DEVELOPMENT OF THE CREATIVITY POTENTIAL OF THE STUDENT’S PERSONALITY

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine how the Liquidity ratio at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat. This study uses a quantitative data analysis method, namely by analyzing the development of financial reports published by the Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat for the 2015 – 2019 period. The results of this study indicate that the bank’s Cash Ratio in good health, the Quick Ratio rate shows that the bank is still in good condition because the bank is able to pay its short-term obligations, by using current assets owned by the bank, the Loan to Deposit Ratio position of the bank can be said to be in good health because the bank is able to pay back the withdrawal of funds from customer using the credit provided.

Program Layanan Jemput Maslahah is a service provided by BJB Syariah Bank to meet customer needs by visiting customers directly to accommodate customers' transaction needs quickly and easily. This research is an evaluation of a program issued by BJB Syariah Bank. This study aims to analyze the effect of the program layanan jemput maslahah, satisfaction and trust as a mediating variable on the intensity of the use of mudharabah savings. In this study the population consisted of customers in two Bank BJB Syariah Sub-Branch Offices spread across the Regency of Bandung. The samples used in this study were 125 customers of the Syariah BJB Bank in Bandung Regency. The data used is primary data in the form of a closed questionnaire. The data analysis method used is descriptive data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The tool used to analyze data in research is SmartPLS 2.0. The results of this study indicate that Layanan Jemput Maslahah has a positive influence on the Intensity of the Use of Mudharabah Savings and Satisfaction and Trust can positively mediate between Layanan Jemput Maslahah and the Intensity of the Use of Mudharabah Savings.

The success of the company is strongly influenced by the performance of its employees. Good performance is the optimal performance, that is, performance that conforms to the organization's standards and supports the achievement of organizational goals. Each company will strive to always improve the performance of its employees in order to achieve the goals set by the company.The purpose of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of motivation on employee performance Wangaya Denpasar Hospital; 2) To know the influence of leadership on employee performance of RSUD Wangaya Denpasar City; 3) To know the influence of work discipline on employee performance of Wangaya Hospital Denpasar City; and 4) To find out whether the motivation, leadership and work discipline affect together on the performance of employees of Wangaya Hospital Denpasar City. Data Analysis Method used in this research is quantitative data analysis and analyze by using program of SPSS ( Statistical Package for Social Science) for windows version 21.The result of this research is that the motivation has no significant effect to the employee performance at RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar of 0,111 or 11% where significant value 0,106 or bigger than level of significant (α) 0,05 Leadership significant to employee performance at RSUD Wangaya Denpasar city sebersar 0,210 or 21% where significant value 0.000 or smaller than level of significant (α) 0,05. Work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance at RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar of 0,051 or 5% where significant value 0,477 or bigger than level of significant (α) 0,05. Motivation, leadership and work discipline together affect the performance of employees of Wangaya Hospital Denpasar City of 0.67 or 67% of the rest by 33% influenced by the variable not examined in this study. Where the significance value is 0.000 or smaller than the 0.05 level of significant (α) 0,05.

The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of financial statements based on the level rentabilitas at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat. Data analysis method using quantitative data, namely data sourced from the financial statements of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat. Based on the results of research where the 2017-2019 perio shows that, the average NPM value 24.42%, with the standards set by Bank Indonesia 3% - 12.5%, the evaluation results are very good. For an average ROA value 1.47%, with the standards set by Bank Indonesia of 0.5% - 1.25%, the evaluation results are good. For an average ROE value 21%, with the standard set by Bank Indonesia of 5% - 12.5%, the evaluation results are very good.

The aim of this study is to identify English language needs for religious guides at The General Presidency of The Grand Mosque and Prophet’s Mosque. This study adopted a quantitative approach methodology using needs analysis questionnaire. The quantitative data collection instrument was a questionnaire with (51) participants. SPSS was used as the quantitative data analysis method. Findings showed that listening and speaking were the most important skills, and reading was moderately important, while writing is not important at all. Also, English is greatly rated as a tool to effectively perform their tasks in term of preaching and advising guests and pilgrims. Difficulties are embodied in lacking English language, accents, and proper religious expressions and vocabulary. This study highlights an urgent need for English for Religious Purposes. The study proposes a general guideline for a course design framework based on participants’ needs.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the profitability ratio at PT. BPR Lengayang Cabang Surantih. The research method used is quantitative data analysis method, where this quantitative method analyzes the calculation of the Bank's profitability level. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from reports from the Financial Services Authority and BPR Publication Reports for the 2017-2019 period. The results of this study indicate that the level of ROA (1.5%) according to BI standards is still in the very good category, so that banks can operate properly in using and utilizing their assets to generate profits. The level of ROE (23%) indicates that the bank's ability to generate net income is unhealthy. While the NPM level (51%) is in the very poor category, banks are below the average rating of BI, so they have not operated well in generating net profit.

ABSTRACT This thesis is entitled "Analysis of the Contents of the Desta and Gina in the Morning Program on Prambors Jakarta radio" in accordance with the main problem formulation raised "How is the analysis of the contents of the Desta and Gina in The Morning program on Radio Prambors based on radio infotainment categories? And what is the editorial policy in the Desta and Gina in The Morning program based on the packaging of the contents inside? ". The purpose of this study is to determine the content of the analysis contained in the air magazine program Desta and Gina in The Morning on Prambors radio and to find out the editorial policy of the program applied to the Desta and Gina in The Morning program based on the contents of the information. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative data analysis method with a descriptive approach. By using descriptive technical analysis of the content that is calculated internally on the frequency and percentage based on existing categories. Based on his assessment, the results of the study were divided into three categories, based on Info-entertainment, Infotainment, and Information and entertainment. All three have different indicators. The conclusion of this research is that by looking at the editorial method in packaging, this program is neatly packaged and very attractive, so that it is interested by ad owners, interested listeners in participating through interactive events, having reliable sources of information with talkshows held. Keywords: Content Analysis, Editorial Policy, Radio Prambors ABSTRAK Skripsi ini berjudul “Analisis Isi Program Desta and Gina in the Morning pada radio Prambors Jakarta” sesuai dengan pokok rumusan masalah yang diangkat “Bagaimana analisis isi program Desta and Gina in The Morning di Radio Prambors berdasarkan kategori infotainment radio? Dan Bagaimana kebijakan redaksi dalam program Desta and Gina in The Morning berdasarkan pada pengemasan isi yang ada didalamnya?”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui konten analisis yang terkandung dalam program majalah udara Desta and Gina in The Morning di radio Prambors dan Untuk mengetahui kebijakan redaksi program yang diterapkan pada program Desta and Gina in The Morning berdasarkan isi informasinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode analisis data kuantitatif pendekatan deskriptif. Dengan menggunakan teknis analisis isi dekriptif yang perhitungannya secara interfal pada frekuensi dan presentase berdasarkan kategori yang ada. Berdasarkan penilaiannya, hasil penelitian dibagi kedalam tiga kategori, berdasarkan Info-entertainment, Infotainment, dan Information and entertainment. Ketiganya memiliki indikator yang berbeda. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Melihat cara redaksi dalam pengemasan, program ini dikemas rapi dan sangat menarik, sehingga diminati oleh pemilik iklan, diminati pendengar dalam berpartisipasi melalui interaktif yang dibuka, memiliki sumber informasi terpercaya dengan perbincangan (talkshow) yang diadakan.
