Objective: The Fundamental objective this paper to explore the impacts of warning label on the smokers. Whether smokers are discouraging from this warning label or not? This research was started in September 2016 and done in January 2017. (Five months). Methodology: Both primary & secondary data was used for data collection. Secondary data was taken from the research articles, periodicals, hospital’s annual reports and health magazines. For primary data collection, a testified five point Likert scale questionnaire was used. We’ve distributed 1800 questionnaires in nine (9) cities, 200 in each city. By using stratified random sampling technique. Finally received (n=1726) that were properly filled by all aspects. Our population was Punjab province and sample was nine cities including Federal Capital of Islamic Republic of Pakistan: Islamabad, Lahore, Okara, Sahiwal, Faisalabad, Jhang, Layyah, Bahawalpur & Multan. After that data was analyzed on Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 21.0). Cronbach’s alpha (ἀ) of our research study was 0.862. It shows the well-organized reliability of our data. Results: Correlation ‘flank-by’ D.V (Intention to quit), IV (warning label) and M.V (demographic factors) shows that, “yes there is an association among them”. Regression Analysis retrospect that they have a week but positive relationship. Durbin Watson’s explorations were also showing same frequencies. Findings: We’ve found that well educated & privileged respondents have less smoking habit than un-educated & underprivileged persons. Male & female students are also indulged in the curse of smoking, without caring of their pocket money. Teen aged & educated smokers, notices the warning label intensely as compared to others, but ignored. So Govt. & health agencies should acquaint the novel way that discourage the smokers in real sense.

Background: Basic immunization is the first immunization that should be given to everyone, especially infants and children from birth to protect lifes from dangerous diseases. The immunization program in Indonesia requires every infant (0-11 months) to receive complete basic immunization consist of 1 dose of Hepatitis B, 1 dose of BCG, 3 doses of DPT-HB-Hib, 4 doses of polio, and 1 dose of measles. Basic Immunization in RW 8 Wonokusumo Urban Village in 2017 has not reached the target. Only 73 infants (67%) of 108 have received complete basic immunization which the target of Puskesmas is 95%. This study aims to know the correlation of knowledge, attitude and mother perception with the basic immunization status in Wonokusumo. This study is an observational analytic research with quantitative approach. The study was cross sectional with a sample of 39 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Respondents in this study are mothers who have children under three and have KMS in RW 8 Wonokusumo Urban Village. Primary data collection techniques obtained from questionnaires while secondary data obtained from Wonokusumo Puskesmas and Surabaya City Health Office reports .The result of bivariate statistic test shows that there is correlation between knowledge, attitude, and mother perception with the immunization status of children under three with p = 0,001 (p < 0,05). Conclusion: There is correlation between knowledge, attitude, and mother perception with the basic immunization status in RW 8, Wonokusumo Village.

This research was conducted based on the condition of the development of tourism on the island of Nusa Lembongan, aiming to find out the impact brought about by socio-economic conditions against the tourism society.This study uses qualitative and quantitative approach with mix method, the primary data source that are obtained by observations and direct interviews and secondary data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling techniques and data analysis using the method of case study. This study shows tourism provides impact on society and the government on the island of Nusa Lembongan are seen from eight aspect among others : impact increasing of foreign exchange, impact toward local community income that increasing before tourism exist, impact toward higher prices than the real prices, impact toward employment for opportunity to local community, ownership and control of tourism accommodation, the distribution of benefits and advantage against indigenous village, development in general are seen from 4A tourism and government income of tax viewed from PHR. Advice can be given to government and businessman and tourism service on the island of Nusa Lembongan in the order of future improve the facilities, infrastructure supporting tourism, reinforce the rules on the division of the proceeds against the indigenous villages, improving access and employment for local community on the island of Nusa Lembongan.   Key Words              : Tourism, Nusa Lembongan Island, Impact

This study aims to see the extent to which the impact of the development of oyster beach tourism objects on the economy of the Tapakis village community carried out by the tourism and sports office of Padang Pariaman district and to find out what are the obstacles that occur when developing oyster beach tourism. This research is based on the existence of problems in the tourism object of the Tapakis oyster beach such as development that has not been maximized and tourist facilities that are not well managed. This research uses qualitative research using descriptive methods. The informants in this study in this study, namely the Tourism Development Sector, the Promotion and Creative Economy Sector, the Wali Nagari Tapakis, the Tourism Awareness Group and Community Figures.The data of this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews and documentation studies, as well as testing the validity of the data by using triangulation techniques and using reference materials. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out by summarizing the records that were found in the field and assisted by data collection tools such as cellphone recorders with informants while in the field, after which a conclusion was obtained. The results of this study indicate that the impact of the development of oyster beach tourism objects on the economy the community of Tapakis village, Padang Pariaman district. The youth tourism and sports office as well as Pokdarwis members have carried out promotions such as placing advertisements, billboards, magazines, newspapers, browsers, Facebook and Instagram. Currently, the facilities at Oyster Beach are adequate, but these facilities have not been well managed at this time and from an environmental perspective it is still not clean enough. the level of visits to tourist objects has started to increase now compared to previous years as well as the economic income of the people around oyster beach tourism has started to improve as well today.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of asset management and debt management on the liquidity and profitability of SOEs listed on the Indonesia StockExchange for the period 2014-2017. This study use the object of research as 16 BUMNcompanies. The data source used is secondary data, data collection techniques in thisstudy are documentation of company performance reports on the Indonesia StockExchange and company annual reports. The results of the study show that therelationship between asset management and debt management is directly proportional.There is no significant impact of asset management on liquidity and profitability becausethe asset management on 2017 has increased while profitability and liquidity has fallenthis is due to the company's large operational costs financed by debt. Debt managementfor liquidity and profitability has an impact on decreasing liquidity and profitability whendebt management rises. This study aims to determine the impact of the existence of palm oil plantations on the socio-economic conditions of the people in Kamipang District, Katingan District. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from BPS, Sub-District Offices, village/district, and the private sector and primary data obtained directly from different respondents in Kamipang Subdistrict to determine the number of samples used by purposive sampling technique or sampling. intentionally that is equal to 20% of the total population or as many as 30 respondents. The results of the study show that the management of oil palm plantations has an impact on social conditions that are very influential, namely after the existence of the oil palm plantation company PT Arjuna Utama Sawit. The impact is such as access to education in Kamipang Subdistrict, new economic activities such as lodging, restaurants, crossing services, and salons. After the existence of a coconut plantation company, PT. Arjuna Utama Sawit, those who were previously less prosperous are now more prosperous. They arrived at zero economic conditions, the impact of the existence of a sick coconut plantation company, PT. Arjuna Utama Sawit for economic conditions greatly affects that is after the existence of oil palm plantation companies PT. Arjuna Utama Sawit compared to the existence of a plantation company PT. Arjuna Utama Sawit.

This research aims to know the role of BMT UGT Sidogiri been fullest or not in overcoming the negative impact of loan sharks in the region of Demak prakti East. The approach used was qualitative descriptive type approach strategy case studies. This strategy was chosen because there are things that would like to be known by researchers associated with the formulation of the problem. The required data in the research is primary data and secondary data. Technical data collection performed while field research in BMT UGT Sidogiri and around the region of Demak. Data collection is done with the interview and documentation. Supporting data come from studies and journal literature through internet searches. Data analysis technique used is the reduction of data to get a conclusion. The results obtained by researchers based on interviews that BMT has not been significantly instrumental in freeing people from the bondage of moneylenders. Inadequate efforts made BMT in freeing society from moneylenders who practices tend to be more proactive in offering their services to merchants is evidenced by the large number of traders who prefer to connect with the moneylenders.Keywords: BMT Sidogiri UGT, The Role Of BMT, The Impact Of Loan Sharks, Practices Of Moneylenders

The changes in IT sector constantly influencing the performance of banking sector in the world. The emergence of internet banking has changed the way of banks of how to offer the products and services to the customers. In order to survive in the rapidly changing technological environment, the banks are required to adapt such changes and to maintain and improve the services which they are offering to their customers in order to attain the customers satisfaction. Now the term quality does not only include the products but also the services. This paper deals with the internet banking operations and how it affects the service quality of the banks in Punjab. The research is much more of qualitative nature but to prove facts and figures quantitative approach is also used in the paper. The research is descriptive as well as explanatory. In order to arrive at the sample size, non probability method has been used. For the primary data collection a structured questionnaire is used to record the response of various respondents. Secondary data has been collected from annual reports, other published literature of the banks etc. In order to test the impact of internet banking on the service quality of banks seven service quality dimensions model is used. A model with seven dimensions service quality named reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, tangibility, security and communication is used to complete the study. In these seven dimensions 37 variables are covered. For the data analysis the statistical package SPSS 20 is used.  Descriptive statistics is used to analyse the data. The research proves that all the dimensions which are included in the study have a positive impact on the service quality of banks providing internet banking services to their customers in Punjab. The recommendations are also discussed with which the service quality and customers satisfaction can be improved.

This purpose of this study aims to determine the impact of decision making styles in organizations operating in Karachi. It focuses on exploring different components of decision making styles and investigates the concept of creative disposition. Moreover, it determines the correlation of different components of decision making styles to creative disposition of employees. It identifies necessary changes in decision making styles to increase its impact on creative disposition. Explanatory technique is adopted to determine the impact of logic, facts and personal experiences in decision making style on creative disposition; followed by primary data collection. Quantitative paradigms are used to perform the analysis. Target population of current study comprises of employees working in organizations of Karachi. Sampling technique used is non-probability convenient sampling. Sample size is of 384. Survey technique has been adopted for data collection process. Instrument used is questionnaire for data collection multiple linear regression technique has been used for analysis. The results of the study revealed that there is a significant role of logic based decision making style, facts based decision making style and personal experience based decision making style to determine positive creative disposition shows that it has a significant impact on it. This study successfully explained importance of decision making styles in developing creative disposition in organizations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational behavior on improving employee productivity at the Library and Archives Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study were 41 people in the Office of Library and Archives of Sidenreng Rappang Regency aged 17 years and over. The sample in this study were 39 employees in the Department of Library and Archives, based on the sampling technique saturated with this type of research is descriptive quantitative. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of the influence of organizational behavior on the increase in work productivity of employees at the Office of Library and Archives of Sidenreng Rappang Regency, it turns out that the value of t count ≥ t table or 4.493 ≥ 2.026, and a significant level of 0.000. then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that it has a significant effect on increasing work productivity (Y). Y) with a yield of 39.8%. While the remaining 100% - 39.8% = 60.2% (influenced by other factors) which are not included in this study. So that 39.8% is still classified as low organizational behavior towards increasing the work productivity of employees at the Library and Archives Office of Sidenteng Rappang Regency.
