China is a major producer and consumer of chemicals. The production and use of chemicals play a role in the development of the entire national economy. Therefore, effective chemical management has a huge impact on the development of the national economy. At present, chemical management guidelines have achieved a lot in chemical operations, but there are still many shortcomings. Relevant institutions should further improve the standard system, strengthen the coordination of subjective institutions, the supervision and management, establish information standards, complete information sharing, build a feedback system, strengthen the transformation of experimental results and trust training.

The article considers a systematic approach, which is based on the assessment of the basic banks as systemically important, determining the parameters of the development of the national economy and the possibility of risk. It compares the methods of evaluating large, basic banks that have a huge impact on the economies of the European Union (Germany, Great Britain), Japan and Russia. Revealed a more complex algorithm that estimates base for the national economy of banks in Russia and proposed to simplify the estimation procedure, limiting the scope of surveyed banks of their international activity by the Bank of Russia quantitative size of their monetary assets abroad. It is also proposed to evaluate the basic, system-forming banks not only annually, but also during periods of force majeure, since they serve as one of the tools for managing the national economy

This paper considers a food supply chain where multiple suppliers provide completely substitutable food products to two manufacturers. Meanwhile, the suppliers face yield uncertainty and the manufacturers face uncertain production costs that are private information. While the suppliers compete on price, the manufacturers compete on quantity. We build a stylized multistage game theoretic model to analyze the issue of vertical cost-information sharing (VCIS) within the supply chain by considering key parameters, including the level of yield uncertainty, two manufacturers’ cost correlation, the correlated coefficient of suppliers’ yield processes, and the number of suppliers. We study the suppliers’ optimal wholesale price and the manufacturers’ optimal order quantities under different VCIS strategies. Finally, through numerical analyses, we examine how key parameters affect the value of VCIS to each supplier and each manufacturer, respectively. We found that the manufacturers are willing to share cost information with suppliers only when the two manufacturers’ cost correlation is less than a threshold. While a high correlated coefficient of suppliers’ yield processes and a large number of suppliers promote complete information sharing, a high level of yield uncertainty hinders complete information sharing. All these findings have important implications to industry practices.

As a technical standard proposed by China independently, TD-LTE will have a huge impact on national economy of the country. Regarding the related researches for information industry as theory evidence, this paper, using the Grounded Theory, constructs an evaluation system of the impact of TD-LTE on the national economy from the aspects of economic impact and social influence. Based on the system, specific analyses considering objective reality are conducted, and suggestions are proposed. The results can be helpful to assess the impact of TD-LTE on the national economy.

In the supply chain, information sharing is critical for facilitating decision making, accelerating the schedule, reducing costs, and enhancing the final quality of the project. However, information sharing is challenging in the construction supply chain when information asymmetry could help certain individuals avoid liability or help others maximize their profits by using substandard materials. In this environment, the stakeholders may not truly trust one another and may be reluctant to share complete information. Even though several studies have emphasized the importance of trust for information sharing, few studies have focused on promoting trust and verifying information using technology. The purpose of this paper is to examine the potential of Blockchain technology for establishing a trust-enhanced environment with distributed trust that will benefit the construction supply chain. This paper presents three logical scenarios for the application of Blockchain technology in information-sharing systems in order to demonstrate that the technology helps establish a trust-enhanced environment for reliable information sharing while eliminating counterfeiting and reducing bullwhip effect. These scenarios will demonstrate the value of Blockchain-based information sharing in the construction supply chain and possibly provide direction for future research with greater depth and specificity.

China has always had frequent disasters, and unexpected emergency public events often bring great impact to the national economy, so it is very important for the emergency financial management mechanism to effectively respond to. Combining with the emergency financial control measures for the new crown pneumonia epidemic, this paper analyses the imperfections of the current emergency financial control system in China from four aspects: contingency, delineation of fiscal responsibilities among central and local financial departments in the field of emergency management, institutionalization of emergency financial system, supervision and management, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.

Scanning tunneling microscopes (STM) exist in two versions. In both of these, a pointed metal tip is scanned in close proximity to the specimen surface by means of three piezos. The distance of the tip from the sample is controlled by a feedback system to give a constant tunneling current between the tip and the sample. In the low-end STM, the system has a mechanical stability and a noise level to give a vertical resolution of between 0.1 nm and 1.0 nm. The atomic resolution STM can show individual atoms on the surface of the specimen.A low-end STM has been put into the specimen chamber of a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The first objective was to investigate technological problems such as surface profiling. The second objective was for exploratory studies. This second objective has already been achieved by showing that the STM can be used to study trapping sites in SiO2.
