Introduction: Health services rendered by hospitals play an important role in satisfying the society. In this study, the level of patients satisfaction from the appointment schedule of the specialized clinic of Shahid Sadoughi in Yazd wasexamined. Methods: The present descriptive-analytical research was conducted among patients with completed treatment steps using the random sampling method. A questionnaire was administered for data collection. T-test and Pearson correlation were applied to analyze the data. Results: The general satisfaction of patients had a significant relationship with their gender and the city where they live. Men's general satisfaction was higher than that of women. Moreover, public satisfaction of native patients was higher than non-natives. Satisfaction with the appointment had a positive correlation with the waiting times, distribution of appointments, exact time appointments, choice of therapist, and consideration of preferences. Conclusion: The number of clients who needed treatment in various medical disciplines was relatively significant and a high percentage of patients met one physician more than once. Many clients who referred to the clinic with a prior choice of a specialist had above-average satisfaction with the provided services. However, due to the relative dissatisfaction of some patients, it is necessary to have appropriate plans to eliminate the weaknesses and improve the conditions.

Abstract. Buses are considered as an important type of feeder model for urban metro systems. It is important to understand the integration of buses and metro systems for promoting public transportation. Using smart card data generated by automatic fare collection systems, we aim at exploring the characteristics of bus-and-metro integration. Taking Shanghai as a case study, we first introduced a rule-based method to extract metro trips and bus-and-metro trips from the raw smart card records. Based on the identified trips, we conducted three analyses to explore the characteristics of bus-and-metro integration. The first analysis showed that 46% users have at least two times of using buses to access metro stations during five weekdays. By combining the ridership of metro and bus-and-metro, the second analysis examined how the share of buses as the feeder mode change across space and time. Results showed that the share of buses as the feeder mode in morning peak hours is much larger than in afternoon peak hours, and metro stations away from the city center tend to have a larger share. Pearson correlation test was employed in the third analysis to explore the factors associated with the ratios of bus-and-metro trips. The metro station density and access metro duration are positively associated with the ratios. The number of bus lines around 100 m to 400 m of metro stations all showed a negative association, and the coefficient for 200 m is the largest. In addition, the temporal differences of the coefficients also suggest the importance of a factor might change with respect to different times. These results enhanced our understanding of the integration of buses and metro systems.

The purpose of the present study is to analyze the agreement between different sampling frequencies (SF) to quantify the accelerometer-load in soccer. Eight under-16 male soccer players were registered during an in-season training session. Each player wore four inertial measurement units that registered the accelerometer workload index PlayerLoadRT at different sampling frequencies: (a) 10 Hz, (b) 100 Hz, (c) 500 Hz, and (d) 1000 Hz. Additionally, a down-sampling method was performed: (e) 1000 to 100 Hz and (f) 500 to 100 Hz for comparison purposes. Agreement and correlation analysis were determined using the Pearson correlation coefficient, intraclass correlation, Bland-Altman bias, and t-student of independent samples with Cohen’s d effect size. Very large to nearly perfect correlations were found between all SF ( r  > 0.704). An almost perfect agreement was found between all SF ( ICC>0.864), except regular to substantial agreement between 10 Hz and the rest of the sampling frequencies ( ICC = 0.357–0.658). Comparison analysis showed statistical differences between all sampling frequencies ( p  < 0.01) with the highest differences between 10 Hz and all other sampling frequencies. If trying to compare data collected at different frequencies, researchers should explain their rationale for the chosen sampling frequency to provide greater context for the reader. Accelerometers with greater than 100 Hz frequency should be used to provide more robust data regarding the dynamics in soccer. Based on the goals of the research, a sampling frequency can be selected to register suitable accelerometry-based data.
