Purpose: the aim of the work is to study the problems of innovative development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its regions, to consider the management of innovative development of regions on the basis of integrated management (sharing project and scenario approaches). Methods: the methods of system analysis, the concept of system-integrated management, including the combined use of project and system approaches, outlined the methodological outline of the study. Results: the proposed theoretical and methodological approaches to the management of innovative development of the region; considered the concept of project management of the region, made the transition from consideration of the economy itself to a complex of state programs for their development, taken as an interconnected system. The state programs themselves are considered as a set of projects (programs). Further it is proposed to use scenario management for their analysis and implementation. A cybernetic model of the region's innovative development management system is proposed. Conclusions and Relevance: to manage the innovative development of the country and its regions, it is possible and necessary to use the transition and system management of a complex of strategic and planned development programs of the country and its regions, which are an integrated system of interrelated documents. The cybernetic model of the region's innovative development management system allows making a transition to using an integral approach of sharing scenario and project management in system modeling of the formation and implementation of IRR programs and effectively selecting management solutions for the further implementation of development programs (projects).

The international experience of integrating building information modeling (BIM) into project management system with innovation implementation accent has been revealed in this article. The events carried out on federal and regional levels concerning the President of Russia directive on building construction industry modernization and construction objects transferring to life cycle management by means of BIM were analyzed. The large company experience of implementing BIM was summarized with describing some examples in different cities and regions of our country and thus the main directions of this technology development were determined. The key points of BIM and project management system pairing and impacting an innovation choice witch determine the project economic efficiency in the integrated management system were shown. The main reports of "Building construction projects technology and management: new practices and prospects" conference by Moscow Trade and Commerce Chamber were reviewed in this direction and problems of the new investment and construction project management technology implementation were shown. The ways to solve these problems were disclosed by work examples of PAO "Sberbank", and successfully working in our country firms Bilfinger Tebodin - BIM design and Beiten Burkhard -jurisdiction support. Some economic efficiency questions of BIM implementation were disclosed in the report delivered by The Plekhanov University of Economics (project and program management base department of Capital Group). Management system suggestions, regarding BIM implementation in Moscow construction were given.

The paper presents a model of the economic space for the innovative development of a region, based on the notation and principles of the modern theory of economic systems, which allows the transition process from the program-target method of management to the innovative development program-project management. Such a model is necessary to concretize the ways and stages of solving the problems of innovative development programs and the use of the modular concept of building a DSS, according to which the functionality of each module is based on a system of instrumental methods and models for data analysis, which make it possible to determine and formalize the goals of innovative development, directions growth, forecast and make optimal management decisions in the formation and implementation of the region innovative development program (F&IRIDP). This approach makes it possible to identify imbalances in the regions development and eliminate the shortcomings of the used methods of program-targeted management of innovative development of the region (IDR) in the implementation of state programs, as well as concretize the required program indicators based on the proposed three-vector paradigm of innovative development. Also proposed a systemic dynamic economic-cybernetic model of a region with discrete variables.

Purpose. To develop a model of the integrated system for company management, basing on the integration of the quality control and labour safety systems that differs from the known ones by combination of the processes based on the increase in the level of corporate safety cultures within a company. Methodology. Formation of the basis for integration of the quality control and labour safety systems relies on the complex use of system analysis methods that, in combination with Deming and Shewhart cycle and with the performance of corresponding estimation and analysis of the organizational and safety cultures, help plan the practices, procedures, and resources for stage-by-stage combination of the systems as well as maintain the obtained results. Findings. An approach for efficient development of the integrated management system has been proposed on the basis of the analysis of levels of organizational and safety cultures; in future, this will help select such tools and practices that will allow having painless stage-by-stage combination of the available systems of quality control and labour safety with the substantiation of the necessary recourses. It has been established that a key element of the combination is readiness and motivation of not only top management but also linear management and ordinary workers to accept new technologies, approaches, and practices aimed at integration of those cultures, which is provided by the efficient staff involvement by means of corresponding training and constant communication to form the risk-oriented thinking. Originality. A structure and model of the integrated system of quality and safety management as a unified interdependent mechanism have been proposed on the basis of the combination of organizational and safety cultures; that has allowed forming the unified principles for the development of a combined management system. Practical value. The control parameters have been determined to identify stages of integration of the quality control and labour safety systems basing on the attitude to values and formed worldview as well as on the gaining the necessary competences by the workers.

The author tries to develop and implement a web-based Project Cost Integrated Management System (WPCIMS) in China. The targets, the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and its code system, the functional planning, the framework and the technical index of the WPCIMS were presented firstly. Then, experimental implement of this developed system were put forward in 3 A/E/C project. Finally, an empirical interview survey targeting the project managers of the studied 3 cases was carried to estimate its implement performance. Results show that the acceptance and implement of the WPCIMS can significantly improve the performance of the project cost control, and successful implementation of the WPCIMS, in terms of leading to better outcomes for the A/E/C project, Coordination improvement among participators and Reduction of contract disputes, etc, is not simple a matter of introducing the system into an project organization. Instead, it must be associated with overall project management approaches such as a suitable organization mode, an appropriate system, the standard workflows, adequate personal trainings and even a coordinated project management philosophy.

This paper aims at the problems of difficult management, low efficiency, disordered data storage and management which actually exist in geological exploration. In order to solve these issues we carry the "wisdom exploration" concept into the project management. We focused on the research of the method of organization and management, and designed a new mode of the integrated management including examination of data storage, data standardization management, project management and real-time feedback. On the base of the above, we researched and developed a management system which could well meet the needs of geological exploration project management and provide a strong information guarantee to enhance the efficiency of project management.
