On the basis of the analysis of the literature sources, we determined the possible range of using the method of the Earth`s natural pulse electromagnetic field. As a result of detailed analysis of domestic and foreign research, we demonstrated the relevance of conducting research focused on development of the Earth'snatural pulse electromagneticfield (or ENPEMF). Using the results of theoretical studies, the advantages and disadvantages of the ENPEMF method were determined. A complex of physical processes which preceded the development of the pulse electromagnetic field of the Earth was characterized, and the impact of mechanical deformations of rocks on the change in the condition of the electromagnetic field was experimentally proven. The main fundamentals on the determination of depth range of the ENPEMF method were examined and a new approach to interpretation of the data was suggested. We conducted an analysis of methods developed earlier of calculating geometric parameters of the sources which generate electromagnetic impulses. Their practicability at a certain stage of solving the data of geological tasks was experimentally tested. We determined the factors which affect the depth range of the ENPEMF method. A mathematical solution of the effectiveness of the ENPEMF method was suggested and determined the relations between the depth parameter of the study and the frequency of measuring and effective value of specific electric resistance. On the example of different objects, the effectiveness and correctness of the suggested method of determining the depth range parameter was proven. In particular, the theoretical results of the study were tested and confirmed on objects of different geological-morphological and engineering-technical aspects, i.e. Novo-Holyn mine in the Kalush-Holynske potash deposit and the multi-storey educational building of the University in Ivano-Frankivsk. The practicability of using the ENPEMF method in combination with other methods of electrometry for solving practical geological tasks was experimentally proven.

Relevance of research topic. Innovations penetration is increasing very fast because of technologies development, society attitude and economic benefit. It transforms traditional businesses to new models and forms. One of the recent trends is sharing economy. It grows very fast and is being introduced in more sectors. One of the biggest growths is in tourism sector. There are some challenges both for the society and science. Research problem: the discussions about the sharing economy, its benefits and threats, implications for the traditional economy are increasing in the literature [7; 17; 18; 20; 34]. However, the scope of sharing economy in each sector of the economy may be approached differently and different aspects may be emphasized. More and more researchers [2; 8] are also attempting to analyze the impact of sharing on the economy, but there is still a lack of common definitions, clear links between innovations and sharing economy in tourism business. Research aim: to identify the concept of sharing economy, it’s features as well as causes and outcomes in the context of tourism business. Method or methodology for conducting research. Scientific literature analysis method is used to achieve this aim. Results of work. Literature analysis revealed that sharing economy is based on C2C based business model where innovations enable the sharing underutilized assets. Sharing economy is accelerated by technological development and lower cost. New trends also impact and transform tourism sector. There are some advantages and disadvantages for the sector.

Abstract This article analyses the importance of understanding the natures of Islamic sciences, and what distinguishes them from others and the impact of this on the attributes and competencies of the university lecturer who teaches them. The aim of the paper is to show the how these natures influence preparation of the lecturers. The article followed the descriptive analytical method and textual analysis.  It concluded that some of the natures of these sciences are: revealed reference, practical, scientific, methodological and purposeful, and revolve around the message of Istikhlaf (vicegerency) and civilisation (umran) on the earth. Accordingly, the teacher who learns and teaches them should have attributes and qualities such as; sense of mission, strong faith, Intellectual leadership, knowledge and experience, exemplary role model, wisdom, guided reasoning, purification and spiritualty. The article recommended the need to develop specialised programs for the lecturers of Islamic and Shari’ah sciences in universities that take into account the realities of contemporary education, the quality of learners, teaching methods and the natures of these sciences.  Keywords: Natures of Islamic Sciences, Lecturer, Attributes, University Teaching.

At the present stage of the development of world civilization, it is problematic to find a field of activity that is not affected to some extent by the consequences of the spread of a new coronavirus infection. The previously unthinkable situation has become a serious and critical test of readiness not only for the world health service, but also for educational institutions at all levels. General education schools, colleges and universities were forced to transform the education process into a new format, experimenting with mass “remote learning”. One can assert that the impact of the pandemic on education, including higher education, has radically changed its foundations. all educational institutions, including universities, found themselves in difficult conditions and were forced to adapt to the current events in a short time, spend significant financial and human resources for accelerated digitalization of education, trying to maintain the quality of education in the current conditions. Educational information and communication technologies, which seemed to be a form of education of the future, also changed their former essence and purpose. Universities were forced to solve many pressing issues in a short time: in what forms to conduct distance learning; what technical means to use for this; how to assess the assimilation of students of the material received; how to conduct final exams, defense of diploma projects, and how to conduct the enrollment for the next academic year. Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University did not stay away from the events. And if in March 2020, the university mainly conducted remote training on the Moodle platform, designed more for independent work of students, then during the second wave, the university successfully conducts distance learning on the modern Zoom platform. The purpose of the article is to show the experience of using the above-mentioned platform in teaching foreign languages, considering its advantages and disadvantages.

This case examines the experience of introducing the Cisco Networking Academy Program as part of two data communications courses taught in the School of Business and Economics at the University of Auckland. This case discusses the advantages and disadvantages encountered in the administration and delivery of the combined (traditional content plus the Cisco-based content) material. The case also analyses the impact of the program on the learning outcomes and objectives of the existing courses. The feedback presented was obtained informally through conversations with students and formally by using end-of-semester surveys and by reviewing students assignments and tests. The case describes how the program combined traditional sage on the stage lectures plus hands-on lab experiments as part of the educational experience. The availability of on-line curricula and testing is also considered as an important element in the learning process.

This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of ICTs in the teaching and learning of foreign languages, in particular the use of WhatsApp in the Certificate in Portuguese programme offered by the Institute of Distance Education of the University of Eswatini. Theoretical aspects will be combined with practical examples of what has been happening on the WhatsApp platform since 2013 with learners of Portuguese. The practical part comes from field research undertaken by the tutor as a direct observer of activities and feedback between lecturers, tutors and students. The impact of COVID19 on the use of WhatsApp will also be looked at briefly. In conclusion, it will be noted that WhatsApp is a valuable environment to ensure that teaching and learning continues beyond the classroom and can be an important motivator for lifelong learning.

Educational governmental institutions have recommended implementing blended learning in higher education to respond to the “new educational normality” caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, although this is not a new challenge. Over the last few decades, higher education institutions have tried to incorporate the use of technological devices to university teaching, by redesigning and optimizing the learning experiences through a mixed teaching model. In this context, the Flipped Classroom (FC) model is one of the pedagogical models that is revolutionizing the scope of education. However, there is still not enough evidence of its advantages and disadvantages in the university stage. Therefore, it is important to analyze the impact of the FC on the learning, satisfaction and interaction of the different agents of the university community. Due to the idiosyncrasy of the present study, an exclusively qualitative and longitudinal methodology was selected; thus, 266 interviews based on open questions were conducted throughout the last five years. The results show that students value the FC model positively and corroborate its great potential from academic, competence, personal and social perspectives. Nevertheless, a small group of students are still very critical about the model and would prefer to keep using a traditional methodology, mainly due to the lack of habit using active methodologies and establishing the learning commitment required by such methodologies.

Purpose. The article discusses the subject of new technologies in tourism, especially the issue of replacing analogue maps with various types of digital ones - webGIS applications, geo-search engines, geoportals, applications containing tourist maps and mobile applications containing interactive maps. The research aimed to find an answer to the question whether we are actually dealing with the dusk of traditional tourism cartography, or if analogue maps are still needed and used. The issue regarding the impact of the geospatial revolution on subsequent stages of activity related to the preparation and completion of a tourist trip/journey was also discussed. Method. A discussion was presented on the role of maps in tourism. The advantages and disadvantages of digital maps, both computer and mobile ones, were evaluated within the context of their use by tourists. Findings. These considerations allowed the conclusion that despite the clear decline in the sales of tourist guides and tourist maps, the widespread availability of various types of computer and mobile applications on the market, it cannot be that we are witnessing the dusk of traditional tourism cartography trying to replace printed materials. Research and conclusions limitations. The theses presented in the article require empirical confirmation on the basis of a larger number of examples. Although the work discusses the advantages and disadvantages of cartographic media within the context of their suitability for tourism, however, conducting research on small trials and the occurrence of very different conditions makes them be contributing in nature. Practical implications. The conclusions from the article form the basis for further research on the use of digital maps and mapping applications in tourism and their usefulness at every stage of a journey. Originality. The originality of the article comes down to two issues. First of all, in the Polish literature on this subject, relatively few authors confront the advantages and disadvantages of analogue maps versus digital ones. Secondly, the texts that have been published on this subject so far draw attention to the above-mentioned problem within the context of the specificity of maps intended for tourists and other maps used by them, only to a negligible extent. Type of work. Review article.
