The success of the company is strongly influenced by the performance of its employees. Good performance is the optimal performance, that is, performance that conforms to the organization's standards and supports the achievement of organizational goals. Each company will strive to always improve the performance of its employees in order to achieve the goals set by the company.The purpose of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of motivation on employee performance Wangaya Denpasar Hospital; 2) To know the influence of leadership on employee performance of RSUD Wangaya Denpasar City; 3) To know the influence of work discipline on employee performance of Wangaya Hospital Denpasar City; and 4) To find out whether the motivation, leadership and work discipline affect together on the performance of employees of Wangaya Hospital Denpasar City. Data Analysis Method used in this research is quantitative data analysis and analyze by using program of SPSS ( Statistical Package for Social Science) for windows version 21.The result of this research is that the motivation has no significant effect to the employee performance at RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar of 0,111 or 11% where significant value 0,106 or bigger than level of significant (α) 0,05 Leadership significant to employee performance at RSUD Wangaya Denpasar city sebersar 0,210 or 21% where significant value 0.000 or smaller than level of significant (α) 0,05. Work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance at RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar of 0,051 or 5% where significant value 0,477 or bigger than level of significant (α) 0,05. Motivation, leadership and work discipline together affect the performance of employees of Wangaya Hospital Denpasar City of 0.67 or 67% of the rest by 33% influenced by the variable not examined in this study. Where the significance value is 0.000 or smaller than the 0.05 level of significant (α)  0,05.

The purpose of this article is to show the increasing of the individual creativity potential on the base of the students’ integrative collaboration during the acquisition of the Building Constructions subject in professional university. The article deals with the issue of demand for highly-qualified, skillful and competitive specialists able to work in interdisciplinary team and organize collective work. Quantitative data analysis method was applied for analyzing the change in students’ creative abilities after the pedagogical experiment – adapted tests of creative abilities, which were developed by E. Torrens. Increase of the students’ creativity in the experimental class was deducted from the obtained data.

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine how the Liquidity ratio at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat. This study uses a quantitative data analysis method, namely by analyzing the development of financial reports published by the Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat for the 2015 – 2019 period. The results of this study indicate that the bank’s Cash Ratio in good health, the Quick Ratio rate shows that the bank is still in good condition because the bank is able to pay its short-term obligations, by using current assets owned by the bank, the Loan to Deposit Ratio position of the bank can be said to be in good health because the bank is able to pay back the withdrawal of funds from customer using the credit provided.

Program Layanan Jemput Maslahah is a service provided by BJB Syariah Bank to meet customer needs by visiting customers directly to accommodate customers' transaction needs quickly and easily. This research is an evaluation of a program issued by BJB Syariah Bank. This study aims to analyze the effect of the program layanan jemput maslahah, satisfaction and trust as a mediating variable on the intensity of the use of mudharabah savings. In this study the population consisted of customers in two Bank BJB Syariah Sub-Branch Offices spread across the Regency of Bandung. The samples used in this study were 125 customers of the Syariah BJB Bank in Bandung Regency. The data used is primary data in the form of a closed questionnaire. The data analysis method used is descriptive data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The tool used to analyze data in research is SmartPLS 2.0. The results of this study indicate that Layanan Jemput Maslahah has a positive influence on the Intensity of the Use of Mudharabah Savings and Satisfaction and Trust can positively mediate between Layanan Jemput Maslahah and the Intensity of the Use of Mudharabah Savings.

The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of financial statements based on the level rentabilitas at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat. Data analysis method using quantitative data, namely data sourced from the financial statements of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat. Based on the results of research where the 2017-2019 perio shows that, the average NPM value 24.42%, with the standards set by Bank Indonesia 3% - 12.5%, the evaluation results are very good. For an average ROA value 1.47%, with the standards set by Bank Indonesia of 0.5% - 1.25%, the evaluation results are good. For an average ROE value 21%, with the standard set by Bank Indonesia of 5% - 12.5%, the evaluation results are very good.

The aim of this study is to identify English language needs for religious guides at The General Presidency of The Grand Mosque and Prophet’s Mosque. This study adopted a quantitative approach methodology using needs analysis questionnaire. The quantitative data collection instrument was a questionnaire with (51) participants. SPSS was used as the quantitative data analysis method. Findings showed that listening and speaking were the most important skills, and reading was moderately important, while writing is not important at all. Also, English is greatly rated as a tool to effectively perform their tasks in term of preaching and advising guests and pilgrims. Difficulties are embodied in lacking English language, accents, and proper religious expressions and vocabulary. This study highlights an urgent need for English for Religious Purposes. The study proposes a general guideline for a course design framework based on participants’ needs.

This study aims to determine the effect of mutation issues, promotion issues, and other issues on the performance of the employees of the Panca Budi Medan University of Development. The method used in this research is quantitative. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that mutation, promotion, and organizational culture influence partially and simultaneously and on employee performance so that the variable that has a dominant effect on employee performance is promotion. Leadership is one of the factors that have an important role in achieving the company's vision and mission. The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of leadership on job satisfaction and employee performance at Geo Space Intimatika Ltd. (GSI). There were three hypotheses tested: 1) The effect of leadership on job satisfaction, 2) The influence of leadership on employee performance, and 3) The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The research was conducted at Geo Space Intimatika Ltd. in Jakarta. Sampling is done on a census basis (saturated samples). The data analysis method used is SEM-PLS analysis, with the help of smart PLS software. The results of statistical test analysis obtained that leadership variables have a real (significant) effect on job satisfaction and employee performance at Geo Space Intimatika Ltd. In addition, job satisfaction variables also affect employee performance. Thus it can be concluded that leadership factors greatly affect the company's performance.
