Concept for the Southern Campus of the Network University of the  Kuzbass Research and Education Center

The article introduces the concept of the New Town Campus as a part of the Network University of the World Class Research and Academic Center «Kuzbass». The research objective is to assess the role of the Campus within the Network University project aimed at improving the efficiency of the local education and managing its resources. The research features the infrastructure solutions for the future New Town Campus and involves the methods of conceptual proposals, functional zoning of urban environment, and urban planning. The New Town as an open, comfortable, and encouraging platform will ensure the world-class development of the business-tourism cluster, eventually turning the Network University into a platform able to compete with global leaders in education, research, and production. The Campus will also create opportunities for the modern intellectual and healthy lifestyle while optimizing the use of territorial resources.

Universal immunization of children against common vaccine preventable diseases is the most important aspect of childcare programs. It has long been a goal of the Universal Immunization Program. National Population Policy, 2000 has also stressed on development of Indian Immunization Program, as India is one of the largest in the world, in terms of quantities of vaccines used, numbers of beneficiaries, and the numbers of immunization sessions organized. This program is spread all across the country and seven vaccines are used to protect children and pregnant mothers against tuberculosis, diphtheria, pertusis, polio, measles tetanus and hepatitis-B. Some other supplements like vitamin A and iron tablets have also been added with this delivery mechanism to support overall nutritional level of children and their mothers. To assess the grassroot level condition, this study has tried to explore and compare the different parameters related to routine vaccination and supplement distribution in some selected districts. Role of ASHAs and ANMs is very important for this whole immunization program and to enhance the coverage in qualitative manner, certain evaluation parameters must be established like how many households are aware of sanitation, hygiene, preventive health and healthy lifestyle through ASHA and ANM work.

A handful of business schools in the world are famous in their respective countries of origin, but have also achieved global acclaim for their sustained and continued success as world-class academic institutions. This chapter describes some of these business schools and includes successful factors that have made them top quality institutions, such as general performance indicators used to rank and accredit business schools, common characteristics of success, as well as the role of ranking and accreditation as a source or force behind the fame and fortunes of such business schools. The chapter discusses the importance of national and international accreditation for the academic institutions and the pitfalls associated with accreditations. As examples of successful models, the chapter includes small success stories of business schools from emerging markets such as Pakistan and Mexico.

World Class Universities

The concept of “world-class university” has been there for some time, and everyone wants a world-class university, and no country feels it can do without one. This battle to develop world-class universities lies not only in the gained status but also in the symbolic role of such universities. Universities exist mainly for research and dissemination of knowledge, which have become critical drivers of economic growth. For this reason, world-class research universities are recognized as central institutions in the 21st century economies. This recognition comes with pressure for universities to rethink their research activities and with the need to raise their research status to that of internationally accepted world-class universities. However, in order to attain the world-class research status, there is a need to sustain the efforts being put in place at both national and university levels. This study analyzed university data over nine years, from 2008 to 2016. It examined how Nanjing Agricultural University has strived to sustain its efforts towards attaining world-class research status. The results reveal that consistency and sustainability have resulted in excellence in research and increased research production. The conclusion is that the sustainability of the efforts significantly increases research production and excellence.

Internal auditing serves help management in detection and prevention his that happens at an organization in the implementation of the good corporate governance. Principies of good corporate governance is an indicator the achievement of the balance interests, so the clash interests that occurs could focus and controlled and not result in losses to each party. According to previous studies, fraud led to the collapse of the world class companies. This is because inactive of mechanism good corporate governance. The -role of the auditors internal in an effort to detection and prevention his has a strong enough. And the role of the auditors internal also has a very important in good corporate governance. Methods used in this research is research methodology explanatory research with quantitative survei aims to understand the influence of the role of the auditors internal (components expertise, the scope of the work, the approach) that was undertaken auditor internal in order to detection and prevention his with the implementation of the good corporate governance on a 50 respondents is the company open a listing on the Bursa Efek Indonesia through the distribution of the questionnaire. The result has been concluded, the expertise, the scope of the work, the approach that was undertaken internal audit influential indirectly on the ,corporate governance through the intervening the detect and prevent offraud. For the company public, should be channeled to detect cheating through prevention, prevent is the root cause problems cheating that the creation of principles of good corporate governance in the company.

Objective: Nowadays, many countries all over the world are involved with COVID-19 and the number of new cases and deaths are on a rise. The role of emergency medicine and physician-led triage is important in this period. We report some near missed cases in our academic center related to this pandemic. Case Presentation: We report 5 cases that missed triage or received delayed diagnosis because of COVID-19 suspicion. Some cases are life threatening. Conclusion: Although COVID-19 is the main health concern these days, other critical conditions should be considered. Stabilizing patients before transferring them between hospitals should be the essential goal of emergency department whether the patient is Corona virus infected or not. And before any intervention, the safety of healthcare workers must be ensured.

The article analyzes the role of science in the development of state, world-class scientific and educational centers and their role in the innovative development of regions. The article presents the indicators of financing of REC. The sources and mechanisms of REC financing are analyzed. The effectiveness of functioning and impact of REC on the economy of the region is revealed. Possible reasons are given for the fact that the share of federal budget funds, specifically grants, is no more than 14,5 %, depending on the REC. It is noted that the main expenditures of the regional budget are directed to fundamental and applied research that meets the criteria and requirements of the regional market, the purchase of educational and scientific equipment, and the support and development of production enterprises that are members of REC. The creation of the REC will raise the prestige of science in the state, and the real sector of the economy is included in this process. The activities of scientific and educational center will also affect the structure of the GRP of the region. It was found that the functioning of RECs has positive socio-economic effects. This is reflected in the REC's performance targets, which are reflected in their work programs. In general, the functioning of the REC will have positive socio-economic effects, such as increasing the standard of living and attractiveness of the region; improving the environmental situation; increasing the production of innovative and high-tech products; increasing the level of GRP; creating new jobs; improving and developing the scientific and educational environment of the region.

This article is devoted to the consideration the features of world-class scientific and educational centers. The first five world-class SECs in 2019 as part of the national project “Science”. Until 2024, it is planned to create at least 15 world-class scientific and educational centers. The need to create and develop a world-class SEC is explained by the possibility of generating more qualitatively new scientific ideas that will be created within the framework of centers and universities and bringing innovative ideas to the market with the help of interested enterprises. In the future, it is assumed that a number of ideas being developed will correspond to the world level. Ideas related to the socio-economic development of the region will also be of great importance. Cooperation between universities, scientific organizations, enterprises and other stakeholders within the framework of the center will benefit all participants in cooperation. Currently, SECs have been created in five regions – in the Belgorod region, Kemerovo region, Nizhny Novgorod region, Perm Territory and Tyumen region. The specialization of the centers was chosen in accordance with the already formed priority areas of the regions. The activities of the world-class SEC are focused on improving the quality of education, developing networking between representatives of science, education and business and commercializing innovation. The article defines a number of problems that impede the development of worldclass scientific and educational centers.
