According to the results from OECD countries, the position of the tourism sector in Slovakia has been unfavourable for a long time. Tourism in Slovakia is managed in a decentralized way, which is legally and financially supported in certain forms. Support is largely conditional on cooperation. Such an example is the support of the creation and activities of regional tourism organizations. In this paper, we will examine the economic significance and justification of cooperation among entities that are members of regional tourism organizations, by determining the relationship between the number of these organizations and the amount of revenue divided into four categories at the regional level. In this work we used multiple regression and correlation analysis. Based on their results, we identified the performance of companies according to the categories of achieved revenues. The results suggest that the most productive companies are companies with revenues ranging from 100000-500000 Euros per year. The paper also offers a framework of questions for further research related to sector governance, as well as an awareness of the importance and significance of cooperation.

This study evaluates the effect of director’s tunnelling on asset utilization of companies in consumer goods sector in Nigeria using a panel data collected from annual financial report of thirty listed consumer goods firm in Nigeria between 2011 and 2016. The study was based on ex-post-facto research design and the data collected were analysed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression. The study finds that the director’s pay and equity holding varies widely among consumer goods firms. Chairman’s pay and director’s equity holding have a statistically significant effect on asset utilization at 5% level. While the director’s pay policy has no statistically significant effect on asset utilization. The finding shows pay, chairman’s pay and director’s equity holding are three major avenues used for tunnelling as they have a significant effect on tunnelling. The study recommends that policymaker should formulate a policy that will reduce the tunnelling tendency of directors and board chairman.

This study is intended to investigate the influence of modeling and authority of teachers (partially and simultaneously) to the attitude of students at MTs and MA Sunan Drajat Geger Bojonegoro, academic year 2015. The data collections used were questionnaire and documentation. The number of subjects were 40 respondents drawn using random sampling techniques. Data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed using Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression. The finding reveals that the most influential factor towards students’ attitudes is modeling with regression coefficient of 0.972 (97.2%). Authority has positive effect towards students’ attitude though not significant with a regression coefficient of 0.02 (2%). In testing the hypothesis using F test, the two variables modeling (X1) and authority (X2) simultaneously affect the students’ attitude. This can be seen from the value of F which is greater than the F table.
