Background: Incorrect epigenetic modifications of the human genome may result in epigenetic disorders, thus, highlighting the necessity of studying chromosome epigenetic patterns in human development. Aim of the study: A comparative analysis of acetylated histone H3K9 (AcH3K9) patterns in human metaphase chromosomes from the lymphocytes of adults and fetuses. Materials and methods: The immunocytochemical detection of AcH3K9 in the metaphase chromosomes from PHA-stimulated peripheral lymphocytes of 13 adults and cord blood lymphocytes of 10 fetuses at 20-22 weeks of gestation. Results: Both in the chromosomes of the adults and the fetuses, AcH3K9 accumulated in the R- and T-, but not G-bands and avoided the regions of pericentromeric heterochromatin of the chromosomes 1, 9 and 16. When comparing the adult and the fetal chromosomes, different levels of AcH3K9 were revealed in a few bands: 2q31, 5p13, 5p15 and 16p13 had higher level of Н3К9 acetylation in adults, in contrast to 9q13 which was hyperacetylated in fetuses. Conclusion: The АсН3К9 distribution in metaphase chromosomes is band-specific and is similar between the adults and the fetuses, excluding a few bands with different acetylation levels.

Rural criminology as a topic of scholarly study, neglected over the past two to three decades, has bounced into the spotlight, with claims now being made that rural criminology is receiving justified attention among the academic fraternity. This paper presents a comparative analysis of the major challenge facing two countries with different levels of development as identified by the United Nations Human Development Index. A predicament for rural criminology is that the world is not equal: rural crimes is researched in developed countries but not in developing countries. This paper compares the types and prevalence of agricultural crimes in Australia (NSW) and South Africa to determine whether significant differences or similarities exist.

The proliferative response of human unseparated lymphocytes, T cells, and B cells to various bacterial strains was investigated. All the bacteria tested induced a proliferative response in unseparated lymphocytes and B cells. T cells were stimulated only after reconstitution with monocytes. Stimulation of umbilical cord blood lymphocytes suggests that the response is polyclonal. We interpret these and previous data as an indication of a common mechanism of resistance against infectious diseases.

The article presents an analysis of three poems about war («The Tale of Our Lady and Russian Soldiers» («Slovo o Bogoroditse i Russkih Soldatah»), «The Attack» («Ataka»), «The Forties» («Sorokovye»)) written by D. Samoylov in different periods of his creative activity. On the basis of the existing research of the creative work of the famous poet of the 20th century, a multilevel characteristic of his war lyrics is given. The aim of the article is to characterize the specific features of the poetic language of such an original author by means of a lingvo-stylistic analysis of D. Samoilov’s poems, to reveal the richness and diversity of his artistic manner. The following research methods were used: analytical reading, comparative analysis, ontological method, a multilevel analysis of poetry. The author accentuates reminiscences in D. Samoilov’s war poetry, the contrast and contrast means, repetition as an artistic device, paronomasia in the stylistic mixture of linguistic means belonging to different levels. A multidimensional poet’s approach to the theme of the war is the conclusion of the article.

The article argues that considering the individual as an economic and social actor in a socio-economic System makes it possible to look into various aspects of human development at different levels in interrelation. The main indicators of the economic and social subsystems are analyzed, which characterize the development of human potential in Russia in the period 2010-2019. A number of measures for the development of social responsibilities of the state, charity and volunteering have been substantiated.
