THE EFFECT OF WORK EXPERIENCE, WORK ACHIEVEMENT, EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON CAREER DEVELOPMENT IN PT. PLN (PERSERO) KOTA PADANG RAYON KURANJI

This study aims to determine how much influence the work experience, work performance, education and training have on the career development of employees at PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Kuranji, Padang City. The analytical method used is correlation analysis and multiple regression. The data collection method in this study is to use a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely employees at PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Kuranji, Padang City. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it shows that: (a) work experience has a partially significant effect on career development, (b) work performance has a partially significant effect on career development, (c) education has a partially significant effect on career development, (d) training does not have a partially significant effect on career development, (e) work experience, work performance, education and training have a significant effect on career development together, (e) the contribution of variable work experience, work performance, education and training together The career development is 52.5%, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine how much influence Organizational Culture, Career Development, and Self Efficacy have on Employee Performance. The analytical method used is correlation analysis and multiple regression. The method of data collection in this study is to use a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely employees of PT. Padang Post. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it shows that: (a) organizational culture has a partially significant effect on employee performance, (b) career development has a partially significant effect on employee performance, (c) self-efficacy has a partially significant effect on employee performance development, (d) ) organizational culture, career development and self-efficacy together on career development, (e) the contribution of organizational culture, career development, and self-efficacy variables together on employee performance is 71.4% while the remaining 28.6 % influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, work performance and education and training on employee career development. The location of this research is Uppala Villa & Spa Umalas. The population in this study were all employees at Uppala Villa & Spa Umalas. Respondents used in this study are the total population of 49 respondents who are all employees at Uppala Villa & Spa Umalas. Status of all employees, namely as permanent employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work experience has a positive and significant effect on career development which means that if work experience is getting longer the career development owned by employees at Uppala Villa & SPA Umalas will increase. Job performance has a positive and significant effect on career development. The results also showed that education and training had a positive and significant effect on employee career development. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of taxation socialization, tax service quality and tax rates on individual taxpayer compliance at the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all individual taxpayers registered at the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. Sampling was done using the Convenience Sampling method, with the Yamane formula calculation and a sample of 100 taxpayers was obtained. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire, and the analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that: (1) Tax socialization has a positive significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance, (2) Service quality tax does not affect the compliance of individual taxpayers, (3) Tax rates do not affect individual taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Taxation Socialization, Tax Service Quality, Tax Rates and Individual Taxpayer Compliance.

This study aims to find out and analyze the Effect of Education and Training, Work Experience and Work Discipline on Financial Management Performance at Halu Oleo University. Respondents in this study were all employees who served as financial managers at Halu Oleo University. The total respondents were 106 people. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques that are processed through SPSS version 23.0 for Windows software.The results of this study indicate that education and training have t (t-sig) of 0,000 which means that education and training have a positive and significant effect on the performance of financial managers, work experience has t (t-sig) of 0.118 which means that work experience has no effect and is not significant on performance financial managers, work discipline has t (t-sig) of 0.031 which means that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of financial managers. The conclusions in this study are education and training, work experience and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of financial managers. Education and training have a significant effect on the performance of financial managers, work experience has no effect and is not significant on the performance of financial managers and work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of financial managers in

Implementation of AIS is indispensable for organizations as a means to support operational and administrative activities. This research aims to prove empirically the effect of ability personal techniques and IT sophistication with education and training as moderating variables on AIS performance. The population of this research is employees who use AIS at Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Bali. The research sample was determined based on a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sample technique in order to obtain 84 civil servants who used AIS at Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Bali. Data collection is done through questionnaire and interview. The analysis technique in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result of analysis shows that education and training strengthen the effect of ability personal techniques and IT sophistication on AIS performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, work performance and training on career development. This research was conducted in Wapa at Ume Resort & Spa. The number of samples used is 75 employees, with the saturated sample method where all population numbers are sampled. Data collection was obtained from interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that work experience has a positive and significant effect on career development, work performance has a positive and significant effect on career development and training has a positive and significant effect on career development. To improve career development, the company needs to pay attention to the work experience of employees so that employees are able to complete and be responsible for the tasks assigned smoothly. The company must pay attention to the cooperation carried out by employees in order to be able to create good cooperation with colleagues and superiors, so that with good cooperation can facilitate the work. This study has a purpose to examines the level of compliance of individual taxpayer who undertakes the business activity and independent personal service by using several independent variables such as taxpayer awareness, tax authorities service, taxpayer knowledge and tax penalty. The purpose of this study was to analyze taxpayer awareness, tax authorities service, taxpayer knowledge, and tax penalty toward individual taxpayer compliance who undertakes the business activity and independent personal service.The population of this study is individual taxpayer who undertakes the business activity and independent personal service. This study use purposive sampling tehnique to collect samples. The number of sample is 99 taxpayers. Primary data collection method used is a survey method using questionnaires. Collected data on this study precessed by multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of analysis undertaken concluded that taxpayer awareness, tax authorities service, taxpayer knowledge, and tax penalty have a positive and significant effect toward taxpayer compliance.

The research aimed to determine whether leadership (leadership agility) and digital intelligence (digital quotient) have an influence on employee engagement. The data collection method was conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees, which obtained a sample of 150 people in pharmaceutical companies and Pinrumah.com. The analysis method was multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 20 software as data processing. The results show that both leadership agility and digital quotient have significant effects on employee engagement.

Purpose of this study aims to examine the effect supply aspect tourism on travelling interest to Tikus Island in Bengkulu Province. Supply aspect tourism consisting of attraction, accessible, amenities and ancillary. Sampling method in this study is accidental sampling with 240 respondents. Data collection method in this study uses quantitative data which is carried out by distributing questionnaires. Multiple regression analysis applied to test the hypotheses using SPSS application. Findings showed that attraction and accessible have positive effect on travelling interest.  Meanwhile, amenities and ancillary do not affect travelling interest. The supply of aspect tourism in Tikus Island can contribute to the Regional Original Income (PAD) of Bengkulu Province, the local government of Bengkulu should be able to pay more attention based on this findings.
