Relevance of research topic. Innovations penetration is increasing very fast because of technologies development, society attitude and economic benefit. It transforms traditional businesses to new models and forms. One of the recent trends is sharing economy. It grows very fast and is being introduced in more sectors. One of the biggest growths is in tourism sector. There are some challenges both for the society and science. Research problem: the discussions about the sharing economy, its benefits and threats, implications for the traditional economy are increasing in the literature [7; 17; 18; 20; 34]. However, the scope of sharing economy in each sector of the economy may be approached differently and different aspects may be emphasized. More and more researchers [2; 8] are also attempting to analyze the impact of sharing on the economy, but there is still a lack of common definitions, clear links between innovations and sharing economy in tourism business. Research aim: to identify the concept of sharing economy, it’s features as well as causes and outcomes in the context of tourism business. Method or methodology for conducting research. Scientific literature analysis method is used to achieve this aim. Results of work. Literature analysis revealed that sharing economy is based on C2C based business model where innovations enable the sharing underutilized assets. Sharing economy is accelerated by technological development and lower cost. New trends also impact and transform tourism sector. There are some advantages and disadvantages for the sector.

The authors of the article investigated the sharing economy elements as an ecosystem and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the sharing economy in the tourism sector. Exploring the elements of the sharing economy's ecosystem can help identify the challenges of globalization and lead to exploiting the sharing economy's potential more efficiently in the tourism sector. The study of the impact of the sharing economy as an ecosystem on the tourism sector is also made relevant by the lack of research examining the advantages and disadvantages of sharing economy models. To determine the impact of the sharing economy on the tourism sector, the authors analyzed the scientific literature. An empirical study of business models based on the sharing economy in the tourism sector was carried out. Moreover, the advantages and disadvantages were identified of the sharing economy in the tourism sector. The authors' analysis has shown that, despite conflicting views on the impact and importance of the sharing economy in the tourism sector, many experts are optimistic about sharing economy-based models in this sector. Research by the authors of the article shows that sharing economy-based businesses are superior to traditional business models.  The sharing economy-based models are preeminent because of more affordable prices for tourists, better satisfaction of individual needs, opportunities to become part of the community, a more comprehensive range of services, better access to tourism services. A better quality of services also highlights the advantages of economy-based businesses. Although the study was conducted in the Lithuanian tourism sector, we can assume that the study data can be unified and applied to analyze similar markets in other countries.

On the basis of the analysis of the literature sources, we determined the possible range of using the method of the Earth`s natural pulse electromagnetic field. As a result of detailed analysis of domestic and foreign research, we demonstrated the relevance of conducting research focused on development of the Earth'snatural pulse electromagneticfield (or ENPEMF). Using the results of theoretical studies, the advantages and disadvantages of the ENPEMF method were determined. A complex of physical processes which preceded the development of the pulse electromagnetic field of the Earth was characterized, and the impact of mechanical deformations of rocks on the change in the condition of the electromagnetic field was experimentally proven. The main fundamentals on the determination of depth range of the ENPEMF method were examined and a new approach to interpretation of the data was suggested. We conducted an analysis of methods developed earlier of calculating geometric parameters of the sources which generate electromagnetic impulses. Their practicability at a certain stage of solving the data of geological tasks was experimentally tested. We determined the factors which affect the depth range of the ENPEMF method. A mathematical solution of the effectiveness of the ENPEMF method was suggested and determined the relations between the depth parameter of the study and the frequency of measuring and effective value of specific electric resistance. On the example of different objects, the effectiveness and correctness of the suggested method of determining the depth range parameter was proven. In particular, the theoretical results of the study were tested and confirmed on objects of different geological-morphological and engineering-technical aspects, i.e. Novo-Holyn mine in the Kalush-Holynske potash deposit and the multi-storey educational building of the University in Ivano-Frankivsk. The practicability of using the ENPEMF method in combination with other methods of electrometry for solving practical geological tasks was experimentally proven.

The subject of the research is an analysis of the decentralization impact on Ukraine local budgets formation. The purpose of this study is to find a solution to the problematic aspects of the formation of self-sufficient, financially wealthy communities by analyzing the impact of decentralization on the formation of local budgets and the budgets of the combined territorial communities. Method or methodology for conducting research. The study used a set of general scientific methods and techniques, namely: comparative analysis and synthesis, abstraction, the method of induction and deduction, idealization, generalization, analogy, modeling, as well as special - expert survey, grouping, forecasting. Results of work. Decentralization today is the most effective and efficient way to ensure the financial autonomy and sustainability of local authorities by transferring to them the powerful sources of budget revenues previously assigned to the central government, and expanding the financial base of administrative-territorial formations. That is, the introduction of a new model of financial support for local budgets consists in expanding the rights of local authorities, the sources of their formation, giving them full budgetary independence and creating real ground for the exercise of their powers. And in connection with the amendments to the Budget Code on the introduction of medium-term planning, the issue of reporting and evaluating the effectiveness of budget programs is relevant for financial services workers. The field of application of results: territorial communities of Ukraine. Conclusions according to the article. One of the important problems in the formation of local budgets is to ensure balanced socio-economic development of the regions and the formation of inter-budgetary relations in order to increase the level of financial self-sufficiency by strengthening budgetary decentralization. In order for the community to be able to carry out its tasks, it must have adequate financial resources to cover its own expenses. It is likely that the formation of financially self-sufficient administrative-territorial units requires changes not only in tax and budgetary legislation, but also in the territorial size of communities, districts and regions.

The sharing economy enables the sustainable development of tourism and at the same time contributes to social well-being and economic growth. It also helps to reduce negative impact on the environment and society, and at the same time reduces costs. The purpose of this study is to find out how the sharing economy can contribute to the development of sustainable tourism. This article is intended to identify the opportunities and benefits of the sharing economy in the tourism sector and to describe the impact of the sharing economy on the travel and tourism sector. To achieve this goal, a systematic scientific analysis of literature and quantitative research methods was applied. Seeking development of sustainable tourism, the authors present a theoretical conceptual model that illustrates the contribution of the sharing economy through benefits and factors influencing sharing economy perspectives in tourism. Empirical research was conducted based on factors influencing sharing economy perspectives in tourism transportation services as one of the sharing economy areas. Analysis of the empirical research results showed that the most important factors influencing the respondents’ choices of the ORSC transport sharing platform were price, general approach and comfort.

In today’s globalized world, international trade, which covers the totality of foreign trade of all countries of the world, is a powerful force of economic development. The economic development of any country is impossible without its active participation in trade relations with other countries of the world. The rapid formation of the global economy contributes to the emergence of a number of opportunities for both large and small businesses. The article considers both advantages and disadvantages of globalization of economy. The article claims that in the current conditions of technological development and rapid integration processes, it is necessary to take into account results of globalization, while forming an effective state policy regarding the realization of foreign trade activities. The country participating in the system of global economic relations should have competitive advantages and improve its competitiveness in order to avoid the impact of negative factors. The article reveals the current state of the development of Ukraine’s foreign trade with other countries of the world, as well as explores Ukraine’s exports and imports structure. Despite a significant increase in the cost of exporting goods and services to the world, Ukraine is still an import-dependent country. The currency liberalization contributed to the reduction of prejudice from foreign counterparties, investors and banks, which allowed Ukrainian enterprises to operate fully in foreign markets, which resulted in a significant reduction in the negative foreign trade balance of the country. The new currency law has provided Ukraine with a base for free capital movement, which brought the country closer to European standards. However, despite significant easing in foreign exchange regulation, Ukrainian manufacturers continue to face a number of both internal and external obstacles to boosting their export activity. The article defines further ways of development of foreign economic activity of domestic enterprises in the conditions of globalization. It has been established that the stable development of the economy is possible only in the conditions of maintaining its openness and rapid development of foreign trade.

The paper will discuss the impact of development of sharing economy on ecological sustainability for the tourism sector at global scale since the main focus in the literature is generally limited to economic and social impacts. It will provide a mathematical model in order to measure the impact of the sharing economy on the welfare of individuals who take part in particular tourism destinations as well as providing benefits for other individuals as a positive external outlook. The development of the model will be dependent on the findings obtained in this study. The results will show that the sharing economy together with collaborative consumption in the tourism sector is an increasing trend in global economy that contributes to ecological sustainability as well. By sharing the means of production, transportation, communication etc both tourists and service providers are capable of decreasing their ecological footprints. In conclusion the paper will contribute to the literature by filling a gap with respect to the lack of connection between environmental sustainability and sharing economy in tourism sector.

Purpose. The article discusses the subject of new technologies in tourism, especially the issue of replacing analogue maps with various types of digital ones - webGIS applications, geo-search engines, geoportals, applications containing tourist maps and mobile applications containing interactive maps. The research aimed to find an answer to the question whether we are actually dealing with the dusk of traditional tourism cartography, or if analogue maps are still needed and used. The issue regarding the impact of the geospatial revolution on subsequent stages of activity related to the preparation and completion of a tourist trip/journey was also discussed. Method. A discussion was presented on the role of maps in tourism. The advantages and disadvantages of digital maps, both computer and mobile ones, were evaluated within the context of their use by tourists. Findings. These considerations allowed the conclusion that despite the clear decline in the sales of tourist guides and tourist maps, the widespread availability of various types of computer and mobile applications on the market, it cannot be that we are witnessing the dusk of traditional tourism cartography trying to replace printed materials. Research and conclusions limitations. The theses presented in the article require empirical confirmation on the basis of a larger number of examples. Although the work discusses the advantages and disadvantages of cartographic media within the context of their suitability for tourism, however, conducting research on small trials and the occurrence of very different conditions makes them be contributing in nature. Practical implications. The conclusions from the article form the basis for further research on the use of digital maps and mapping applications in tourism and their usefulness at every stage of a journey. Originality. The originality of the article comes down to two issues. First of all, in the Polish literature on this subject, relatively few authors confront the advantages and disadvantages of analogue maps versus digital ones. Secondly, the texts that have been published on this subject so far draw attention to the above-mentioned problem within the context of the specificity of maps intended for tourists and other maps used by them, only to a negligible extent. Type of work. Review article.
