Універсальна моделююча програма ChemCad дозволяє провести моделювання процесу насичення плодів гарбуза цукром. Результати моделювання дають можливість здійснення технологічного процесу з мінімальними енергозатратами та максимальним збереженням поживних речовин в готовому продукті, в якому єдиним консервантом буде цукор.За допомогою універсальної моделюючої програми ChemСad був змодельований ізотермічний реактор насичення частинок гарбуза цукром, який працює за умов постійної концентрації сахарози в сиропі і одночасним збільшенням концентрації сахарози в цукатах. Такий процес був змодельований стаціонарним з інтенсивним перемішуванням, працює в ізотермічному режимі і в якому кількість випаруваної води компенсує кількість виділеної води з цукату.Для моделювання  необхідно було попередньо шляхом аналізу математичного опису знайти умови реалізації ізотермічного режиму, розробити математичне забезпечення для проектування реактора.Отримані числові значення результату моделювання, розрахункові та графічні залежності насичення цукатів сахарозою та проаналізовані отримані результати. Доведено, що проводити процес насичення цукатів цукром в стаціонарному режимі доцільно, з точки зору збереження органолептичних властивостей, оптимального насичення цукату, який буде довго зберігати свої властивості і не пліснявіти. ChemCad's universal simulator allows you to simulate the process of saturation of pumpkin fruit with sugar. The simulation results allow the implementation of a technological process with minimal energy consumption and maximum preservation of nutrients in the finished product, in which the only preservative is sugar. With the help of the universal simulation program ChemСad, an isothermal saturation reactor for sugar pumpkin particles was modeled, which operates under the constant concentration of sucrose in syrup and simultaneously increases the concentration of sucrose in candied fruits.Such a process was modeled by stationary with intense mixing, operating in isothermal mode and in which amount of evaporated water compensates for the amount of water extracted from candied fruit. For simulation, it was necessary to pre-analyze the mathematical description of the conditions for the implementation of the isothermal regime, to develop a mathematical support for the design of the reactor.For simulation, it was necessary to pre-analyze the mathematical description of the conditions for the implementation of the isothermal regime, to develop a mathematical support for the design of the reactor to include:- determination of the constant concentration of sugar in vaporized syrup at the end of the process, the flow of solution and vapor;- duration of sucrose saturation under stationary conditions;- definition of reactor design characteristics, diameter height and height of the liquid;Numerical simulation values, graphical and computational relationships are obtained, the result is analyzed.It is proved that the process of saturation of succulents with sugar in the steady state is advisable, in terms of preservation of organoleptic properties, optimum saturation of candied fruit, which will retain its properties and molds for a long time.

The article presents a developed mathematical model for calculating the granulometric composition of the blasted rock mass based on the mechanism of action of an explosion in rocks, a mathematical description of the determination of natural units (blocks) in the rock mass, the relationship between the degree of rock fragmentation and the size of the units and the definition of sections of the controlled pressure zone.

Research and experimental results of a potato digger with a rotary separating web are published in this article. The main design characteristics of the rotors are justified by analysis of existing constructions and their working processes. Special attention is paid to definition of rotational speed of the rotors of the rotary separation web. Theoretical researches have determined that potato layer moves steadily while rotational speed of rotary working bodies equals 230 rpm. Results of experimental researches demonstrate that the rotary separation web removes 89,7% impurities while rotational speed of rotary working bodies equals 242 rpm.

One that influences human resource indicators is education. The teacher is a profession as a job of academic specialization in a relatively long time in college. Understanding related to teacher competence is very important to have by a prospective teacher because it can affect the quality of performance as a professional teacher. The teacher's competence is known as pedagogic, professional, social and personality competencies. The issue in this study is how the competency of the teacher of the Department of Geography Education FKIP Unsyiah as a prospective teacher of geography? The purpose of this study was to determine the competence of teachers in the Department of Geography Education FKIP Unsyiah as prospective geography teachers. Quantitative description approach is used in this study to find answers to the issue. The population in this study were students of the Department of Geography Education FKIP Unsyiah class of 2015 and 2016 who had been declared to have passed the Micro Teaching and Magang Kependidikan 3 course totaling 50 people. Because the population is small and can be reached, the determination of the sample using total sampling techniques so that the sample in this study is the whole population. Data collection is done by distributing test questions to respondents. The data was analyzed using the descriptive statistics percentage formula. The results of the study indicate that the level of teacher competence of Geography Education Department students as prospective teachers is in the moderate category, namely as many as 22 respondents (44%). A total of 12 respondents (24%) were in the high category, 15 respondents (30%) were in the low category and 1 respondent (2%) were in the very low category.

The definition of person and non-person always change through legal history. Long time ago, law did not recognize the personality of slaves. Recently, it accepted non-human legal subject as legitimate person before the law. This article examines sufficient conditions for being person in the eye of law according to its particular purposes, and then, analyses the meaning of legal person in criminal law. In order to do that, scientific methodology that is adopted in this research is doctrinal legal research combined with philosophical approach. Some theories regarding person and legal person were analysed, and then the concept of person was associated with the accepted definition of legal person that is adopted in the latest Indonesian drafted criminal code. From the study that has been done, can be construed that person in criminal law concerned with norm adressat of the rule, as the author of the acts or omissions, and not merely the holder of rights. It has to be someone or something with the ability to think rationally and the ability to be responsible for the choices he/she made. Drafted penal code embraces human and corporation as its norm adressat. Corporation defined with broad meaning of collectives. Consequently, it will include not only entities with legal personality, but also associations without legal personality. Furthermore, it may also hold all kind of collective namely states, states bodies, political parties, state’s corporation, be criminally liable.

Приведены результаты исследований экспериментального картофелекопателя с ротационной сепарирующей поверхностью. Особое внимание уделяется обоснованию конструктивных параметров и определению рабочих характеристик нового сепарирующего устройства. На основе анализа результатов экспериментальных исследований определены наиболее оптимальные режимы работы экспериментального картофелекопателя.Research results of an experimental potato digger with rotational separating web are published in this article. Special attention is paid to definition of design characteristics and performance data of the new separating device. Admissible operating modes are defined on the basis of the analysis of results of pilot studies of the experimental potato digger.

The concept of failed state came to the fore with the end of the Cold War, the collapse of the USSR and the disintegration of Yugoslavia. Political violence is central in these discussions on the definition of the concept or the determination of its dimensions (indicators). Specifically, the level of political violence, the type of political violence and intensity of political violence has been broached in the literature. An effective classification of political violence can lead us to a better understanding of state failure phenomenon. By using Tilly’s classification of collective violence which is based on extent of coordination among violent actors and salience of short-run damage, the role played by political violence in state failure can be understood clearly. In order to do this, two recent cases, Iraq and Syria will be examined.

The paper purpose is the effectiveness estimation in the technological equipment use, taking into account its reliability and productivity for defective transmission units of buses. The problem consists in the determination of time to be spent on repair of bus transmission units taking into account technological equipment reliability. In the paper there is used a probabilistic method for the prediction bus transmission units, and also a method of the dynamics of averages which allow ensuring minimum of costs for units downtime during repair and equipment cost. The need for repair of transmission units (gear box) arises on an average after 650 hours, the average productivity of the bench makes 4.2 bus / hour. The bench fails on the average after 4600 hours of work, the average time of the bench makes 2 hours. In such a way the solution of the problem specified allows analyzing the necessity of time decrease for transmission unit repair to avoid long downtimes of buses in repair areas without negative impact upon high repair quality and safety during the further operation.

In potato plants, the phloem-mobile miR172 is involved in the sugar-dependent transmission of flower and tuber inducing signal transduction pathways and a clear link between solute transport and the induction of flowering and tuberization was demonstrated. The sucrose transporter StSUT4 seems to play an important role in the photoperiod-dependent triggering of both developmental processes, flowering and tuberization, and the phenotype of StSUT4-inhibited potato plants is reminiscent to miR172 overexpressing plants. The first aim of this study was the determination of the level of miR172 in sink and source leaves of StSUT4-silenced as well as StSUT4-overexpressing plants in comparison to Solanum tuberosum ssp. Andigena wild type plants. The second aim was to investigate the effect of sugars on the level of miRNA172 in whole cut leaves, as well as in whole in vitro plantlets that were supplemented with exogenous sugars. Experiments clearly show a sucrose-dependent induction of the level of mature miR172 in short time as well as long time experiments. A sucrose-dependent accumulation of miR172 was also measured in mature leaves of StSUT4-silenced plants where sucrose export is delayed and sucrose accumulates at the end of the light period.
