This study wants to examine buying intention factors that are influenced by trust variables and customer engagement. The study aims to find out the influence of trust on the intention of reusing the mode of transportation of the Lembar-Padangbai crossing. As well as seeing the indirect influence of trust on the intention of reusing through customer engagement on the mode of transportation crossing Lembar-Padangbai. This research was conducted on the Lembar-Padangbai crossing mode in 2021 with a population of 223,264,600 passengers. The sample number of 100 people using the formula Slovin and purposive sampling techniques. Data collection methods use questionnaires and data analysis tools using SEM analysis with the Help of the SMART-PLS Program. The results showed that trusts have a significant direct effect on reusing intentions, and customer engagement can affect the influence of trust on the intention of reusing. The contribution of the trust's direct influence on the intention of reusing is 70.5%, while the contribution of trust influence through customer engagement to the intention of reusing is 34.9%. Advice to the company to maintain the level of trust and customer engagement to increase customer intentions to reuse ferry services mode Lembar-Padangbai.

The mode of transportation is one very important factor in accelerating the socioeconomic growth of a region. Surabaya is the capital of East Java Province and is one of the largest cities on the island of Java. The city of Surabaya which bears as the capital provides a variety of infrastructure facilities in an effort to serve the community, especially in the field of transportation. Some of the modes of transportation that are developing in this city are trains and buses with routes in several small cities in East Java. In this study the authors wanted to know the characteristics of the community in the use of rail and bus transportation modes from the direction of Madiun-Surabaya. This study uses a questionnaire instrument with sampling techniques Solvin, Issac Michael and Morgan, then data analysis using descriptive models. From the results of the study, it is known that the characteristics of the community based on the price attribute mostly use bus transportation, based on the attribute of the timeliness of choosing a train and based on the hadway and the frequency tends to be the same.

The direct effect of the ability to think criticism of the concept of self-esteem, self-concept directly determine the effect of students' mathematics achievement and to determine the effect of indirect criticism of the ability to think mathematics achievement through student self-concept. Data analysis using descriptive statistical methods and testing techniques of data analysis requirements. The results showed: (1). there are a significant direct influence thinking skills of criticism and self-concept of the student mathematics achievement. (2). there is a significant direct influence thinking skills critique of mathematics achievement. (3). there is a significant direct effect on the achievement of self-concept study mathematics. (4) there is an indirect effect is not significant ability to think criticism of mathematics achievement through self-concept.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konformitas dengan gaya hidup hedonisme pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 80 mahasiswa yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala gaya hidup hedonisme dan konformitas. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji analisis uji kendall’s tau-b dengan bantuan program Statistical Package for Sosial Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang cukup kuat antara konformitas dengan gaya hidup hedonisme pada mahasiswa dengan nilai hasil r = 0.315 dan p = 0.000 ( p< 0.05) yang menunjukan kedua variabel tersebut memiliki korelasi yang signifikan antara konformitas dengan gaya hidup hedonisme pada mahasiswa yang artinya semakin tinggi konformitasnya maka semakin tinggi pula hedonisme yang dilakukannya dan begitupun sebaliknya. This research aims to determine the correlation of conformity with the lifestyle of hedonism to students. This research uses a quantitative research methods. The subject of this research were 80 students who were selected using random sampling techniques. The data collection methods used are the lifestyle of hedonism and conformity. Data analysis techniques using analysis tests uji kendall’s tau-b with the help of Statistical Package for Sosial Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 for windows. The results of this research indicate that there was a strong enough positive correlation between the conformities and lifestyle of hedonism to the student with the result r = 0.315 and p = 0.000 (P< 0.05) which showed both variables had a significantly correlation means that the higher the conformity, the higher the hedonism it does and vice versa.

This study aims to study the management of the Sukabumi City DPRD legislative function for the 2014-2019 period in drafting regional regulations. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods which in determining the informants using snowball sampling techniques with the number of informants as many as 5 people. The data collection methods in this study were obtained through the results of observations, interviews and documentation studies with data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification and confirmation of conclusions. This study uses the management theory proposed by Terry and rue which includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The results of this study can be concluded about the management of the legislative function of the Sukabumi City DPRD for the 2014-2019 period in a well-run regional regulation draft that was distributed from planning, organizing and actuating. But if seen from the controlling it is already running but not running optimally. It should be noted that this needs special attention from the Sukabumi City DPRD in the future so that the legislative function can be implemented in the drafting of the involvement of the regional regulation.

The research is to analyze the influence of empowerment, interpersonal communication job involvement, on performance employee’s performance, through work motivations. Sample in this research totaled 101 employee’s. Sampling techniques using census method with saturated sampling technique, so the whole population is used as a sample.Variable this research consisting  empowerment, interpesonal communication, job involvement, work motivation, employee’s performance. Data collection methods used were questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS 24. The results showed direct  influence on employee’s performance  indicates empowerment and job involvement are supported, but for interpesonal communication is not supported. The Results of research indirect effect on employee’s performance through work motivation showed empowerment dan job involvement are not supported, but interpersonal communication supported. This research is expected to be beneficial for PT. This study aimed to examine the effect of demographic factors and organizational climate on the intention of internal whistleblowing. The sample was an accountant who had worked as an auditor. Data collection methods using questionnaires with financial statement fraud case scenarios. This research use ANOVA data analysis method to examine demographic factors include age, gender, and experience, as well as organizational climate on the intention of internal whistleblowing. The results showed only the experience of demographic factors that influence internal whistleblowing. AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

The aim of this study is to investigate how the African novelists have domesticated the English language to suit their environments, experience and purpose. Specifically, the literary pieces – The Last of the Strong Ones (Strong Ones), House of Symbols (symbols), Children of the Eagle (Children) and the Trafficked of Akachi Adimora-Ezeigbo were x-rayed. This exploration adopted the Hallidian Systemic Functional Linguistics, which highlights how language is used. The textual method of data analysis, the primary and secondary data collection methods were employed and the results showed that the African literary artists in general and the Igbo Nigerian novelists in particular have taken on a unique style of writing in the African vernacular style. For that reason, the speeches of the characters are laced with dignified local appositives, high profile Igbo songs and tales, studded local proverbs, lexical transfers, ritzy transliterations and so on; and these have given African rhythm to the English language. This notwithstanding, the aura, glamour and credibility of the English language as the medium of communication are retained.

<p align="center">ABSTRAK</p><p>Artikel hasil penelitian tentang kajian normatif keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang akan mengkaji mengenai keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang apakah sudah  memenuhi ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007. Untuk membahas permasalahan tersebut, metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, metode pengumpulan datanya : studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.</p><p>Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang sudah memenuhi beberapa ketentuan yang ada dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007, yang belum terpenuhi adalah : ketentuan Pasal 13  &amp; Pasal 15 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007.</p><p><em>Articles of research on the normative study of the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang will examine the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang whether they have fulfilled the provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2007. To discuss these problems, the approach method used is normative juridical, with the specifications of analytical descriptive research, data collection methods: documentation and literature study, while the data analysis method used is qualitative analysis.</em></p><p><em>            </em><em>The results of the study show that the existence of a modern shop in Semarang City has fulfilled several provisions in the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007, which has not been fulfilled are:</em></p><p><em>p</em><em>rovisions in Article 13 </em><em>and p</em><em>rovisions Article 15</em><em> </em><em>of the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Keywords: Study, Normative, Modern Shop, Semarang City.</em><em></em></p><p> </p>

We share a three-step approach of how data transcription facilitated an interpretative act of analysis in a study using qualitative data collection methods on the barriers and facilitators of HIV testing and treatment in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
