This study aimed to examine the effect of profit growth, firm size, and liquidity to the earnings quality. This study uses secondary data from the financial statements of pharmaceuticals published by Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013 to 2017. Sampling technique by using purposive sampling. The sample in this study is pharmaceuticals company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 7 companies. Method of data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The result of partially test shows that profit growth and firm size had effect to earnings quality, and the liquidity had not effect to earnings quality. However, the result of simultaneously test show that profit growth, firm size, and liquidity had effect to earnings quality.

This study to analyze and explain the factors that influence stock prices. The object of this research is the automotive and components sub sector manufacturing companies sector on the Indonesia stock exchange for periode 2010-2018. The variables used in this study are stock prices, micro economic factors and macro economic factors. Micro economic factors are projected by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return on Assets (ROA). Macro economic factors used as variables are inflation (INF), interest rates (INT) and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Data analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the study indicate that stock prices are determined by microeconomic factors projected by Net Profit Margin (NPM). Companies must keep trying to make a profit so that stock prices remain good, so investors are still interested in owning shares.

Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) Pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap efektifitas kinerja. (2) Pengaruh etos kerja terhadap efektifitas kinerja  (3) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap efektifitas kinerja organisasi (4) Pengaruh iklim organisasi, etos kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap efektifitas kinerja organisasi di Badan Pertanahan Nasional Papua Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Regresi Linear Berganda dengan populasi dan sampel sebesar 55 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan gejala hasil penelitian sedangkan untuk melihat pengaruh budaya organisasi, etos kerja dan disiplin kerja pegawai terhadap efektifitas kinerja Badan Pertanahan Nasional Papua Barat di Manokwari (data kuantitatif) menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama budaya organisasi, etos kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap efektifitas kinerja organisasi di Badan Peratanahan Papua Barat, dengan hasil uji F dengan nilai sig lebih kecil dari nilai t tabel. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Etos Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Efektifitas Kinerja Pegawai.

The condition of Karawang as a national rice barn has now shifted to industrialization and supporting cities for the Capital City and has received poor ratings because it is a city with a high ranking of poor people. These problems can be solved by increasing MSME activities in various fields. The sustainability of MSME is very important because it supports the growth of big business and is able to provide benefits for regional economic growth. Implementation of value creation strategies in an effort to improve business activities carried out as a strategy at the corporate and business level. The application of value creation that focuses on internal resources owned is also related to the competitiveness strategy in an effort to increase the competitiveness of a company or a business. This study was designed to find out how product strategies that create values ​​when faced with business competitiveness in efforts to improve the economy of the poor. This study uses a cross sectional method through descriptive verification methods with testing path analysis using SPSS. Comparative testing is carried out to determine the comparison of consumer behavior between platforms / websites.

This study aims to determine the effect of Price Earning Ratio, Earning Per Share, Book Value Ratio Price, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin on stock prices in the hotel, restaurant, and tourism sub sector issuers in 2017 for 12 months. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, with the number of samples used in this study as many as 9 companies. The variables used in this study are Price Earning Ratio, Earning Per Share, Price Book Value Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin as independent variables. The stock price is the dependent variable. The statistical testing method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. And hypothesis testing uses the F test to test the effect of simultaneous variables and the T test to test the coefficient partially at a significant level of 5%. Besides that, it also used data normality test, classic assumption test which included autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results of the analysis using multiple regression indicate that: Price Earning Ratio, Price Book Value, and Net Profit Margin have a positive effect on Stock Prices, while Earning Per Share and Debt to Equity Ratio negatively affect Stock Prices.

The research conducted in a religion based school in Gading-Serpong, Jakarta was conducted to determine the significance of leadership style toward the organizational culture and motivation in order to see the influence on the staff’s performance. Data obtained through questionnaires with total sampling method of 33 out of 34 employees. Data analysis is using Spearman Rank correlation analysis, correlation, and hypothesis testing. The result of the study showed that (1) the authentic leadership style is perceived higher than authoritarian and transformational leadership styles (2) The leadership style has a significant influence on the school staff’s motivation. This is indicated on the result of P-value that is 0.0000.(3) The leadership style does have an influence on the organizational culture as the the P value between dependent variable Leadership (KP) to independent variable Performance (KJ) with the intervening variable Culture Organization (BO)  is 0.004 and it means there specific Indirect Effect is accepted since it is less than 0.005. whereas the P value between the dependent variable Leadership (KP) to independent variable Performance (KJ) with the intervening variable Motivation (MO) is 0.124. (4) The leadership style has also showed to have significant influence and direct effect on the staff’s performance. This is depicted by the result of the P values that is 0.001, which explained that leadership has a significant and direct effect on the workers’ performance, (5) The organizational culture has an influence toward  the staff’s performance as based on the data, from all the result of the R-square for the Organizational culture (BO) is 0.56; that organizational culture as the intervening variable by 56% and (6) the staff’s motivation does not affect the staff’s performance as shown on the the P value is 0,082 which is more than 0.05, therefore Motivation of the staff does not affect the performance of the staff directly.

This study was conducted to determine how much the Physical Work Environment (X1), Non-Physical Work Environment (X2) affect, both simultaneously and partially, teachers’ performance (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Dulupi. This study used quantitative method and the data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire instrument. The analysis techniques used in this study was Path Analysis. From the research results, it was found that the Physical Work Environment and Non-Physical Work Environment simultaneously affected teachers’ performance (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Dulupi with a value of 0.715 (71.5%). The Fcount showed a result of 14.268 while the Ftable was 3.25 and the probability sig 0.000 < probability ɑ = 0.05. This means that at the 95% confidence level, the Work Environment variable (X), which consists of the Physical Work Environment (X1) and the Non-Physical Work Environment (X2), has a positive and significant effect on Teachers’ Performance (Y). Partially, the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance of 0.619 (61.9%), and the non-physical work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance of 0.247 (24.7%).

This study aims to analyze the effect of Liquidity, Debt to Asset, Asset Turnover, and Growth on Investment Decisions in Food and Beverage Companies in  the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study are Food and Beverage group companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. Sample selection is done by using purposive sampling method. This type of research is included in causal research with quantitative methods. The analytical tool used is a method of multiple regression analysis, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing (t-test) using SPSS 22. The results show that partially, Liquidity and Growth Opportunity have a negative and significant effect on Investment Decisions, while Debt Asset and Asset Turnover has a negative and insignificant effect on Investment Decisions. Simultaneously, the Liquidity variable, Debt to Asset, Asset Turnover, and Growth have no significant effect on Investment Decisions.

This research aims to: (1) determine how much theeffect of the ethical climate has on whistleblowing intentions; (2) find out how much the effect of the level of seriousness hason whistleblowing intentions; (3) determine the great effect of locus of control on whistleblowing intentions. This type of research is quantitative research. The object of this study is the village officials in Wonosari District. The sampling technique used in this study was the saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out by applying a survey method using a questionnaire distributed directly to all village officials in Wonosari District.The result of this study showed that (1) the ethical climate has a positive and significant impact on whistleblowing intentions, (2) the level of seriousness is positively and significantly related to whistleblowing intentions, and (3) locus of control gave positive and significant control of whistleblowing intentions. This study aims: (1) to know, test, and analyze the influence of work discipline on the employee satisfaction of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin; (2) to find out, test and analyze the effect of training on the employee satisfaction of educational staff in UIN Antasari Banjarmasin.The study applied descriptive quantitative method. The population of the study was Educational Staff with Civil Servants status in UIN Antasari Banjarmasin, with a total of 111 people. The sample was 63 people. The independent variable was work discipline and training while the dependent variable is employee satisfaction. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was using partial (Partial Least Square / PLS) regression analysis.The result of this study indicatedthat (1) work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction and (2) training had a positive but insignificant effect on employee satisfaction. Work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction of educational staff in UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. Training had a negative and insignificant effect on employee satisfaction of educational staff in UIN Antasari Banjarmasin.The higher ups must be more assertive and pay attention to the work discipline of the educational staff in UIN Antasari Banjarmasin to improve employee satisfaction so that they can work better, effectively, and efficiently
