Strategic adaptation is one of the effective approaches of enterprise management, which is based on implementing safety-oriented management, taking into account current dangers, threats and risks. First, such adaptation is associated with changes in the enterprise management system, aimed at establishing appropriate communications between the structural divisions of the enterprise, the distribution of authorities and responsibility for making decisions, counteracting the opportunistic behavior of employees due to changes in the organizational structure of the enterprise management. In the process of research, the use of L. Greiner's Model of Organizational Change was proposed (for a generalized picture of the sequence of organizational changes), and the Change Curve Model by J. Duck was adapted (when developing a fundamental sequence of measures to identify the main causes of workers' resistance and choose ways to counter it). This allows optimizing the processes of strategic adaptation within the safety oriented approach of enterprise management.

The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of building an integrated quality management system at milk processing enterprises. It is proved that quality management is a continuous process of influencing production by consistently implementing logically interrelated functions to ensure quality. An integrated quality management system is a set of structures and procedures, processes and resources required to implement quality management. It should be an integral part of the enterprise management system and should provide the management of the organization and / or the consumer with confidence that the product or service will meet the established quality requirements. It is proved that in the process of making a decision on the organization’s quality management system, measures are defined and planned to achieve the goals. The combination of these activities makes up the plan of organizational activity. For each of the activities included in the plan, the conditions for implementation and responsibility for implementation are determined. Since the quality management system actually covers all areas of the organization, then, of course, the processes of creating and implementing a quality management system in the enterprise will be associated with a change in the organizational structure of management.

he article investigates the features of using a value-oriented approach to enterprise management in modern changing eco-nomic conditions. It is established, that the urgent problem today is to determine a reasonable target for value-oriented manage-ment. The application of indicators and models of enterprise valuation adequate to the Ukrainian economic conditions is analyzed. The advantages of the indicator of the value of the enterprise as the main criterion for assessing the efficiency of economic entities are identified. The foreign experience of introduction of the value-oriented approach in the management of the enterprises is ana-lyzed. The main directions of increasing the value of the company are formulated. It is established, that the indicator in the system of value-oriented management approach should reflect the value of the company and the effectiveness of management decisions. The main goal of the value-oriented management system is formulated, which is to coordinate and motivate decision-making that will lead to long-term competitive advantages. It was found, that companies which use the principles of value-oriented approach in management, have advantages over companies in similar areas of business that use traditional tools for making management decisions. The advantages of the value-oriented approach and obstacles in its implementation in the management of Ukrainian enterprises are identified. According to the VBM approach, the main indicator of evaluating the results of the enterprise is its value. This indicator of the value-oriented approach has certain advantages over traditional criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the company. It is noted, that using the approach of cost-oriented management of the enterprise does not always cause positive changes in the company's activities, which is caused by such major problems as difficulties in setting motivational goals and incon-sistency between EVA and shareholder value. It is proposed to take the maximization of the market value of the domestic enterprise as a benchmark for ensuring its positive results.Keywords: Value Based Management, value-based approach, value of company, value assessment, added value. У статті досліджено особливості використання вартісно-орієнтованого підходу до управління підприємством в сучасних мінливих економічних умовах. Виявлено переваги показника вартості підприємства як основного критерія оцінювання ефективності діяльності суб’єктів господарювання. Проаналізовано зарубіжний досвід впровадження вартісного підходу в управлінні підприємствами. Сформульовано основні напрямки підвищення показника вартості компанії. Визначено переваги вартісно-орієнтованого підходу та перепони у його впровадженні в управлінні підприємствами України. Запропоновано приймати максимізацію ринкової вартості вітчизняного підприємства за орієнтир забезпечення його позитивних результатів діяльності. Formulation of the problem. The issues of designing the organizational structure of enterprise management in the process of its restructuring are considered. The aim of the article is to consider the essence of enterprise restructuring as one of the reasons for the need for organizational change in the company and to develop practical recommendations for applying the theory of systems analysis to build a rational organizational structure of enterprise management. The methodological basis of the study were logical methods of information processing, methods of systems analysis and modeling of systems, abstract-logical method for formulating conclusions. The basic hypothesis of research is that to build an effective organizational structure of enterprise management, you can use methods of systems analysis, including process and system approach. Exposition of basic material. The essence and reasons of necessity of structural transformations in the organization are considered. It is revealed that the activity of any organization is influenced by the constantly changing internal and external environment. This requires the company's management to respond quickly and adapt to new operating conditions. Flexibility, adaptability, stability of the management system, as well as the consistency of the behavior of all its elements, ensuring a rational combination of centralization and decentralization of management depend on the organizational structure of enterprise management. A set of interdependent models of the enterprise management system is proposed, the use of which will allow to design an organizational structure capable of taking into account certain requirements. Originality and practical meaningfulness of research is confirmed by the possibility of using the proposed set of models as a practical tool for designing the organizational structure of any type of enterprise. The proposed developments can be used as an element of practical guidance for the implementation of enterprise restructuring projects. Conclusions and prospects of further researches. The proposed rules and a set of appropriate models can be used to develop information technology for designing organizational systems using simulation methods. This will allow you to generate a variety of options for organizational structures, determine the interdependencies between their elements and choose the most appropriate criteria

Doing business in a competitive environment is based on the fact that the efficient use of enterprise resources is impossible without making relevant changes in the field of business management as well as taking into consideration the links that determine new trends in enterprise management. In this situation high management technologies such as outsourcing take a pride of place. Outsourcing is important in reducing costs, decreasing operation time, increasing profits, enhancing competitiveness, signing up contracts, improving business relationships and etc. Paying significant attention to outsourcing in business management is an urgent problem nowadays. It is necessary to determine the importance of outsourcing in the strategic activities of the enterprise and highlight the correlation among management functions and certain types of outsourcing services. This confirms the significance and the necessity of studying this question. A category of outsourcing as one of the most effective management tools for increasing the efficiency of business processes is considered in this article. The scientists’ statements about outsourcing as successful business management strategy as well as an efficient tool for managing the activities of the enterprise are presented. The importance of business processes outsourcing in the field of business management is investigated. The directions of defining the concept of “outsourcing” within the framework of the management approach considering the representation of understanding its nature are studied. The outsourcing of basic and auxiliary functions with the distribution of business processes at the enterprise is distinguished. Types of outsourcing according to business processes within each management function such as planning, organization, motivation, control and regulation are considered. The relationship among the functions of the enterprise management system, the types of outsourcing and the types of enterprise business processes is demonstrated. The main processes that the company plans to improve as a result of their outsourcing are highlighted. The significance of business processes outsourcing as a part of the company’s crisis program is clarified.

The paper develops methods of environmental diagnostics for choosing a strategy for change in a company, along with the methodology for the evolutionary analysis of the effectiveness of changes. Quality-based econometric models to evaluate the effects of changes on the efficiency of enterprise functioning have been constructed. The proposed approach to organizational changes justification, subject to peculiarities of hierarchical relationships in a self-developing organization, enables to deploy methods of analysis of the need for change in organizational culture, leadership style and personnel relationships; to develop methods to evaluate the enterprise management system effectiveness, with regard to changes implementation and their dynamics.

The article considers one of the important criteria for improving the enterprise management system – making a high-quality management decision. This criterion affects the development of the organization's management system. The proposed method, using the implementation of the built-in quality system, will increase the number of high-quality decisions made, increase the ability of the management system to adapt to external changes, and contribute to the formation of a self-supporting system by using the internal reserves of the organization.
