The main purpose of this study is to test the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Equity Ratio (ROE) on Stock Price in the Jakarta Islamic Index Companies period 2015-2109. This study used quantitative research by using a purposive sampling method and obtained 12 samples. The data obtained by the annual company financial report of JII companies during 2015-2019.  The method used is descriptive statistical analysis through the classical assumption test to analyze data and multiple linear regression. Data testing used SPSS Statistics 22. The result of this study shows DER does not affect the stock price partially and ROE has a significant positive effect on the stock price while simultaneously debt to equity ratio and return on equity affect the stock price.

The stock price is important for the company because it reflects the value of the company. Stock prices can change because of the influence of various factors, including: inflation, Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, ROA, and DER on stock prices. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2018. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 34 companies with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that inflation has no effect on stock prices, ROA has a positive effect on stock prices, and DER has a positive effect on stock prices. This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate governance as measured by the variables of the board of commissioners, the proportion of independent members of the board of commissioners, the number of board of commissioners and audit committee meeting on the profitability of the company as measured by return on equity (ROE). The population used in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2016. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method and obtained 48 samples. This study uses secondary data from annual reports obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2013-2016. The method of analysis used to analyze data is multiple regression. Based on the results of hypothesis testing in this study, it is evident that (1) the size of the board of commissioners has a positive effect on the profitability of the company. (2) the proportion of independent members of the board of commissioners positively affects the profitability of the company. (3) the board of commissioners meeting positively affect the profitability of the company. (4) audit committee negatively affect the profitability of the company.

This research aims to determine the influences of Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, Debt Equity Ratio and Current Ratio toward stock price. The population in this research are all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling method and sample acquired three companies from 35 companies from 2016 to 2018. This research contains six variables which are one dependent variable and five independent variables.

This study aims to analyze the influence of  Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), Earning per Share (EPS) simultaneously and partially to Stock Price of real estate and property company that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2015-2018. This research use purposive sampling method and obtained 25 real estate and property company as  sample. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression through SPSS 24.00 program. Results of this study shows that simultaneously Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), Earning per Share (EPS) have significant influence to stock price. While Partially, only Earning per Share has significant influence to stock price. Meanwhile Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on Equity have not significant influence  on stock price of real estate and property company that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2015-2018

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study reveals a decreased ROE performance, and this contradicts the Return On Equity (ROE) theory which states that a good ROE is an increase over time. This study aims to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Inventory Turnover (ITO), and Sales Growth (SG) towards ROE. The study design was quantitative research applied causal. The research sample used the purposive sampling method, the sample in this study were 9 Manufacturer Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 5 years. The analysis in this study is a panel linear multiple regression analysis models using Eviews 9.0. The analysis results in an Adjusted R2 value of 0,488777, indicating that changes in the independent variables can contribute 48,8777% to changes in the dependent variable. In comparison, 51,1223% are influenced by another factor not included in the model. The t-test results show that the variable CR and ITO have a significant effect on ROE, while the DER and SG have no significant effect on ROE.</span></em>

This study aims to prove empirically the factors that affect the Timeliness of Financial Reporting. These factors are Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Company Size and Auditor Opinion as Independent Variables and Timeliness of Financial Statements as Dependent Variables.The population of this study is the Manufacturing Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2014. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method and 66 companies were obtained. The data used are obtained from the published company financial report. The method of analysis used is logistic regression at 5% significance level.Empirical study shows that ROA has significant effect on Timeliness of Financial Reporting. This study was conducted to examine the effect of Earnings Per Share, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio toward Stock Price on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2009-2012. The population consists of 36 companies and are used as a sample of 17  ompanies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data were tested by using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test with 5% level of confidence. The research results that the variables Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) gives significantly positive effect on Stock Price. The other variables Debt to Equity Ratio is not significantly to Stock Price. We suggest for investors in Indonesia Stock Exchange that paying attention other factors that regards Stock Price because with those information they can make the best decision for their investments

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, firm size, institutional ownership, audit committee, audit opinion, and company age on the timeliness of financial report submission. The sample used in this study consisted of 26 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The sampling method in this study was using purposive sampling method, so 104 samples were selected for 4 years. Hypothesis testing is done using logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a significant positive effect on the timeliness of submitting financial statements, while company size, institutional ownership, audit committee, audit opinion and company age have no significant effect on the timeliness of submitting financial reports to mining companies in Indonesia. The results of this study contribute to report users that profitability is an important factor in encouraging the timeliness of the submission of corporate financial reports. Keywords: Audit Committee; Audit Opinion; Institutional Ownership; Profitability; Timeliness.

This study aims to determine how much influence the Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have on the Return on Equity (ROE) of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research design used in this research is associative/quantitative research. The population in this study is the annual financial statements of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk for the period 2012-2019, while the sample was taken using time series data, namely the annual financial statements of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk for the period 2012-2019 which consists of balance statements, income statements, and cash flow from funding activities from 2012 to 2019. The result of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.813. This figure means that 0.813 or 81.3% of the diversity of data from financial performance data can be explained by the two independent variables, namely the Debt to Asset Ratio and the Debt to Equity Ratio. While the rest (1-0.813 = 0.817) or 18.7% is explained by other factors outside the study. The results of statistical tests show that the Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio together (simultaneously) have an effect on financial performance (Return on Equity).

The aim of this research is to determine how the quality of financial reports on underinvestment and overinvestment conditions are affected. The research was conducted on mining companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017. The number of samples on this research is 38 companies. The method of data collection used is non-technical sampling method with purposisive sampling. The analysis of the data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis, model feasibility, multi-logistics regression analysis, and Walid statistics test. The analysis found that the quality of financial reports is negative in underinvestment and overinvestment conditions. The company's high quality financial report would result in a decrease in company probants that experienced underinvestment conditions compared to the company's probability in normal investment conditions. The quality of good financial reports can improve monitoring function for shareholders in monitoring investment decisions made by managers to avoid overinvestment conditions.Keywords: Investment efficiency, unverinvestment, overinvestment, the quality of financial report.
