The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational behavior on improving employee productivity at the Library and Archives Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study were 41 people in the Office of Library and Archives of Sidenreng Rappang Regency aged 17 years and over. The sample in this study were 39 employees in the Department of Library and Archives, based on the sampling technique saturated with this type of research is descriptive quantitative. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of the influence of organizational behavior on the increase in work productivity of employees at the Office of Library and Archives of Sidenreng Rappang Regency, it turns out that the value of t count ≥ t table or 4.493 ≥ 2.026, and a significant level of 0.000. then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that it has a significant effect on increasing work productivity (Y). Y) with a yield of 39.8%. While the remaining 100% - 39.8% = 60.2% (influenced by other factors) which are not included in this study. So that 39.8% is still classified as low organizational behavior towards increasing the work productivity of employees at the Library and Archives Office of Sidenteng Rappang Regency.

Background: Basic immunization is the first immunization that should be given to everyone, especially infants and children from birth to protect lifes from dangerous diseases. The immunization program in Indonesia requires every infant (0-11 months) to receive complete basic immunization consist of 1 dose of Hepatitis B, 1 dose of BCG, 3 doses of DPT-HB-Hib, 4 doses of polio, and 1 dose of measles. Basic Immunization in RW 8 Wonokusumo Urban Village in 2017 has not reached the target. Only 73 infants (67%) of 108 have received complete basic immunization which the target of Puskesmas is 95%. This study aims to know the correlation of knowledge, attitude and mother perception with the basic immunization status in Wonokusumo. This study is an observational analytic research with quantitative approach. The study was cross sectional with a sample of 39 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Respondents in this study are mothers who have children under three and have KMS in RW 8 Wonokusumo Urban Village. Primary data collection techniques obtained from questionnaires while secondary data obtained from Wonokusumo Puskesmas and Surabaya City Health Office reports .The result of bivariate statistic test shows that there is correlation between knowledge, attitude, and mother perception with the immunization status of children under three with p = 0,001 (p < 0,05). Conclusion: There is correlation between knowledge, attitude, and mother perception with the basic immunization status in RW 8, Wonokusumo Village.

ABSTRACT        This study aims to determine discipline, organizational commitment and motivation to work productivity of employees at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak. This research method uses descriptive and associative quantitative methods. The data sources are primary data and secondary data. The research was conducted from December 2018 to June 2019. The study population was 63 employees of KPDC, the sample was 61 people using saturated sampling. Data were collected using research instrumens and processed using SPSS statistics version 24.00 windows. Discipline process, organizational commitment and motivation have very important roles to realizae optimal company goals requiring quality human resources, but in reality based on preliminary observations at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak work productivity is currently in a low condition because the average score has only reached 30.3, the standard score of 35, due to the accuracy of employee work with a score of 19. So it can be said that employee productivity is still not good and successful in its implementation. Based on the results of the analysis, the results obtained: discipline has no positive and insignificant effect, Meanwhile, organizational commitment and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity either partially or jointly at PT. <p>This  study aims to determine  tbe Employee   Skills in the Konveksi  Istana  Mode Madiun,  to determine  Employee  Productivity  in the Konveksi  Istana Mode Madiun,  as well as  to  determine   the  presence   or  absence   of  Vocational   Effect   on  Productivity   Among Employees   at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  The  samples  in this  study  is purposive sampling   technique   that  all  employees   at  the  Konveksi   Istana   Mode   Madiun   part  of convection,   amounting  to 30 people.  Data  collection  using  questionnaires,   documentation and interviews.In    analyzing  the data using statistical  methods  Product  Moment,  To test this hypothesis   using the r test, F test and t test. The results  of the regression  analysis  ofY  = a +bX, the result Y = 11,737 + 0,757X,  to test that rcount  &gt; r liable  (0.784  &gt; 0.361),  or may be rejected  HO means  that there  is a skills  significant  relationship   with  work  productivity   of employee  at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  Furthermore,   also obtained  results  which indicate that the F test ofF count &gt;F table (44,5752::4.196)  or ::;;Sighit Sigprob  (0,000 ::;;0.05). Thus HO is rejected,  it means  there is an overall  effect of skills on labor productivity   at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  In addition,  the t-test results  obtained  thit&gt;  ttab  (6.676  &gt; 2.048) or Sig hit &lt; Sig prob (0.000 &lt; 0.025) this situation  can be said to be no different  from the effect of employee  skills on work productivity  of employee  at the Konveksi  Istana Mode Madiun.</p>

This research was conducted to find out how the process of implementation of safety and health program in the production director detail part manufacturing division   PT Dirgantara Indonesia, this research also can be known about work productivity at PT Dirgantara Indonesia.  This research was conducted on 117  respondents who are employees of the production director detail part manufacturing division PT Dirgantara Indonesia. This study used primary data by using questionnaires and interviews also using secondary data obtained from books and journals. The classical principle test used for this research is normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test. The result is employee productivity in productivity direktorat production detail part manufacturing division PT Dirgantara Indonesia of 27.1% made by the implementation of health and safety programs as much as 72.9%. The result of hypothesis test shows that there is significant influence between the implementation of work safety program to the work productivity of the employees of the production directorate part manufacturing PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of communication on the productivity of employees working at PSEKSU Lahat and to determine the relationship of communication with employee productivity in PSEKSU Lahat. This form of research is the analysis of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The sample in this study is an employee at the health center Lahat PSEKSU totaling 30 employees. Because the number of employees at the health center PSEKSU as many as 30 people, then the sample is taken from the total population. So the sampling technique in this study using census method of data collection for the entire population. Data collection techniques in this research is through observation, interviews, and distribution of a list of questions to the respondent and methods used in this research is the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method with a simple formula of linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient terminated and hypothesis t test.   Of regression and correlation calculations obtained simple linear regression equation is Y = 7.37 + 0.74 X +e . These values ​​have meaning if the communication variables is increased one unit then the employee productivity will be increased by the value of b is 0.74. From the calculation results obtained r = 0.83 means a correlation coefficient of 0.83. This means of communication has a positive relationship and a very closely to employee productivity. Coefficient calculation known determinant of the value of KD = 0.69 or 69% means that employee productivity is affected by the communication by 69% and the remaining 31% are influenced by other factors such as leadership, incentives, division of tasks and training. From the hypothesis testing calculation obtained value t count = 7.896 and t-table 2, 048. So t-count value is greater than t-table or t count> t table, this shows that Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between communication to work productivity of employees at the health center PSEKSU Lahat. The calculation can be interpreted that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted then the hypothesis is proven and showed a significant correlation means of communication have a positive effect on employee productivity in PSEKSU Lahat.

Thus, it is necessary for organization tolook for any factors that can improve employee work motivation, one of which is byimprovement on employee work productivity.From the above description, the author tries to study the influences of extrinsicmotivation on the improvement on employee work productivity in Bank NegaraIndonesia (BNI) Branch of Palangka Raya. The research aims to find out description ofwork motivation influences on employee productivity. In this study, the method usedis descriptive method with survey method approach. Data collection techniques usedby the author are library research to obtain secondary data, and field research in orderto obtain primary data by interview technique.From results of this study, it indicates that the influences of motivation hassignificant influences on improving employee work productivity with the calculationresults of the analysis show that the determination value is 0.90, which means the levelof incentives on work motivation has 100% positive influences, which means thehypothesis can be accepted.

The problem in this study is about how the radio broadcast business in the era of technological advancements and information, whether radio broadcasts can still maintain their existence and are still in the public interest as an effective means of entertainment and information and what radio broadcast companies do in facing business challenges in the era technological progress and information so that it can survive. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, taking data sources using a "purposive sampling" technique with a total of 4 (four) informants including the management of radio broadcast companies in 4 (four) radio broadcast companies in the researched Kebumen Regency. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. Observations and interviews are used to capture primary data relating to how important radio broadcast companies view technological and information progress as challenges that must be faced to maintain the existence of broadcast radio. While the study of documentation is used to capture secondary data that can be raised from various documentation about media data, broadcast radio company profiles and so on. The data analysis technique in this study is an interactive model analysis, including four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. The theory used is the theory of general communication and business communication. The locus of research in four radio broadcast companies in Kebumen District, namely: Bimasakti FM Kebumen, Mas FM Kebumen, RPFM Gombong, and Radio Gong FM Gombong, the results of this study found that advances in technology and information will raise efforts to improve the quality of broadcast radio companies in Kebumen through various ways including the ability to adjust to follow the advances in technology and information carried out by changing the conventional ways of broadcasting in a more modern way with technology-based and internet-based information. The four radio broadcast companies in Kebumen Regency were examined, although in general they had adjusted to the advancement of technology and information in order to maintain their existence. In fact there were still a number of radio broadcast companies that had not implemented streaming broadcasts so that the range that could be received by audiences or listeners was limited and not yet global. Efforts to adjust to the advancement of technology and information must, of course, be accompanied by efforts to improve the quality of human resources broadcast radio companies both internally and externally. Data collection techniques using primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data. This study uses a regression test to test the hypothesis. This study found that branchless banking has a positive effect on the financial inclusion of the people of Kampar Regency, Riau.

<p>The internet is growing rapidly with an increasing number of regular users. Many people cannot escape the internet in their daily lives and this affects their consumption patterns. The internet has an important role in supporting the development of e-commerce in conducting online transactions. Many online shopping stores have sprung up making people more often make purchasing decisions on a product, and online shopping alone is considered to be much easier and more effective. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of consumer trust and security on buying interest on the Lazada site (Survey of visitors to the Lazada site in East Jakarta). The population in this study is Lazada Site Visitors who reside in East Jakarta during January - June 2018 with a total sample of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Primary data collection using questionnaires and secondary data collection using literature study. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with a significance value of a = 10% (0.10). The results showed that trust and security partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on corporate image. Partially, confidence influences asking for a purchase of 9.3% and security has a significant effect on buying interest of 6.3%. The R Square value obtained through testing the determinant coefficient (R2) is what means that advertising affects the company's image by 15.9% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.</p>

Teachers as educators are required to have social competence. Therefore, teachers should be able to establish good communication with students, parents, neighbor, and co-worker's. In the meantime, educational interaction belief in good communication skills from teachers with students. However, no research has been done in person about the teachers social competence relationship with students educational interaction in the academic perspective. This study/research was meants to reveal: 1) How high are teachers sosial competence at SDIT Salsabila 3. 2) How strong are students educational interaction at SDIT Salsabila 3. 3) The teachers relationship with students educational interaction. And this is quantitative research. The research method used was the correlation study. The population is requested class SDIT Salsabila 3. The sampling technique used is sample. It's mean the entire population is sampled. The primary data collection uses an angket or questionnaire that has been validates by experts. Secondary data collection uses interviews, observations, and documentations.  Angular data calculated using parametric statistics to get the desired data,  and the prerequisite analysis was then performed using the Kolmogorof-Smirnov. After a prerequisite analysis was done, a hypothetical test was done using the product moment correlation technique. The study/research shows that the teachers social competence at SDIT Salsabila 3 the majority is the medium category. And the result of the students educational interaction of SDIT Salsabila 3 the majority in a sufficient/moderate category. This research shows a positive relationship between the teachers social competence to students educational interaction. Using a product moment testing technique helped with the SPSS 22.00 calculations program, has a coefficient correlation of 0,777. It's mean the link between the teachers social competence to students educational interaction is strong
