Help-Education is more suitable for student life, which emphasizing education as a kind of assistance that is born with love and aims for development. The irreplaceable help-education that generate from the parents will affect the students throughout their entire life. As parents, it is significant to insist on learning and reflection to help children to arouse their inner motivation in learning. As schools, when continuing the help-education, the moral mutual help, help-education Class, systematism management, and campus activity are the important components. Students and teachers help and learn from each other so that students can find their own interests through a variety of activities, which can better open up their minds, do things creatively, stimulate their inherent potential, but also make students have more confidence in themselves. Being oneself, which means helping students become class masters and build a cozy room with the teachers. Also, let the students participate in improving the five aspects of life, including reading, flowering, travelling, exercising, and sleeping, so as to promote their all-round development, and then pass the transition from ego to superego.

AbstractH.A.R. Tilaar emphasizes to the importance of education based on culture, because education is process of culture. Therefore, between the education and culture has been greatly relation, because the education is not able to be separated from culture that has reflected and grown up dynamically in Indonesian society.The purpose of this research is to determine how the education based on culture according to H.A.R. Tilaar’s perspective. The object of this research was H.A.R. Tilaar’s Perspective which concerns to the education based on culture.The approach of this research was literature review. The source of the data were a text book written by H.A.R. Tilaar and other literatures related to this research. The technique of analyzing data were the content analysis of the text book written by H.A.R. Tilaar and other literatures.The result of this research are : (a) H.A.R. Tilaar conceptualizes the education as an culturing processes; (b) the education process is an culturing process through the interactive process between teachers and students; (c) it is necessary to the Government of Indonesia to correct the National education concept by proposing several aspects such as ; (1) the basic value of education; (2) to notice the function of sociological education; (3) the relation between culture and education; (4) the education as The Agent ofChange, and (5) to get the equalization of education opportunity; and (d) to grow up the creative and adaptive thinking toward education phenomenawhich always move dynamically in the environment of the Indonesian community which has its complexity.Keyword: Education, Culture.

In the monograph of Professor A. M. Starostin the notions “philosophical novations” and “research philosophy” was introduced and approved. The author divides the whole array of philosophic research into fundamental and applied – the sphere of philosophical novations. Fundamental and philosophic investigations are directed to the study of the problems of objective reality, thinking, cognition, the truth, freedom and other basic categories. The sphere of fundamental research is slowly changing and it’s development is marked by the outstanding names (Platon, Descartes, Kant, Schopenhauer, Heidegger etc.). As to the sphere of the philosophic innovations, its emergence and development are connected with application of methods of philosophical reflection to the realization of interdisciplinary problems of science, development of political, religious, artistic, ethical trends, which can't be researched only with the help of their own methods. The sphere of philosophic novations develops dynamically and according to its own scales and is twice larger than the sphere of fundamental philosophy.In his monography the author, from the viewpoint of his treating of fundamental and innovative projection of the philosophic knowledge and philosophic methods, analyses contemporary problems of politics, education, culture, science.

The first African converts of the Universities' Mission to Central Africa were five freed slaves, who had been given to the mission by the Sultan of Zanzibar in 1864. Their stories provide a microcosm of varying responses to mission Christianity by both clerical and lay Christians. One convert, Arthur Songolo, quickly rejected mission Christianity outright. Three converts embraced the UMCA's primary goal and were trained to serve as missionaries on the African mainland. One of them, subdeacon George Farajallah, died during the cholera epidemic of 1870, before he could be assigned to a mission post. Francis Mabruki served as a missionary, but ultimately left the UMCA, in part due to paternalism in the mission. John Swedi served faithfully his entire life as a deacon on the African mainland and in Zanzibar. Robert Feruzi appropriated the UMCA's goal for lay Christians. He was a reliable employee and consistent Christian throughout his secular career, which included participation in two of Henry Morton Stanley's African expeditions.

This article aims to explain the field findings related to the socio-economic conditions of the community in Beji village. The village was known as the base of the santri and the socio-economic impacts that provide value to the life of the community around the pesantren. The research used a qualitative method with a constructivism approach. Excavation of data through in-depth interview techniques and field observations and enriched with document studies. Informants interviewed were determined through the snowballing techniques. The result of the research shows that the existence of Manbail Futuh pesantren in the middle of village society not only serves to serve religious education (Islam) but with the number of santri coming from various regions, so the existence of pesantren also gives a socio-economic impact for the surrounding community. Against the community the economic benefits provided by pesantren is not active but passive. This is because the pesantren is limited to providing opportunities for local residents in the pesantren location to accommodate 833 students of mukim and has an active student of 2,469 people without attracting any pennies for "retribution". Sociologically, the socio-economic relation between pesantren and the local people who work as a sword gives birth to the pattern of the economic behavior of mashlahat. It can be said that the economic action played by pesantren is a substantive economy based on Islamic moral values, namely the principles of ta'awun (mutual help) and the principle of maslahat (the common good).
