkers are able to make employees comfortable, at home and love their jobs. Discipline has a positive effect on job satisfaction because employees' efforts to become disciplines are supported by their colleagues. The support of coworkers has a positive effect on job satisfaction mediated by discipline because a colleague who applies discipline will encourage other employees to be disciplined. Hence, all employees are able to be disciplined, employees will have job satisfaction.

The main aim of the study was to empirically investigate and understand the effects that autonomy has on job satisfaction and job performance in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The empirical data was obtained from a questionnaire of 242 people living and working in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Once the data was collected, data analysis was conducted to assure validity and reliability through items’ loadings and Cronbach’s Alpha values.Furthermore, the scales were tested for convergent validity through partial least-square path modelling using SmartPLS 3 software. The results indicated that the effects of autonomy on job performance and job satisfaction were significant and had positive relationship.

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the compensation and supervisor support variables mediated by job satisfaction affect employee retention at PT Pradu. The population in this study were 55 employees of the non-academic division. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, namely the sampling technique where the number was the same as the population. The type of data used in this study uses primary data which is done by distributing questionnaires directly to Pradu employees. The research data analysis technique used structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.2.7 program. The results of data analysis found that the R-square of the compensation and supervisor support variables in explaining the job satisfaction variable was 0.701 or about 70% and 30% was explained by other factors outside of this study. While the compensation variable, supervisor support, and job satisfaction in explaining the employee retention variable amounted to 0.325 or about 32.5% and 67.5% was explained by other factors outside of this study. A total of 5 hypotheses were accepted and 2 hypotheses were rejected after testing with the limit of t-statistics> t-table 1.96 and P-Value

This study using data analysis methods namely multiple regression models that are used to see the effect of independent variables, namely Mutations (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) on the dependent variable, namely Job Satisfaction (Y), so that in research this aims to be able to produce data processing that has been done at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil X Bandung, then tested using the T test and F test, showing that mutation variables and organizational culture simultaneously on job satisfaction shows results as complete as 53.8% or has a Sig. value of 0.000 where this value is smaller than the significance level used is 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected while for partial mutation variables for the variable job satisfaction of 27.04% or having a Sig. value of 0.011 is smaller than 0.05, meaning H0 is rejected so that it only has 1.1% and variables organizational culture on job satisfaction is 51.27% or has a Sig. value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected so that it only has an effect of 0% where all of these variables produce a continuum in the good category based on responses from employees as respondents fromfilling the questionnaire. Keywords: Job Satisfaction; Mutations; Organizational Culture
