This study presents a method for conserving shamanistic spirits in Chiseonggwang Buddha. Scientific investigation has revealed that these spirits have been subject to degeneration as a result of severe exfoliation and pollution. The materials and preservation treatment techniques used in create these shamanistic spirits were identified through visual inspection and using appropriate scientific equipment. The different types of background paper, background material, and color pigments used in create the shamanistic spirits were analyzed using a colorimeter, stereoscopic microscope, and SEM-EDS techniques. The analysis revealed that the pulp paper was used as the background and synthetic fiber polyester as the background material. In addition, the study of the pigment revealed that the color components were all synthetic, except for red lead [Pb3O4] and oyster shell white [CaCO3]. Moreover, it was confirmed that the green pigment, identified as emerald green [Cu(C2H3O2)2.3Cu(AsO2)2], was a major component of shamanistic spirits in the late 19th century. The shamanistic spirits in Chiseonggwang Buddha were conserved by identifying raw materials and pigments through this detailed analysis.

The goals and objectives of space experiment Control to study parameters of the induced external atmosphere of the Russian Segment of the International Space Station are presented. The processing and analysis procedure for telemetry data obtained using scientific equipment Indicator - ISS is described. Numerical calculations were performed by direct statistical modeling of the flow around the pressure sensor by incoming flotation the Earth's outer atmosphere in the background measurement conditions, as well as in disturbed conditions with two vernier engines of the Zvezda module being operated. A correction function of the pressure sensor is obtained depending on the orientation, temperature factor and selected model of interaction of incident flow molecules with the internal and external device surfaces. The results of numerical modeling of the jet discharges of the the Zvezda vernier engine were compared with the data obtained in full-scale pressure measurements in experiment Control. Key words: pressure sensor, orbital station, induced external atmosphere, direct statistical modeling method.

Abstract The research was supported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education in accordance with the state assignment for Ural State Mining University No. 0833-2020-0008 ‘Development and environmental and economic substantiation of the technology for reclamation of land disturbed by the mining and metallurgical complex based on reclamation materials and fertilizers of a new type’. We obtain the scientific results by using funds of the Center for the collective use of scientific equipment of the Federal Scientific Center of biological systems and agricultural technologies of RAS as well (No Ross RU.0001.21 PF59, the Unified Russian Register of Centers for Collective Use - http://www.ckp-rf.ru/ckp/77384).The search for natural bioremediators to restore crop and grazing lands in conditions of the increased anthropogenic load is a relevant and promisingly significant area of research. Thus, we were tasked to assess the prospect of using the physiological and adaptive characteristics of microorganisms of the genus Bacillus as an active biosorbent of movable forms of lead from the substrate on the in vitro model.Soil isolates of microorganisms of the genus Bacillus extracted from samples from areas with increased lead levels were used to achieve our aim. Pb(NO3)2 solutions in the concentration range from 1 to 0.063M were used as the factor regulating the growth. Methods used in the work were: the method of agar basins, the nephelometric method, atomic-absorption spectroscopy, and atomic force microscopy. B. subtilis and B. cereus were isolated from soil samples. The maximum resistance to different concentrations of Pb(NO3)2 was revealed for B. subtilis. The presence of lead cations in the nutrient substrate significantly increased the population density to 26.0%. At the same time, the percentage of lead sorption in the initial stage of the stationary growth phase was 65.3% with the maximum localization on the surface structures of the cell membrane.

The article analyzes the role of science in the development of state, world-class scientific and educational centers and their role in the innovative development of regions. The article presents the indicators of financing of REC. The sources and mechanisms of REC financing are analyzed. The effectiveness of functioning and impact of REC on the economy of the region is revealed. Possible reasons are given for the fact that the share of federal budget funds, specifically grants, is no more than 14,5 %, depending on the REC. It is noted that the main expenditures of the regional budget are directed to fundamental and applied research that meets the criteria and requirements of the regional market, the purchase of educational and scientific equipment, and the support and development of production enterprises that are members of REC. The creation of the REC will raise the prestige of science in the state, and the real sector of the economy is included in this process. The activities of scientific and educational center will also affect the structure of the GRP of the region. It was found that the functioning of RECs has positive socio-economic effects. This is reflected in the REC's performance targets, which are reflected in their work programs. In general, the functioning of the REC will have positive socio-economic effects, such as increasing the standard of living and attractiveness of the region; improving the environmental situation; increasing the production of innovative and high-tech products; increasing the level of GRP; creating new jobs; improving and developing the scientific and educational environment of the region.

We develop an original system for controlling the mirror geometry of the Millimetron observatory as a part of the on-board scientific equipment. The system is designed to monitor the quality of the space telescope's mirror system and use the data received as feedback signals for presetting and adjusting the telescope's optical system in outer space. The system aims to determine a multi-dimensional vector of unknown parameters that define the state of the telescope's mirror system by indirect measurements of the telescope with a 3D scanner. An unparalleled mathematical model has been created, numerically describing a process of pre-measurement of the mirror system of the Millimetron Observatory using optical control marks on the surface of the mirror system. Using the mathematical model created and the geometric optics approximation, we numerically simulate the performance of the on-board 3D scanner in the course of preliminary measurements of the mirror system of the Millimetron Observatory using optical control marks applied on the mirror surfaces. A new effective method of pre-estimation of the displacement of elements of the AP telescope by indirect (implicit) measurements performed with the 3D scanner has been created. The method is based on the mathematical transformation of indirect measurements of deviations of the position of the telescope's mirror control marks from their reference position, which provides an easy-to-use list of estimates of the offsets of the unknown parameters of the mirror system elements. A possibility to measure the telescope's mirror system with the aim to pre-configure it using a 3D scanner on board the spacecraft is shown. Estimates of acceptable deviations of the mirror system component needed to ensure the telescope's functionality are given.

Data of methane, helium and hydrogen concentrations in the mineral waters, as well as in the subsurface atmosphere, of the Cat Ba, Co To and Bach Long Vi islands, shows that the regions belong to degassing zones of hydrogen and helium, and points at gas condensate potential of the Bac Bo sedimentary basin. A joint transit of these gases via the fault structures was established. Distribution patterns of hydrogen and helium concentrations from these islands (Tonkin Gulf) were obtained from the gas and water sample data. Thermogenic and metamorphogenic gases detected in hydrogeological wells on Cat Ba island and gas anomalies in subsurface gas indicate natural gas emission through permeability zones.  The work was carried out within the framework of the joint Russian-Vietnamese Laboratory on Marine Geosciences (V.I.Il`ichev Pacific Oceanological Institute FEB RAS and Institute of Marine Geology and Geophysics, VAST). The research involves the staff and scientific equipment of the new innovative Laboratory for Integrated Research of the Environment and Mineral Resources (LIREMR) of the POI FEB RAS, created within the framework of the SCIENCE national project.

This article deals with the process of composition designing of the cooked sausage "Udachnaya" by adding non-meat ingredients to reduce material costs for production, obtain a product with given chemical composition and technological properties, as well as to minimize the occurrence of defects characteristic of cooked sausage products, in particular broth-fat runoffs. As part of the research, complete preparations of the new generation “Biophos 90” and “Bioton gel 651” were used, which did not reduce the nutritional and biological value of meat products and also produced sausage products with high organoleptic and technological properties that are safe for consumer health and the environment. Synthesis of lessons learned in the development of the rational formulation of cooked sausage products shows that the use of mathematical modeling makes it possible to implement a targeted combination of ingredients and deliver the specified chemical composition and variable processing properties with an insignificant change in prime cost. The study was conducted using the technical base and laboratory areas of the Department of Commodity Research, Standardization and Quality Control (Faculty of Animal Science, Commodity Research, and Standardization), as well as the common use center of scientific equipment of FSBEI HE “Omsk State Agrarian University named after P.A. Stolypin”. The analytical data presented in this publication may be of interest to students of industry-specific colleges, as well as specialists in the meat industry, and can be implemented in real enterprises. Keywords: Construction, composition, cooked sausage, nutrient additives

This article examines the phenotypic features of cattle and their use in breeding to improve the characteristics of milk productivity. As part of the research, 483 black-and- white pedigree cows in the breeding enterprises of the Omsk region were evaluated by a set of characteristics. It was found that the average age of calving cows was 2.5 years. 42.7% in the total cow population were full-grown cows. The maximum level of milk productivity was observed in second lactation cows. The milk yield for 305 days of the second lactation was 6.720 kg, which was 621 kg or 9.24% higher than that in first-calf heifers. The phenotypic characterization of breeding stock allowed us to identify all the necessary reserves for obtaining high-yielding offspring, in order to increase the level of milk production in the black-and-white cattle population of the region.
