The petrochemical pipeline installation project is a very complicated project, each link must abide by the construction plan  strictly to ensure the smooth operation of the petrochemical process pipeline and the safe operation of the pipeline.However, from the current situation, there are many problems during the installation of petrochemical process pipeline.To solve these problems effectively, we must choose a scientific and rational method, a clear management of the content, a comprehensive consideration of the problem and deal with the problem in time to improve the installation efficiency of petrochemical pipelines and promote the rapid development of petrochemical technology.

Information ability is the basis and premise of college students' survival and career development, the condition of their lifelong learning, and the necessary ability of innovative talents. In order to adapt to the rapid development of the current information society, college students, as an important force of social construction, must cultivate good information ability. With the continuous development of the socialist market economy, the construction industry has achieved rapid development and has good development prospects. However, the construction industry has experienced the transformation of China’s economic system from planned economy to market economy, and traditional management in construction engineering enterprises. The model has been unable to adapt to the new situation of the development of the construction industry, but it has limited the development of the enterprise to a certain extent. As an important part of enterprise management, engineering project construction management needs to realize the innovation of management mode to adapt to the current development situation. Starting from the necessity of construction engineering innovation, the basic principles of project management innovation are expounded, and an effective way of project construction management innovation is proposed.
