Wild animals function in specific ecosystems, contribute to maintaining biological balance and their legal protection dates back to antiquity. Doubts about the legal nature of free-living animals existed long before the principle of dereification appeared in Polish legislation. Judicature took the position that although animals cannot be denied the attribute of material goods, they are not things. Acceptance of such an assumption led to the conclusion that neither the state nor any other entity has the right of ownership to animals. This was justified by the lack of possibility to subject free-living animals to human authority. The problem of legal protection of free-living animals as a part of substantive administrative law has been regulated in a number of acts of international, European and national law. The types and objectives of the protection of free-living animals and the methods of protection of endangered species are diverse.

The state of emergency implies for a unique legal reality. In order to slow the spread of the disease numerous restrictions are imposed. Only law can introduce allowable restrictions of rights. Moreover, the right of effective judicial protection cannot be restricted.

Paper that had the title: "Juridical implications of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 011-017/PUU-I/2003 on the Legal Protection for the Rights to be Eelected." This explores two issues: 1) how the legal protection of the settings selected in the state system of Indonesia ; 2) what are juridical implications of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 011-017/PUU-I/2003 on the legal protection for the rights to be elected. To solve both problems, this paper uses normative legal research methods. Approach being used is the statute approach, case approach, and a conceptual approach. Further legal materials collected were identified and analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. Legal protection for the right to be elected in the state system of Indonesia can be traced from the 1945 opening, the articles in the body of the 1945 Constitution, Article 27 paragraph (1), Article 28D (1) and paragraph (3) and Article 28 paragraph (3) 1945 Second Amendment, MPR Decree Number XVII/MPR/1998, Article 43 of Law Number 39 of 1999, Article 21 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and Article 25 of the International Covenant  on Civil and Political Rights. Discussion of the juridical implications of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 011-017/PUU-I/2003 on the legal protection for the rights to be elected have been included: a) only on the juridical implications of representative institutions no longer marked with specified requirements as stipulated in Article 60 letter g of Law Number 12 Year 2003 in Law Number 10 Year 2008; b) juridical implications of the political field for the right to be elected is the absence of any discriminatory treatment in legislative product formed by the House of Representatives and the President as well as products of other legislation forward.

Servitudes (easements) traditionally include the right to use foreign property. Specific types of servitudes are servitudes in the public interest. These are set up either in favour of the state, municipalities or operators of utilities. These servitudes are subject to some specific rules. For example, servitude in the public interest is established to carry out an undertaking for the operation of economic activity, i.e. to pursue public interests. It is needed for the duration of the use of public infrastructure; therefore, Article 227 of SPZ, under which a servitude may only be established for a limited duration of not more than thirty years, is not suitable for these servitudes. Furthermore, these servitudes are not independently transferable; they are transferred together with the right to operate economic public infrastructure. The authors discuss in particular the specific legal nature of a servitude in the public interest.

Ownership of finds – selected issues related to the civil law situation of a monument finder The subject of this paper is the analysis of the civil law situation applying to those who acquire a find in Poland (i.e. finders). Legislators have differentiated the civil and legal situation of a finder depending on whether the find is, in particular, a historical monument or an archaeological monument. The regulations governing the ownership of finds have a direct impact on the level of their legal protection. This applies especially to archaeological monuments owned by the State Treasury. The elimination of risks associated with the illegal export and transfer of ownership of archaeological artefacts acquired as a result of an illegal search should result not only from regulations of an administrative and legal nature, which are discussed in the article, but also to ensure the security of the trade in cultural goods by regulating the functioning of the art market in Poland.

Adherents of minority religions outside the greatest six religions was still had to face the uncertainty from the state in religious rights service and legal protection. It was started from the right to obtain permission to build a synogogue, religious education rights, marriage registration, birth certificate, put the religion identity in official document column, and so on. The fundamental problem was a flurry of religious recognition concept by the state. There were some opportunities for short and long term breakthrough solutions need to be explored.

The article is devoted to the issue on balancing the important interests of a person, a society and the state in cyber space by means of administrative law. The purpose of this article is to determine the legal nature and the role of the correspondence of the important interests of a person, a society and the state in cyber space in the context of administrative and legal provision of cyber security. The paper also deals with a proper balance between the law-enforcement interests of the state and the respect for fundamental human rights. The method of analysis has revealed in clarifying some features of concepts "interest", "need", "right". The method of synthesis has been used to define common concepts, for example "person's interest in cyberspace". Comparative legal method has been used in the process of comparison of the legislation of Ukraine and the international legislation that governs the issue on balancing the important interests of a person, a society and the state in cyber space. The author of this research presents the possible structure of person's cyber security through a set of important person's rights and interests in cyberspace, for example, the right to access to the Internet; the right to protect personal data in cyberspace; the right to be protected from aggressive marketing technologies in cyberspace, the prohibition of monitoring, including through cookies, HTTP, HTML5 markers or other technologies; the right to education, the right to access knowledge through the use of cyberspace etc. Conclusions and proposals of this research can be used for further research and for improving the administrative and information legislation of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine "On the Fundamental Principles of Cyber Security of Ukraine". Legal Offers In Improving the Effectiveness of Forced Money Determination Efforts and Administrative Sanctions On the warning of a valid verdict that is not carried out by the defendant. The assessment of the formulation of the problem in this study is how the legal culture in Indonesia to the application of Article 116 paragraph (4) of Law No. 51 of 2009 on State Administrative Justice. In this paper the author also provides an understanding of the comparison of the State Administrative Law system (Indonesia) with Verwaltungsgerecht (Germany) in order to realize legal justice for the community. By using paradigms in terms of epistemological and axological aspects. In the implementation has not been found a special authority in overseeing the existence of the State Administrative Decision (KTUN) that has been validly decided by the judge, there are still some cases of defendants who do not carry out the warning of the verdict against the verdict. The defendant must pay forced money or administrative sanctions against it. From these cases, there should be special authority in supervising the KTUN that has been decided by the judge. The author in this paper offers a legal offer to improve the effectiveness in the implementation of the KTUN in improving legal certainty and guarantee of legal protection in the field of State Administrative Justice. The authors of this paper use descriptive doctrinal research methods, descriptive legal research that explains what should be communicated with the law in the review of das sollen and das sein.

The paper discusses the issues that arise when creating a virtual image in multimedia products, including computer games, using the image of a citizen. As a rule, such images are used without the consent of a citizen, and therefore disputes have begun to arise regarding the legitimacy of using real images of artists in computer games, social networks. The author analyzes the legal nature of the right to an image of a citizen and the possibility of using such an image in virtual and augmented reality. In connection with the development of digital technologies, the images of citizens are now actively being used in creation of various works, such as holograms. The dance moves are being used to create digital results of creative work. The author notes that when getting results of creative work in virtual reality, it is necessary to observe the rights of citizens, whose images are used to create digital objects. When considering these issues, an analysis of foreign experience is provided, as well as mechanisms for legal regulation of relations arising in the cases under consideration.

The provision of legal aid is one way to realize access to law and justice for the poor people provided by the state on the mandate of the constitution. Several regulations regarding legal aid have been issued by the state through the Act and its implementing regulations as well as from the Supreme Court or the Constitutional Court through the Supreme Court Regulations and the Constitutional Court's decisions. Legal aid is the constitutional right of every citizen to guarantee legal protection and guarantee equality before the law stipulated in Law Number 16 of 2011, the State is responsible for recognizing and protecting the human rights of every individual without differing backgrounds so that everyone has the right to be treated equally before the law is contained in Article 28D of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. For the poor who experience legal problems in the form of injustice, they can request legal assistance from legal aid institutions that are regulated in legislation. The purpose of providing legal aid is to guarantee and fulfill the right for Legal Aid Recipients to gain access to justice, to realize the constitutional rights of all citizens in accordance with the principle of equality in law, to ensure the certainty that the implementation of Legal Aid is carried out equally across the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. , and to create an effective, efficient and accountable court.
