The main aim of the study was to empirically investigate and understand the effects that autonomy has on job satisfaction and job performance in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The empirical data was obtained from a questionnaire of 242 people living and working in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Once the data was collected, data analysis was conducted to assure validity and reliability through items’ loadings and Cronbach’s Alpha values.Furthermore, the scales were tested for convergent validity through partial least-square path modelling using SmartPLS 3 software. The results indicated that the effects of autonomy on job performance and job satisfaction were significant and had positive relationship.

This study examined the effect of job involvement on job performance and organizational commitment as mediation. This study involved 135 respondents and using saturated sample which take all employee become a respondents. Likert Scale is used as a balanced assessment questionnaires and using validity and reliability for testing questionaires. The analysis tool in the research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) which using a variance-based approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) as well as to test the mediating variable VAF to testing. Result of study found that job involvement has a positive effect on organizational commitment and job performance at Defense of Ministry. Organizational commitment has positive influence on job performance at Pusat Keuangan and organizational commitment as Partial mediation proved directly affect the relationship between job involvement and job performance. can be given to the Defense of Ministry is increasing attention to the dimensions of salary, normative commitment, and discipline work as dimensions that have bad perception

Abstract One of the important aspect in improving employees’ job performance is social capital. Social capital consists of three dimensions: the structural dimension, cognitive dimension and relational dimension (Leana and Buren III, 1999; Leana and Pil, 2006). This study aimed to investigate the influence of social capital on employees’ job outcomes (job performance, job satisfaction, and turnover intention). This study used sample of the accounting professions (staff accountants and management accountants) at companies in Yogyakarta. The number of samples in this study were 105 respondents. This hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) using software WarpPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that structural dimensions and dimension relational effect on job outcomes, which is a positive influence on job performance and job satisfaction, as well as the negative effect on the desire out, while the cognitive dimension show a positive effect on job satisfaction and the negative effect on turnover intention but did not show influence on job.

This study aims to determine the effect of Experiential Marketing on Customer Loyalty (Study in Mahakam Lantern Garden Customers). The existence of tourism activities has a very big impact, one of which is reducing unemployment and increasing the standard of living of the surrounding community. The population in this study were visitors to Mahakam Lampion Garden, the sample in this study were 100 visitors. Methods of data collection are carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to respondents who become the research sample. This study used data analysis tools, namely the validity and reliability tests, so this study used the partial least square (PLS) analysis method. The tools used in data processing using the PLS Smart program. The results showed that 1) Experiential marketing had a significant effect on Mahakan Lantern Garden customer loyalty, 2) Experiential Marketing and Customer Satisfaction had a significant effect on Mahakan Lantern Garden Customer Loyalty, Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction.

This research is to know the influence of job satisfaction and job environment toward turnover intention level. The object of this research is employees or employees who work in construction engineering services and services company in Jakarta. This research was conducted on 66 respondents by using descriptive approach quantitative. Therefore, the data analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result of this research shows that job satisfaction variable give negative and significant influence to turnover intention. The job environment has a negative and significant impact on the turnover intention of construction engineering and services company in Jakarta. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing (t test) which shows the value of the syndication of independent variables.

PurposeAs one of the first studies in this field, the purpose of this paper is to explore the effect of personal values on job performance and job satisfaction across different jobs. Further, it aims to identify personal value types that are positively, or negatively, related to behavioural and attitudinal outcomes in different job categories.Design/methodology/approachBased on a sample of 270 participants across several job categories including finance, accounting, marketing, sales, HR (human resources), operations and information technology (IT), this research explores the relationship between personal values, job performance and job satisfaction across the listed job categories. Ordinary least square (OLS) stepwise-regression and partial least square (PLS) regression were used in analysing the results.FindingsFindings showed that for some of the jobs examined, different types of personal values were associated with different worker outcomes.Originality/valueThis research study identifies sets of personal values that are suited to some jobs more than others in terms of job performance and job satisfaction outcomes. Moreover, this research demonstrates the importance of controlling for job categories in future research models that investigate the links between values, performance and satisfaction.

The purpose of this paper is to explain the assessment of validity and reliability of measured items used in survey research. The structural equation modeling techniques and Partial Least Square (PLS) will be adopted to assess the goodness of measures of constructs used in a model to examine the performance of the Malaysian train drivers. The measurement process involves assessment of construct validity of the items and followed by convergent validity. Then, the composite reliability was assessed with internal consistency measure of Cronbachs alpha. Lastly, discriminant validity was tested to assess the validity of the measurement. The constructs are not supposed to measure other constructs or overlapping constructs.

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the compensation and supervisor support variables mediated by job satisfaction affect employee retention at PT Pradu. The population in this study were 55 employees of the non-academic division. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, namely the sampling technique where the number was the same as the population. The type of data used in this study uses primary data which is done by distributing questionnaires directly to Pradu employees. The research data analysis technique used structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.2.7 program. The results of data analysis found that the R-square of the compensation and supervisor support variables in explaining the job satisfaction variable was 0.701 or about 70% and 30% was explained by other factors outside of this study. While the compensation variable, supervisor support, and job satisfaction in explaining the employee retention variable amounted to 0.325 or about 32.5% and 67.5% was explained by other factors outside of this study. A total of 5 hypotheses were accepted and 2 hypotheses were rejected after testing with the limit of t-statistics> t-table 1.96 and P-Value

Today's steel industry is very competitive competition. Therefore, each company is required to improve the quality and make the right business strategy to improve company performance. This study aims to clarify the effect of occupational safety and the working environment of the job performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. Krakatau Posco. Cilegon Banten. The study was conducted by taking samples using non-probability sampling technique, which is a technique that does not provide opportunities or equal opportunity for each element or member of the population to be selected into the sample. While the technique of taking informants using purposive sampling technique is a technique for determining sample with some specific considerations that aim that the data obtained will be more representative. Collecting respondent data obtained from 90 employees of PT. Krakatau Posco Cilegon, with a questionnaire consisting of questions and statements. Respondents' answers to questions and statements were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and the answers were analyzed with methods of data analysis techniques Partial Least Square using version SmartPLS 2.0.m3. The analysis showed that the effect of occupational safety on job satisfaction is positive and significant. Furthermore, that the effect on job satisfaction working environment that is positive and significant. Occupational safety and influence on the performance of the work that is positive and significant. And the influence of the working environment on the performance of the work as well as a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on job performance positively and significantly.
