This study discusses the factors of influence on the successful implementation of library information system at the Library Archives Office of Riau Province that called QALIS (Quadra Automated Library Information System). This evaluation is using HOT-Fit model. HOT-Fit placed three substantial components of information system, there are human, organization and technology. The purpose of this research is to evaluate and knows that system quality, information quality, service quality, system use, user satisfaction, organization structure and net benefit are the factors affecting successful implementation of QALIS. The underlying purpose of this research is the phenomenon that QALIS was implementation since 2010 but not optimal using of librarian and it is utilization not measured for all library users. Data is obtained through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, consisting of 9 librarians and 91 library users. The results of this study indicate that information quality variables and service quality variables influence user satisfaction, user satisfaction variables influence system use, organization structure variables influence user satisfaction, and finally all three variables influence net benefit (level of significant 0.05). Abstrak Sistem E-Learning digunakan untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran dalam suatu institusi pendidikan demi meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. E-Learning memerlukan evaluasi untuk mengukur tingkat kelayakan, bahkan keberhasilan dari kinerja E-Learning itu sendiri. Evaluasi harus dilakukan karena evaluasi akan menilai atau mengukur manfaat yang didapatkan dari penerapan Sistem E-Learning di Universitas Sam Ratulangi. Sebelumnya, E-Learning UNSRAT yang telah berjalan beberapa tahun, diketahui belum dievaluasi, baik secara organisasi, teknologi, dan pengguna akhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi HOT (Human, Organization, Technology) Fit. Model ini melibatkan 3 faktor utama yakni Pengguna, Organisasi, dan Teknologi, yang ditopang oleh variabel kunci kesuksesan sistem informasi  yang terdiri dari System Quality (kualitas sistem), Information Quality (kualitas informasi), Service Quality (kualitas layanan), System Use (penggunaan sistem), User Satisfaction (kepuasan pengguna), dan Net Benefit (manfaat sistem). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara variabel Human, Organization, dan Technology mempunyai hubungan yang cukup kuat dan positif yang saling mempengaruhi satu dengan yang lain serta ketiganya mempunyai hubungan yang kuat dan searah terhadap Net Benefit dari sistem. The purpose of this research was able to prove empirically about the Delone and Mclean Models for the evaluation of ELISTA information systems at Jambi University. In addition, this research was also expected to provide feedback to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of information systems and can be known the factors that cause the success or failure of the implementation of an information system so that the results of this study can be used as a strategic guideline model for information system development in the university and other institutions. The type of data used in this study was primary data obtained directly from respondents using a list of statements in the form of a questionnaire. Final year students who write the thesis are targeted in this study. To calculate the determination of the number of samples, the sampling method used the Hair method. The total sample of this study was 220 people. Methodology Data analysis was carried out using SEM techniques using SmartPLS tools. The findings in this study found that the system quality does not affect the user satisfaction, while other hypotheses such as information quality, service quality, system use affect user satisfaction, for system quality, information quality, and service quality affect the system use. Likewise the system use affects user satisfaction and system use, user satisfaction has an influence on net benefits.

Implementation SIMRS currently still experiencing problems and obstacles level of user acceptance. This study analyzed the results of evaluation of the success factors SIMRS application using HOT-Fit Model (Organization Human Technology - Net benefits). The model have been selected for this model may provide an explanation and provide identification factor of the implementation of a system in terms of Technology, Human, Organization and Net benefit. The model included eight variables consist of System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Use of the System, User Satisfaction, Organizational Structure, Environmental Organizations and Net benefits (the benefit system). Based on the results of data obtained from the RS PKU Muhammadiyah Temanggung, it can be concluded that the variables that affect the successful implementation SIMRS is on the side of the variable tehnology is the quality of the system, the quality of information and service quality, while from the variable human ie user satisfaction affects the use of the system, in terms of organization variables which greatly affect the structure of the existing organizational environment. The successful implementation of SIMRS at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Temanggung influenced by the support and encouragement from the managerial to the users SIMRS conditions and the availability of adequate facilities in the hospital environment for use SIMRS. Keywords: Information System, Managemen, Hospital ABSTRAK Penerapan SIMRS saat ini masih mengalami kendala dan hambatan ditingkat penerimaan pengguna Penelitian ini melakukan analisis terhadap hasil Evaluasi faktor-faktor keberhasilan penerapan SIMRS dengan menggunakan Model HOT-Fit (Human Organization Technology – Net benefits). Model ini dapat memberikan penjelasan dan memberikan identifikasi faktor penerapan sebuah sistem dari sisi Teknologi, Manusia, Organisasi dan Net benefit. Model ini melibatkan delapan variabel yang terdiri dari Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Layanan, Penggunaan Sistem, Kepuasan Pengguna, Struktur Organisasi, Lingkungan Organisasi dan Manfaat Sistem. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari RS PKU Muhammadiyah Temanggung, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penerapan SIMRS adalah dari sisi variabel teknologi yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan, sedangkan dari sisi variable manusia yaitu kepuasan pengguna mempengaruhi penggunaan sistem, dari sisi variabel organisasi yaitu struktur sangat mempengaruhi lingkungan organisasi yang ada. Keberhasilan penerapan SIMRS di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Temanggung dipengaruhi oleh adanya dukungan dan dorongan dari pihak manajerial kepada para pengguna SIMRS serta tersedianya kondisi fasilitas yang memadai di lingkungan rumah sakit untuk menggunakan SIMRS. Background and purpose: The implementation of Hospital Information System (HIS) is important to achieve strategic objectives based on quality services. For this reason, an evaluation is needed to find out how the benefits of HIS in the hospital work unit. This study uses the evaluation framework of Human, Organization, Technology (HOT) Fit which was introduced by Yusof in 2008. Methods: This research method was carried out using a mixed method approach where the quantitative approach was processed by using Partial Least Square. The sample was obtained through proportionate stratified random sampling, namely 201 respondents who were employees of HIS users in MHJS hospital. The research instrument used a questionnaire and was measured using a Likert scale Results: Based on the results of the t-statistic test, there is a misfit which appears in the insignificant direct effect between service quality on user satisfaction (p-value 0.062), service quality on system use (p-value 0.063), organizational structure for system use (p-value 0.492) and user satisfaction with system usefulness (p-value 0.188). Conclusions: It is necessary to improve the service quality because does not significantly influence user satisfaction and system use. System quality provides a dominant influence on user satisfaction, the use of systems and organizational structures so that management plays a very important role in the implementation of HIS in MHJS hospital.

This study is aimed to describe user satisfaction on application applied at BKD Kota Padang, based on system quality, information quality, service quality, service quality and structure of organization aspects. This research has also analysed the effect of Human Organization Technology method to users’ satisfaction of SKP Online system. Survey method was used by sampling to end user of SKP Online as the population. By purposive sampling technique, this research selected limited respondent of 55 users. Descriptive analysis, inferential analysis and multiple regression have utilized to analyse the data and making decision as research result. However, the study result have shown that system quality, information quality, service quality and structure of organization are simultaneously affecting the users’ satisfaction variable and giving contribution of 48,4%. It means that improving many factors as above will absolutely increase the quality and users’ satisfaction of online SKP system as well.  Keyword     : Human Organization Technology, SKP Online, User Satisfaction.

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality of the lecturer at Malang State University. This study will also investigate the effect on user satisfaction and its impact on net benefits for users of UM Information System Expenses. This study applies a modification of the information system success model from DeLone & McLean. The model is analyzed by modeling the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on components or variants (component based) that are popular with Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS version 3.2.8. The results of this study are expected to be adopted as input and consideration in developing, improving, and improving the performance of the UM BKD information system. The research design used in this study is quantitative research. Respondents in this study were 93 UM PNS lecturers who were actively teaching. The questionnaire was online distributed by accessing the page provided. The results showed that there was a positive but not significant effect between system quality, information quality, and service quality on the use of the BKD system. However, there is a positive and significant influence between system quality, information quality, and service quality on the BKD system user satisfaction, between the uses of the BKD system on net benefits, and between the satisfaction of the BKD system users on net benefits. The implementation of BKD UM information system can be declared successful because there is a positive correlation between variables.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine information system success of Accounting Information System based on individual performance and its impact to user satisfaction. The model used in this study is the modified IS Success Model of DeLone and McLean. The study uses primary data and data collection techniques using questionaires distributed to employee of Finance Directorate of University of Indonesia. This study used SEM approach, while analysis used LISREL software. The results showed that system quality and information quality significantly affects the individual performance while the service quality does not affect individual performance. On the other hand, the study finds that individual performance significantly affects user satisfaction.Keyword; system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, individual performance

Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI mempunyai peran penting dalam meningkatkan akuntabilitas keuangan negara. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, BPK menghadapi permasalahan yaitu sumberdaya manusia yang terbatas dan waktu pemeriksaan yang terbilang singkat. Oleh karena itu BPK mengembangkan sistem informasi e-audit dalam pelaksanaan pemeriksaan pengelolaan dan tangungjawab keuangan negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi DeLone dan McLean (2003) dengan menggunakan enam komponen yaitu System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Information System Use, User Satisfaction, dan Net Benefits. Perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya adalah penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metoda studi kasus dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi e-audit secara mendalam. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah auditor BPK RI Perwakilan DIY.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fitur pencarian utama dan fitur data antar efektif digunakan dalam proses pemeriksaan keuangan pemerintah daerah, sedangkan fitur LKPD belum efektif digunakan dalam proses pemeriksaan  keuangan pemerintah daerah.Kata Kunci: E-audit, DeLone and McLean Models, Audit Sistem Informasi

Abstrak: Sistem Informasi Akademik membantu kegiatan pengelolaan atau pengadministrasian berbagai kegiatan dalam rangka terselenggaranya proses belajar mengajar yang efektif dan efisien di suatu Lembaga Pendidikan tinggi. Universitas Bina Insani telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi Akademik selama lebih dari dua tahun. Namun pada kenyataanya sistem tersebut memiliki beberapa masalah terhadap pengunaannya. Agar suatu sistem informasi dapat berjalan dengan optimal sesuai dengan keperluan penggunanya, maka perlu adanya evaluasi terhadap sistem informasi. Evaluasi ini menggunakan metode DeLone & McLean (2003) dengan 4 variabel yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pengguna. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa dan dosen fakultas informatika serta bagian akademik dan bagian Pendidikan dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 92 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner online. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil analisis ini adalah diterimanya tiga dari tiga hipotesis yang diuji. Sehingga hasil tersebut menunjukan kualitas sistem mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai koefisiensi jalur sebesar 0,407 dan t-statistic sebesar 4,699, kualitas informasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai koefisiensi jalur sebesar 0,336 dan t-statistic sebesar 2,782 sedangkan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai koefisiensi jalur sebesar 0,206 dan t-statistic sebesar 1,898. Dengan demikian, Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Sistem Informasi Akademik yang telah diterapkan di Universitas Bina Insani dapat dikatakan sukses dalam memberikan manfaat yang baik terhadap penggunanya.     Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Akademik, DeLone & McLean, SmartPLS, PLS   Abstract: The Academic Information System assists activities in the management or administration of various activities in the context of implementing an effective and efficient teaching and learning process in a higher education institution. Bina Insani University has implemented an Academic Information System for more than two years. However, in fact the system has several problems with its use. In order for an information system to run optimally according to the needs of its users, it is necessary to evaluate the information system. This evaluation uses the DeLone & McLean (2003) method with 4 variables, system quality, information quality, service quality and user satisfaction. The population in this study were students and lecturers of the faculty of informatics as well as the academic and education sections with a total sample size of 92 respondents. The research instrument used an online questionnaire. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS software. The result of this analysis is the acceptance of three of the three hypotheses tested. So that these results indicate the quality of the system has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.407 and a t-statistic of 4.699, information quality has a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.336 and a t-statistic of 2,782 while service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.206 and a t-statistic of 1.898. <p class="Abstrak">Sistem informasi kinerja anggaran digunakan untuk memantau kinerja anggaran di fakultas Universitas Sriwijaya berdasarkan Indikator Kinerja Pelaksanaan Anggaran. Analisis pengaruh sistem menggunakan model <em>Human</em>, <em>Organization</em>, <em>and Technology-Fit</em> (HOT-Fit) dilakukan untuk menganalisis keberhasilan penerapan sistem, ketiga komponen penilaian tersebut mendapatkan <em>net benefit</em> berupa dampak sistem. Model HOT-Fit dalam penelitian ini memiliki delapan variabel, yaitu <em>System Development</em> (SD), <em>System Use</em> (SU), <em>User Satisfaction</em> (US), <em>Structure</em> (STR), <em>Environment</em> (LO), <em>System Quality</em> (SQ), <em>Information Quality</em> (IQ), dan <em>Service Quality</em> (SEQ). Jumlah sampel responden adalah 59, teknik analisis menggunakan PLS-SEM yang terdapat dua tahapan analisis. Pertama, <em>measurement model</em> digunakan untuk menguji reliabilitas dan validitas. Reliabilitas diambil dari nilai <em>loading factor</em> dan <em>composite reliability</em> yang memiliki nilai di atas 0,7, sedangkan validitas memiliki nilai di atas 0,5 dari AVE dan <em>cross-loading</em> indikator dimana nilai konstruk semua variabel lebih tinggi dari korelasi konstruk blok lain. Kedua, <em>structural model</em> diambil dari hasil uji <em>path </em><em>coefficient</em>, <em>coefficient of determination</em>, dan <em>t-test</em>. <em>Path coefficient</em><em> </em>terdapat empat jalur yang tidak signifikan (LO→SD, LO→SU, SD→SU, dan SQ→US) memiliki nilai dibawah 0,1. <em>Coefficient of determination</em> terdapat enam variabel dengan tingkat kuat dengan nilai sekitar 0,670 (LO, SD, SU, US, IQ, dan SQ) dan satu tingkat moderat dengan nilai sekitar 0,333 (STR). <em>T-test</em> terdapat dua belas hipotesis yang diterima dari sembilan belas hipotesis yang memiliki nilai lebih besar dari 1,96. Faktor-faktor yang paling kuat memengaruhi keberhasilan sistem adalah SU, US, STR, LO, dan SEQ.</p><p> </p><p class="Judul2"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p class="Judul2"><em><em>Budgeting performance information system is used to monitor budget performance at the faculty of Sriwijaya University based on Budget Implementation Performance Indicator. An analysis using Human, Organization, and Technology-Fit (HOT-Fit) model is conducted to analize the system implementation, those components get a net benefit as impact. The studied model has eight variables, System Development (SD), System Use (SU), User Satisfaction (US), Structure (STR), Environment (LO), System Quality (SQ), Information Quality (IQ), and Service Quality (SEQ). With 59 respondents, two stage of PLS-SEM technique is used for analysis. Firstly, measurement models for reliability and validity. Reliability is set from loading factor and composite reliability which values above 0.7, </em><em>while the validity from AVE which values above 0.5 and cross-loading indicators where the block constructs from all variables higher than the correlation with others. Secondly, structural model, taken from the path coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t-test results, which have four insignificant pathways (LO→SD, LO→SU, SD→SU, SQ→US) which values below 0,1. The Coefficient of determination test has six variables with strong levels which values about 0,670 (LO, SD, SU, US, IQ, and SQ) and one moderate levels which values about 0,333 (STR). The T-test contained twelve accepted hypotheses from the nineteen hypotheses which values bigger than 1,96. The factors that strongly affect the success of the system are SU, US, STR, LO, and SEQ.</em></em></p><p class="Judul2"> </p>
