Abstract This writing takes the theme of the online learning process which is motivated by the Covid-19 pandemic situation by taking one of a series of learning processes, namely the learning evaluation process, where learning does not take place normally as usual. This results in changes in the delivery of information within the scope of learning which must be adapted to situations that cannot have a face-to-face, cannot gather in one room, and cannot interact directly with each other, but material information must continue with complete learning targets ). Therefore, this research is interesting to do because it aims to reveal patterns of information flows in learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. This research took a research locus at MI Ma'arif Mangunsari, Salatiga City. Informants taken in this study were teachers, school principals and parents of students who were taken randomly. The results of this study indicate that first, the implementation of Mangunsari online learning in Salatiga City runs well without significant obstacles due to good planning in terms of teacher competence, materials, facilities and parental involvement, as well as the accuracy of selecting the facilities and infrastructure used in online learning. Second, the process of information flow in online learning forms a triangular pattern between teacher parents and students with the flow of information from teacher to parent through online media, parents to students offline, students to parents, then parents to teachers.

Geographical studies of the transmission of information have focussed overwhelmingly on private information flows based on direct, face-to-face contact. Very little attention has been directed to media-based public information flows despite the potential importance of this type of flow in regional development. Yet an examination of newspaper content for the New England region of New South Wales for 1971 and 1977 reveals that major changes are occurring in newspaper-based information flows. Rural newspapers are becoming increasingly aspatial and parochial in their news coverage and the flow of information between rural centres is changing from a complex system to a less complex system. The reasons for these trends are not entirely clear, but may relate to economic and technological changes within the newspaper publishing industry as well as to the fortunes of regional policy in Australia.

This article aims to determine the advantages and disadvantages of using Google Forms in evaluating student online learning during the Covid19 pandemic at SD IT Baitul Muslim Way Jepara, East Lampung. This study uses qualitative methods and data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The learning process at SD IT Baitul Muslim was carried out using Whatsapp, Zoom, and cellphone media. However, when the learning evaluation arrives, both the daily, mid-semester, and end-semester evaluations of SD IT BM use Google Form because the application from Google is very easily accessible to anyone provided they have a gmail.com account. The results showed that the learning evaluation using Google Form implemented by SD IT Baitul Muslim Way Jepara East Lampung was less effective. Due to feature limitations, design, and lack of editing history. In the realm of assessment, teachers are expected to not only refer to one type of Learning Evaluation but need to apply assessment (evaluation), namely continuity, objectivity, comprehensive, practical and cooperative which aims to optimize the ongoing learning. The positive contribution of this article is expected to provide information to education actors to improve skills and integrity in various learning activities in general, as well as in distance learning (online) specifically to facilitate the learning evaluation process during the current Covid19 pandemic.

During the escalating coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, attempting to contain its spread, a large number of educational institutions shut down face-to-face teaching and learning activities globally due to a complete lockdown. This lockdown revealed emerging vulnerabilities of education systems in the low- and middle-income countries of the world, with Nigeria being no exception. Given these concerns, this research study assessed parental involvement, learning participation and the commitment to online learning of adolescent learners during the COVID-19 lockdown in Nigeria. An online survey questionnaire was employed to examine the level of online learning commitment and the contributory roles of each of the factors to online learning commitment of adolescent learners. In total, 1407 adolescents (male = 38.8%; female 61.2%) aged between 12 and 20 years (mean = 15: SD = 4.24) responded to the online survey, which was open for 2 months. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics of frequency distribution and inferential statistics of multiple regression. The findings revealed that the commitment level of adolescent learners to online learning was high. The findings further yielded a coefficient of R = 0.439 and R2 = 0.192 variance in the prediction of the outcome measure. Parental involvement contributed 32% (β = 0.322, p < 0.05) and learning participation contributed 23% (β = 0.234, p < 0.05) towards online learning. The study concludes that parental involvement and learning participation played a significant and positive role in the commitment of adolescent learners towards online learning during the COVID-19 lockdown in Nigeria. The authors suggest that parents be encouraged to synergise with the digitalised revolution, while the need for further in-depth research on the subject is emphasised in the suggestions for future research.

The COVID-19 pandemic has indeed forced people to do more activities from home, including the learning process. The learning from home policy is not accompanied by rules and regulations such as what this learning process should be carried out. As a result, various learning processes emerged, from what they are to complex things. This study aims to find innovations and learning solutions during a pandemic, to support learning from home. Online learning is the only option. It's just that, based on the problems and constraints revealed, this online learning must be packaged like traditional face-to-face learning. The choice then turned to blended learning, with various adjustments. Face-to-face learning is carried out via video conference if needed only. The shortcomings are then overcome by compiling learning materials in the form of problem-based, text-based, video, or multimedia practical guides. The learning process is complemented by the opening of active interactive communication channels. Learning evaluation is carried out not only on results but also considering the process and self-evaluation. All of this learning process should be as optimal as possible using a mobile device or smartphone.

This paper aims to evaluate online learning in universities. The researcher used descriptive survey research. The respondents of Sekolah Tinggi Filsafat Jaffray were 96 students. This study examines the effectiveness of the online learning process. Data were analyzed and compared with research results in journal articles. The online learning evaluation analysis results from the side of the first student showed that students were more interested in face-to-face learning than online. Second, most students plan to study now for future use. Third, the main obstacles faced by students are internet access and internet quota. Lecturers have an essential role in helping students learn online. Third, students need groups to evaluate each other during the learning process.
