ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian mengenai analisis kesalahan penggunaan verba furu, kudaru, oriru dan sagaru sebagai sinonim pada mahasiswa tingkat III tahun akademik 2015/2016 Departemen Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang FPBS UPI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesalahan apa saja yang terjadi pada pembelajar bahasa Jepang dalam menggunakan verba furu, kudaru, oriru dan sagaru sebagai sinonim, mencari penyebab terjadinya kesalahan tersebut, dan upaya untuk mengurangi terjadinya kesalahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat III tahun akademik 2015/2016 Departemen Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang FPBS UPI dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik one shoot model. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui cara tes dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kesalahan terhadap penggunaan verba furu adalah 26,67%, kesalahan terhadap penggunaan verba kudaru adalah 68,55%, kesalahan terhadap penggunaan verba oriru adalah 58,52%, dan kesalahan terhadap penggunaan verba sagaru adalah 59,99%. Faktor – faktor penyebab terjadinya kesalahan penggunaan verba furu, kudaru, oriru dan sagaru adalah kurangnya pemahaman mengenai penggunaan verba furu, kudaru, oriru dan sagaru dengan tepat, kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai fungsi verba furu, kudaru, oriru dan sagaru, dan kurangnya pemahaman mengenai persamaan dan perbedaan verba furu, kudaru, oriru dan sagaru.  Kata Kunci : Sinonim, Furu, Kudaru, Oriru, Sagaru, kesalahan, analisis kesalahan  ABSTRACTThis study is about the analysis of error regarding the use of Japanese synonym furu, kudaru, oriru, and sagaru by third years students of DPBJ FPBS UPI 2015/2016. The purpose of this study was to determine any errors that occur when using synonym furu, kudaru, oriru, and sagaru in on Japanese Language learner. The method used in this research is descriptive type of survey with the instrument in the form of objective test and questionnaire. Data collection was done by using one shoot models. The sample of this study is the third years students of DPBJ FPBS UPI 2015/2016, with a sample of 60 people. The result of this research shows, the error of use of furu verb are 26,67%, the error of use of kudaru verb are 68,55%, the error of use of oriru verb are 58,52%, and the error of use of sagaru verb are 59,99%. The cause of error on the use of Japanese synonym furu, kudaru, oriru, and sagaru are the lack of understanding of the use, lack of understanding of the differences, a lack of meaning and function of Japanese synonym furu, kudaru, oriru, and sagaru. Key word : Synonym Furu,Kudaru,Oriru, Sagaru, error, error analysis

AbstractThe form, meaning, and function of the Kasana Kayau at Dayak Ngaju people in Katingan regency.The purpose of the study are (1) to describe the form of Kasana Kayau at Dayak Ngaju people inKatingan regency; (2) to describe the meaning of Kasana Kayau at Dayak Ngaju people in Katinganregency; (3) to describe the function of Kasana Kayau at Dayak Ngaju people in Katingan regency. Thequalitative method is chosen in order to describe of how the form, meaning, and function of KasanaKayau verbal tradition. This method is a method that is used to describe the fact, data, and materialobject quantitatively. The description does not refer to a specific value but it is based on such expressionof language in order to have right and systematic interpretation. Furthermore, this study is also usingspecific technic of data collection, that are (1) recording technic, both of audio and audiovisual; (2) takingnote; (3) interview; (4) library studied and documents analysis. As the result of the study, Kasana Kayauis in the form of freestyle poem which it does not refer to the rule of the old one, such as the number ofline, words, syllable, and rhyme. However, Kasana Kayau is still built in based on theme, sound, line,distich and diction. Furthermore, the result of the study which refers to the meaning of Kasana Kayau“Peteh Akan Anak SAkula”,”Mandahen Kapakat Helu”, and “Maningak Panganten”, are denotative andConnotative meaning. Then regarding to the function of Kasana Kayau “Peteh Akan Anak Sekula”, itcovers giving information, support, and spirit. Kasana Kayau “Mandehen Hapakat Helu” function is togive advice, present such moral value of live that are patience and firmness. Hasil penelitian maknayang terkandung dalam kasana kayau “Peteh akan Anak Sakula”, “Mandahen Kapakat Helu”, dan“Maningak Panganten”, adalah makna denotatif dan makna konotatif. Hasil penelitian mengenaifungsi kasana kayau “Peteh akan Anak Sakula” ini meliputi: memberi motivasi, memberi dorongan,dan memberi semangat. Fungsi kasana kayau “Mandehen Kapakat Helu” meliputi: memberi nasihat,pemersatu, dan saling menghormati. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tata rias pengantin Agung Jembrana, fungsi dan makna tata rias pengantin Agung Jembrana. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di LKP W & W Asri. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan wawancara. Instrument penelitian berupa lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian tata rias pengantin agung Jembrana yang berbeda pada umumnya terdiri dari (a) tata rias wajah meliputi: serinata dan alis-alis (b) tatanan rambut pengantin wanita meliputi: bunga menori putih, bunga menori kuncup putih dan sanggul gelung tanduk. Pada pengantin pria meliputi: udeng. (c) busana pengantin wanita meliputi: tapih wali, kamen songket, selendang bersulam benang emas, selendang cerari dan baju bludru hitam. Pengantin pria meliputi: kamen mastuli penuh, saput songket, umpal cerari dan baju bludru hitam. (d) aksesoris pengantin wanita meliputi: subeng, sabuk pending, gelang nagasatru dan kalung binar. Pengantin pria meliputi: rumbing, gelang nagasatru dan gelang kaki, keris dan pucuk emas. Kata Kunci: Fungsi, Makna, Tata Rias, Pengantin Agung, Kabupaten Jembrana Abstract This study aimed at describing the bridal makeup of Agung Jembrana, the meaning and function of the bridal makeup of Agung Jembrana. This study employed descriptive qualitative research. The research location of this study was at LKP W & W Asri. This study used observation and interview method for collecting the data. The research instruments were observation sheet and interview guidelines. The results indicated that, the bridal makeup of Agung Jembrana consisted of (a) makeup, included: serinata, eyebrows. (b) the bride’s hairdo, included: white menori flower, bud-white menori flower, and sanggul gelung tanduk. Meanwhile, the groom, included: udeng. (c) bridal gowns, included: tapih wali, kamen songket, scarves embroidered by gold thread, cerari scraves, black velvet shirt. The groom, included: full of kamen mastuli, saput songket, umpal cerari, and black velvet shirt. (d) bridal accessories, included: subeng, pending belt, naga satru bracelets, and binar necklace. This study aims to describe the increase in the mathematical representation ability by students with the application of contextual approach assisted by Students’ Worksheet (Lembar Kerja Siswa) on the topic of Relation and Function for the eighth grade students of Junior High School 3 in Batu Ampar (SMP Negeri 3). The method used is descriptive method with classroom action research (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). The subjects were mathematics teachers and students of class VIII. Data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques with a data collection tool is the observation sheet teachers' ability to implementing the learning and observation sheet student’s abilities of mathematical representation. This research was conducted in 3 cycles, in which the results showed: (1) Increasing the capability of visual representation of the first cycle to the third cycle was 27.5%, (2) Increasing the ability of symbolic representation of the first cycle to the third cycle of 5%, and (3) Improving the ability of verbal representations from the first cycle to the third cycle of 37.5%.

AbstractThis paper has two purposes. First, to explore what existing adoption legislation may indicate about the meaning and function of adoption practices in North America and Great Britain. Second, to consider some possible policy implications revealed by clearer understanding of the social meaning of existing adoption laws. The first part of the paper summarizes briefly the history of legal adoption. The second examines what is explicitly and implicitly revealed by adoption law and policies about the social purposes of adoption and about prevailing social values concerning the family. The third part examines possible avenues of policy change in North America.

The ability to translate is a language skill that have to be mastered. A foreign language learner must have the ability to translate both verbally and written. This study aims to describe the level of students’ error in translating text. The qualitative research approach is used to describe the level of students’ error in translating text. The technique of data collection is done in two ways, namely observation and written documents. Data processing includes the activities of identifying and categorizing data, exposuring and interpretating of problems and drawing conclusions. The stage of writing report includes writing report activities and presenting the results. The results show that students make errors in terms of vocabulary, use of prepositions, and incomplete sentences. Error analysis can also be implemented in teaching translation through five stages, namely test, correction, discussion, revision, and evaluation.

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and supervision on employee work productivity at PT Xylo Indah Pratama, Musi Rawas Regency partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. Questionnaire data collection techniques. The results of the research.Testing the first hypothesis to determine whether the competence of employee work productivity, the tcount value is 7,476 and the ttable is 1,292 (ttable value n = 77), so it can be seen that if the criteria match tcount> ttable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. , meaning that there is an influence of competence on employee work productivity. The second hypothesis testing is to determine the effect of supervision on employee work productivity. The results obtained tcount value of 11.809 and ttable is 1.292 (ttable value n = 77) so it can be seen that if the criteria are in accordance with tcount> ttable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a supervisory effect on employee work productivity at PT Xylo Indah. Primary of Musi Rawas Regency. The third hypothesis is to determine the effect of competence and supervision on work productivity. Obtained the value of Fcount of 70,986 and Ftable of 3.12 This shows that Fcount> Ftable and also sig of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be seen that the effect is significant. Thus, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of competence and supervision on employee work productivity.

Selon la recherche de Gayanti (2018), la capacité des étudiants du français du programme pédagogie de français pour la compréhension orale au niveau de B1 est dans la catégorie “insuffisante” et “suffisant” pour la compréhension écrite. C’est une recherche et développement adoptant 7 étapes, ce sont 1) la potentialité et le problème, 2) les collectes des données, 3) la création et la conception du produit, 4) la validité du dessin, 5) la révision du dessin, 6) l’essai du produit au public limité et 7) la révision du produit. Les besoins des professeurs et des apprenants du français sont les bases raisons pour la création du produit. Il se présente sous la forme de questionnaire du type varié. 8 thèmes recouvrent le commerce, l’environnement, les loisirs, les professions, les sentiments, les services, les transports, et la  vie sociale. Ils sont classés en 5 dossiers. Le premier dossier contient l’identification de la nature et de la fonction du document, l’identification le thème et des informations précis; le deuxième est l’identification des idées et des opinions, l’identification du genre du document et l’identification des locuteurs; le troisième est l’identification des circonstances, et l’identification des sentiments, des attitudes, et des opinions; le quatrième contient du premier à troisième dossier; le cinquième est l’épreuve. According to Gayanti's research (2018), the ability of students French language for listening skill at level B1 is in the category "insufficient" and "sufficient" for reading skill. The misunderstanding of the instruction is the cause of loss of time during the exercise. It is a research and development adopting 7 stages, there are 1) the potentiality and the problem, 2) the data collection, 3) the creation and the design of the product, 4) the validity of the design, 5) the revision of the design, 6) product testing to the limited public 7) product review. The needs of teachers and learners of French language are the basic reasons for the creation of the product. It is in the form of varied question. It has 8 themes, there are trade, the environment, leisure, professions, feelings, services, transport, and social life. The media is classified in 5 folders. The first folder contains the identification of the nature and function of the document, the identification of the theme and specific information; the second is the identification of ideas and opinions, the identification of the genre of the document and the identification of speakers; the third is the identification of circumstances, and the identification of feelings, attitudes, and opinions; the fourth contains from the first to the third file; the fifth is the test.

This study aimed at analyzing forms, meaning, and function of jargons used by male Balinese dancer at Sanggar Seni Manik Uttara Singaraja. This study was conducted in descriptive qualitative method. the subject of this study were 2 dancers of Traditional Balinese Dance especially male dancer in Sanggar Seni Manik Uttara Singaraja. In this study, the methods of data collection were observation and interview. The result of this study represents there are 22 jargons used by male Balinese dancer at Sanggar Seni Manik Uttara Singaraja in which jargons were classified and investigated based on word formation processes and word class. There are 5 affixations, 5 nouns, 2 verbs, 7 compounding, 3 reduplications. The meaning of jargons was analyzed based on the context of male Balinese dancers’ conversation, picture, and interview. Additionally, this study denotes there are three function of jargons used by male Balinese dancer, to make communication effectively, to show the identity of the dancer and the last is to build the solidarity among Balinese dancer.

Aims to describe the meaning and function of local wisdom contained in proverbs or called limbaga Simalungun. The meaning and function of local wisdom is a general guideline or principle adopted by every member of society, especially in attitude and behavior, to meet social needs. Therefore, value is an idea related to what is considered good, worthy and desired by all levels of society in life. The data collection method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method which tends to use analysis. The data collection methods used in this study are: library methods, observation methods and interview methods. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the proverb (Limbaga) of Simalungun has a meaning and function of local wisdom.

dominant kinds of errors and the cause of errors made by the first grade of MA Integral Hidayatullah   Makbusun. The data were taken from the erroneous adjective clauses “who and whom” in present continues tense . The test was given by the researcher to the students at MA Integral Hidayatullah Makbusun in the first grade that consists of fifteen students. In analyzing the data, the writer took the result of student test as technique of collecting data. The writer calculated the frequency of errors for each kind and also counted the percentages of errors in the form of table to determine the dominant kind of errors. Finally, the researcher analyzed the cause of errors.  After analyzing the data, the researcher found 56% in used who and 69% in used whom. The researcher found kinds of errors There are addition (20 errors or 11.76 %), ommision (44 errors or 25.88 %), subtitution (69 errors or 40.59 %) and ordering (37 error or 21.76%). Therefore, the subtitution error has the highest frequency (69 errors or 40.59%). It proved that the students do not understand the pattern and function of adjective clauses “who and whom” sentence since they often ignore to put an item needed in the well-formed adjective clause sentence. In this research, the writer found that those errors are caused the cause by three types, that is first language interference, overgeneralization, and ignorance of rule restriction. And factors cause of error are interlangual transfer and intralingual transfer. Interlangual transfer is the errors caused by the mother tongue influence. While, intralingual transfer is the error caused by the target language influence.
