The tourist animation created for Bali Island is one of the promotional media used by the tourism sector. This animation presents information on various tourist attractions in Bali. In this case, it was supported by previous research by Niko Kurniawan with the theme of 3D Ergonomic patterns, and supported by Andy Pramono’s article themed 3D Animation using keyframe parameters. This animation visualization process is based on the source of the video that was made before, namely Bali Island Infographics by Afif CR. The process of making this tourist animation includes 3 stages, namely pre-production, production and post-production. While the design model used is a descriptive procedural model, which outlines the steps that must be taken to produce the product. This design produces 2 characters and 8 3-dimensional properties along with a combination of 2-dimensional animation that is harmonized into an animated video unit with a duration of 3 minutes 20 seconds. Keywords: animation, 3-dimension, tourism

Hotel Resort and Cottage is a facility that will later help to develop culture, tourist attractions and also increase regional income. Until 2017 infrastructure development in Indonesia, in general, cannot be said to be equitable because so far, infrastructure development is only concentrated in Java and infrastructure development outside Java which, is less especially in remote areas and border areas. However, this issue canaddress by increasing Regional native revenue (PAD). Indonesia is known as a diverse country of natural and cultural resources, can be the main attraction in the tourism sector to bring domestic and foreign tourists to the area.  The methodology applied from the design of this resort hotel and cottage is research directly to the location to see the soil conditions, contours, facilities around the area, wind direction, view, and sunlight. It is also a reference to some of the existing literature regarding resort hotels and cottages. The area selected for this project is Sipiso-Piso, Saribu Dolok Street, Merek District, Karo Regency because of the many resources that can manage optimally. This place has the potential to be used as a tourist attraction as well as a cultural development place. However, this place lacks facilities and infrastructure. After identifying the needs of generator activities, researchers make the design of Hotel Resort and Cottagein, addition to improving tourist sites and cultural education, this design also aims to increase the revenue of this area. Aim. The presented study aims to analyze the current state of the Russian tourism industry in times of crisis.Tasks. The author identifies systemic contradictions in the development of Russian tourism; determines factors affecting the tourism sector; formulates the problems of tourism development during the crisis; proposes ways out of the crisis for Russian tourism.Methods. Over the course of the study, the author uses general scientific methods of cognition, such as comparison, deduction and induction, analysis, generalization and systematization.Results. The identified systemic contradictions in the development of Russian tourism and factors affecting the development of tourism in the Russian Federation allow the author to formulate the problems hindering the development of Russian tourism, such as underdeveloped infrastructure, lack of consideration for the environmental burden on tourist attractions, low innovative activity in the tourism sector, low recognition of Russian tourist brands in foreign markets and domestically, inefficient tourism management system at the national and municipal level, poor training of personnel in the field of tourism, lack of social tourism, insufficient government support under crisis conditions. That said, the solution to each problem is of nationwide significance.Conclusions. Today, Russia has great potential for the development of both domestic and inbound tourism. However, the reality of the economy and international relations, especially during a crisis, leads to Russia’s tourist potential being largely unfulfilled amid strong competition from the foreign tourism market. The proposed solutions to the problems of domestic tourism outlined in the study make it possible to facilitate the development of the tourism sector and enhance competitive potential.

Abstract Understanding how signal properties are optimized for the reliable transmission of information requires accurate description of the signal in time and space. For movement-based signals where movement is restricted to a single plane, measurements from a single viewpoint can be used to consider a range of viewing positions based on simple geometric calculations. However, considerations of signal properties from a range of viewing positions for movements extending into three-dimensions (3D) are more problematic. We present here a new framework that overcomes this limitation, and enables us to quantify the extent to which movement-based signals are view-specific. To illustrate its application, a Jacky lizard tail flick signal was filmed with synchronized cameras and the position of the tail tip digitized for both recordings. Camera alignment enabled the construction of a 3D display action pattern profile. We analyzed the profile directly and used it to create a detailed 3D animation. In the virtual environment, we were able to film the same signal from multiple viewing positions and using a computational motion analysis algorithm (gradient detector model) to measure local image velocity in order to predict view dependent differences in signal properties. This approach will enable consideration of a range of questions concerning movement-based signal design and evolution that were previously out of reach.

The strategy of developing tourism promotion is much done by developing countries is to strengthen the national economy. The tourism industry sector is believed to be a sector in building the economy towards progress. The problem is how the Tourism Office manages tourist attractions that must be solved. The existence of the Office of Tourism in an area will certainly affect the economy by absorbing workers in tourist attractions and surrounding communities. Likewise with the existence of the Tourism Office in Pemenang Subdistrict which is able to help the community around its place of business by providing land / space for pokdarwis members' business activities and providing funds or training for pokdarwis in accordance with the business sector being run. Thus, there will be a significant influence on the workforce or the community if it has been found how much the workforce is absorbed by the Tourism Office in the winning sub-district. And to improve the welfare of the community in an area, the role of the Tourism Office is very much needed in an effort to participate in building and developing the tourism sector in the region and at the national level.
