Various threats occurred to clown knifefish (belida) populations in wild nature, such as the low value of indicators for the availability of broodstock in nature (15%), high utilization rates, and several protection regulations as evidence of clown knifefish extinction concerns, indicate the need for certain conservation efforts towards sustainable clown knifefish management. The study aims to formulate efforts to maintain the sustainability of clown knifefish populations to population also the needs in increasing production, by looking at the current conditions of clown knifefish fisheries both from fishing and aquaculture activities. A simple analysis was carried out on the production and catch of clown knifefish in Riau Province as well as aquaculture. The results show that there are several positive things that support the use of clown knifefish as an aquaculture commodity. In terms of fishing, the contribution of clown knifefish to total inland fishery production both locally (Riau) and nationally is small relatively, however until now the market and industrial needs of local Riau to outside Riau can still be met. In addition, there is a market mechanism that imposes a high price on large sizes as well as the existence of ‘lubuk larangan’ as a protected area. Other positive is the genetic background that allows the use of seeds and broodstock from Kampar and Palembang locations for recovery purposes in nature. Also technological developments of spawning in a controlled environment outside their natural habitat. On the other hand, there is unsupported condition to the sustainability of clown knifefish resources, including the degradation of habitat. The more obvious degradation is seen having a faster impact than the recovery effort. Aquaculture is believed to be able to bridge the acceleration of the recovery in order to increase the production of clown knifefish in this case.

This study is a literature review with the normative approach. To achieve the desired objectives, the authors collected data consisting of primary and secondary data. The data obtained through the previous discussion of some theses, books, websites, supported by guidelines of the Quran and Al-Hadith. In gathering the data, the researcher uses the method of a documentary, and with the way the method of indirect observation, by visiting the library in search of data. The result of this research that Ibn Taimiyyah had two views in pricing, the first is valid pricing, second is invalid pricing. And valid pricing can be done by the government to stabilize the economic condition which is called intervention. The goal of intervention is to ensure social justice and prosperity of society. Intervention mechanisms are divided into two, namely direct and indirect. Direct intervention in the form of Al-Hisbah, the character of the institution as a corporate planner, set the market mechanism that is not fair. Besides, in the particular circumstances that required the intervention price, for example when there was war and famine, so all the high-priced goods, or when there was speculation in the market, which requires the seller to sell goods, or when there was speculation in the market, which requires the seller to sell goods with high price levels. While the indirect intervention was implemented in the educational problems and the fulfillment of public facilities such as transport and communication.

Grouper is one of the non-oil and gas export commodities that has the potential to be developed. As fish, fish consumption is much needed for restaurants and luxury hotels. The weight range of 500 - 100 grams / head, especially in living conditions, has a high price compared to in the form of dead fish.In 1999, research and development for multi-species harchery carried out jointly by the Gondol Marine Aquaculture Research Center with JICA first successfully produced mass of duck grouper seeds, cromileptes altivelis and tiger grouper seeds (Kawahara, et. Al ., 2000; Sugama et.al., 2001). Whereas to mass produce sunu grouper seeds in 2005. Technology development has been disseminated to government and private hatcheries, so that the production of duck grouper seeds has increased dramatically and more than 1 million seeds in 2001 (Kawahara and Ismi, 2003). This technology is also applied to the production of tiger grouper seeds, Ephinephelus fuscoguttatus by private hatcheries. In 2002, tiger grouper seed production was more than 2.6 million. For sunu groupers up to now, more than 0.5 million in 2006.Belawan Sicanang Village Medan Belawan District Medan City is an island surrounded by several tributaries which empties into the Deli River. 40% of the population are fishermen who are looking for shrimp or fish in the river and land pond farmers. Grouper is one of the fish that lives naturally in the waters of Belawan Sicanang Village which has high economic value. But environmental damage such as logging of mangroves due to the low alternatives of community livelihoods, changes in the function of land, continuous capture of the land causes the grouper population to continue to decline. The use of the river for floating cages in grouper aquaculture can reduce the reduced supply of groupers from the natural habitat of fishermen's catches produced by this region. Cheaper cost analysis compared to terrestrial aquaculture can improve the welfare of fishermen and support culinary commodities in the development of Mango Sicanang ecotourism which is being promoted by the community and the local government.

The present study is a review of the main inland water malacostracan species of northern Chile: Cryphiops caementarius (Molina, 1782). This species sustains the local fisheries in northern and central Chilean hydrographical basins. Cryphiops caementarius, in Chile known as the northern river shrimp, is endemic to rivers west of the Andes Mountains in Peru, and south from Chancay-Lambayeque River and the rivers in the northern Chilean littoral up to 32°55′S. Research on this species in its natural habitat consigned between 1958 to 2008 was directed to population knowledge, including mainly the existing populations in rivers in the Regions of Atacama and Coquimbo. Important advances were also made with regards to the study of the embryonic development, biology, life cycle and reproduction that serve as a basis for the technological development of juvenile production in a controlled environment.

The optic ganglion of Daphnia Magna, a small crustacean that reproduces parthenogenetically contains about three hundred neurons: 110 neurons in the Lamina or anterior region and about 190 neurons in the Medulla or posterior region. The ganglion lies in the midplane of the organism and shows a high degree of left-right symmetry in its structures. The Lamina neurons form the first projection of the visual output from 176 retinula cells in the compound eye. In order to answer questions about structural invariance under constant genetic background, we have begun to reconstruct in detail the morphology and synaptic connectivity of various neurons in this ganglion from electron micrographs of serial sections (1). The ganglion is sectioned in a dorso-ventra1 direction so as to minimize the cross-sectional area photographed in each section. This area is about 60 μm x 120 μm, and hence most of the ganglion fit in a single 70 mm micrograph at the lowest magnification (685x) available on our Zeiss EM9-S.

Agmenellum quadruplicatum is a unicellular, non-nitrogen-fixing, marine cyanobacterium (blue-green alga). The ultrastructure of this organism, when grown in the laboratory with all necessary nutrients, has been characterized thoroughly. In contrast, little is known of its ultrastructure in the specific nutrient-limiting conditions typical of its natural habitat. Iron is one of the nutrients likely to limit this organism in such natural environments. It is also of great importance metabolically, being required for both photosynthesis and assimilation of nitrate. The purpose of this study was to assess the effects (if any) of iron limitation on the ultrastructure of A. quadruplicatum. It was part of a broader endeavor to elucidate the ultrastructure of cyanobacteria in natural systemsActively growing cells were placed in a growth medium containing 1% of its usual iron. The cultures were then sampled periodically for 10 days and prepared for thin sectioning TEM to assess the effects of iron limitation.

In recent years, rapid technological developments in the field of neuroimaging have provided several new methods for revealing thoughts, actions and intentions based solely on the pattern of activity that is observed in the brain. In specialized centres, these methods are now being employed routinely to assess residual cognition, detect consciousness and even communicate with some behaviorally non-responsive patients who clinically appear to be comatose or in a vegetative state. In this article, we consider some of the ethical issues raised by these developments and the profound implications they have for clinical care, diagnosis, prognosis and medical-legal decision-making after severe brain injury.
