In the sphere of higher education, which is considered one of the most promising in promoting inclusive ideas, great attention is paid to students’ personal resources, characterizing the person's internal voluntary activity: self-control, self-esteem, self-efficacy, self-management, self-knowledge, self-support, self-regulation, and self-activation. They are these personal resources that mediate the students' subjective assessment of the external situation (the absence of barriers, the availability of different types of support), weaken the negative impact of disability, preserve the psychological balance and motivate them to overcome difficulties. A study conducted on the Russian sample showed that inclusive education is effective for students with disabilities and is a motivating factor for their healthy peers. The data obtained is consistent with the results of studies in other countries and cultures

Smartphone addiction has become common, especially among young people. Previous studies have established a high prevalence of this addiction and the fact that the victims of this addiction experience suffering: from poor sleep quality (and even insomnia), depression, anxiety, stress, experience negative emotions, and are also characterized by a significant decrease in physical activity. The prevalence of smartphone addiction and its negative consequences dictate the need for a comprehensive study. The article examines the manifestations of the phenomenon of smartphone addiction in medical college students. It is shown that the psychological mechanism of the emergence of addictions is described by a general model of psychological impact. It was found that that smartphone addiction is positively associated with loneliness, aggressiveness, bad mood, with the female gender, and negatively – with communicative competence, persistence, self-control, self-regulation, as well as with age. The connections identified in the article with loneliness, aggressiveness, self-regulation, and communicative competence generally correspond to the nature of the correlations established in foreign studies. New for both domestic and foreign studies are the negative links of dependence on smartphones with persistence and self-control revealed in the article. Based on the results of this study, recommendations were developed (based on the obtained empirical data) for college students to minimize the negative impact of smartphones on their mental and physical health. It is recommended in the process of educational work with students to explain the negative consequences of dependence on smartphones and the value of direct, live communication with their environment.

The study of the psychological characteristics of gamers is an actual task for scientists associated with the rapid spread of gadgets, an increase in the number of gamers and the number of people with problems with addictive behavior from video games. The aim of this work is to study personality traits in people with different levels of computer gaming activity. The study involved 162 people aged 18 to 30, of whom 36 were women. The respondents were offered an electronic questionnaire, which included the Leonhard-Smishek Characterological Questionnaire, the adapted Chen Internet addiction scale, the Big Five questionnaire, Osgood's semantic differential, and the Behavioral self-regulation questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using the Pearson linear correlation coefficient and the Mann-Whitney test. Calculations were performed in IBM SPSS Statistics. The results of people with a high level of dependent behavior are characterized by ambivalence: a low level of self-control and responsibility is combined with the presence of pedantry; a subjective assessment of oneself as a kinder, unselfish and honest person is adjacent to the characterization of oneself as more hostile and callous. The results obtained allowed us to make an assumption about the possibility of dividing the group of addicts into two subgroups: open, extroverted, hyperthymic, talkative people with a high rate of withdrawal syndrome and tolerance; people are introverted, closed, silent, with intrapersonal problems and health problems.

The article discusses the effectiveness of the application of the distance learning program at the level of the functional state and reserve capacities of the organism of students with disabilities: for 12 students of 17-19 years old with idiopathic structural scoliosis of II and III degrees of S-shaped type, engaged in a full-time program (stage I) and for the same students studying remotely (stage II), it was studied the functional indicators of the cardiovascular and autonomic nervous system, the function of external respiration, the tone of the paravertebral muscles of the back and neck, as well as indicators of strength and endurance. Then a comparison was made of the studied indicators of stages I and II. It is shown that distance learning has a negative impact on the health of students: hypertonicity of the muscles of the back and neck significantly increases almost twice (the most sensitive is the cervicothoracic region), there is a shift of autonomic tone by 10.73% towards sympathicotonia: heart rate blood pressure increased by 19.06% by 7.9%, respiratory rate by 7.92%, tidal and minute volumes by 17.8-20%, respectively. At the same time, strength endurance and the level of performance decrease by 11.7%. Such changes contribute to the tension of neurohumoral mechanisms of self-regulation, which leads to a decrease in the stock of functional reserves and significantly narrows the range of possible adaptive responses. It is shown that the informatization of the educational system in the edu cational process of students with disabilities should be of a mixed type, where the traditional form of classes remains the leading one.

The article is devoted to the study of the structure of personal resources of coping behavior in high school students with low and medium levels of stress resistance. The study involved 70 high school students aged 16-17 years (М = 17,1 SD = 1,1 (44,2% men)). The study was carried out on the basis of the Kalmyk ethnocultural gymnasium named after I. Zaya-Pandita and Trinity Gymnasium named after B. B. Gorodovikov. The study used the following methods: «Test of self-assessment of stress tolerance» (S. Cowhen, G. Willianson), «Test for optimism» (C. Scheyer, M. Carver, adaptation of O.A. Sychev), methodology «Scale of general self-efficacy» (R. Schwarzer, M. Erusalema, adaptation of V. Romek), the method «Brief scale of self-control» (J. Tangney, R. Baumeister, A. L. Boone, adaptation of T.O. Gordeeva, E.N. Osina, D.D. Suchkova, T.Yu. Ivanova, O.A. Sycheva, V.V. Bobrova), «Questionnaire of self-organization of activity» (E.Yu. Mandrikova), «Methods for diagnosing reflexivity» (A.V. Karpov, V.V. Ponomareva). The methods of mathematical and statistical processing of empirical data were: correlation analysis (r-Spearman), structural - psychological analysis according to generalized indicators of the index of organization, integrativity and differentiation of the structure (A.V. Karpov), the express-x2 method for comparing matrices and structuralograms for their «homogeneity-heterogeneity» (A.V. Karpov). It was found that the basic components that ensure the structural integration of the system of personal resources of coping behavior in the subgroup of high school students with an average level of stress resistance are: optimism; purposefulness; situational reflection; self-control. Research prospects are aimed at further studying the factors and predictors of the personal psychological resources of schoolchildren in overcoming difficult life situations and making recommendations to school psychologists on the development of programs aimed at developing the skills of reflection, self-regulation and self-control in stressful situations in students.

The article provides a brief theoretical review of domestic research on resiliency. It focuses on the study of resiliency from the perspective of the subject approach, and defines the criteria for the resiliency of the subject. Scientific approaches to the study of the concept of "personal resources" are considered. The author assumes the presence of personal characteristics that are the resources of the subject's resiliency. The problem of the phenomenon of self-acceptance as a subject characteristic is discussed. The analysis of scientific approaches allows us to conclude that self-acceptance by activating the processes of self-knowledge, initiating mechanisms of self-regulation, has a stable positive impact on maintaining the subject's resiliency, which is manifested in a person's desire for self-improvement, self-actualization, and achievement of goals.

Limitations of the motor sphere as the most severe consequences of diseases of the musculoskeletal system drastically reduce the quality of life. The WHO statistics shows that 80 % of the population, the majority of which are the people of working age, suffer from various diseases of the musculoskeletal system. The proportion of patients of working age who have limitations of the musculoskeletal system increased after the adoption of the law on raising the retirement age, which makes the problem of their treatment and rehabilitation even more important. Great economic damage requires the search for new approaches to repairing a defect of the locomotor system. Total joint replacement is acknowledged effective method of treating patients. However, the results of arthroplasty do not always satisfy the patient and the surgeon. The reason for this is the lack of rehabilitation programs, which have a negative impact on the treatment process. The purpose of this study is to analyze self-control as a personal resource for restoring the social functioning of patients after endoprosthetics of major joints.

The article is devoted to the problem of inclusive education of students with disabilities at the university. The article analyses the study of the readiness of students with disabilities to research activities. The success of studying at a university depends on the psychological readiness of disabled students to educational and professional activities. Research activities are the main type of educational and professional activities. We studied the readiness levels of students with disabilities from the Belgorod State National Research University for the research activities. We obtained interesting data on the levels of the disabled students’ readiness to research activities. Most disabled students are not ready for the research activities. Students with disabilities experience difficulties in self-regulation, their goals in research activities are related to internal well-being, the communicative orientation is the leading emotional focus in research activities; the motivation to research activities is reduced. Efforts should be made to improve disabled students' university activities. Keywords: Disabled students, inclusive education, readiness for research activities, psychological and pedagogical support.

Abstract. The neurovisceral integration model proposes that different forms of self-regulation, including the emotional suppression, are characterized by the activation of neural network whose workings are also reflected in respiratory sinus arrhythmia (RSA). However, most of the previous studies failed to observe theoretically expected increases in RSA during emotional suppression. Even when such effects were observed, it was not clear whether they resulted from specific task demands, a decrease in muscle activity, or they were the consequence of more specific self-control processes. We investigated the relation between habitual or trait-like suppression, spontaneous, and instructed suppression with changes in RSA during negative emotion experience. A modest positive correlation between spontaneous situational and habitual suppression was observed across two experimental tasks. Furthermore, the results showed greater RSA increase among participants who experienced higher negative affect (NA) increase and reported higher spontaneous suppression than among those with higher NA increase and lower spontaneous suppression. Importantly, this effect was independent from the habitual suppression and observable facial expressions. The results of the additional task based on experimental manipulation, rather than spontaneous use of situational suppression, indicated a similar relation between suppression and RSA. Our results consistently demonstrate that emotional suppression, especially its self-regulation component, is followed by the increase in parasympathetic activity.
