Product-harm crisis can seriously hurt a firms performance, has a negative impact on entire category. However, do negative spillover effects on category differ when the characteristics of product-harm crisis are varied? To verify this question, we conducted a scenario-based experiment and found: The more severe product-harm crisis, the more negative spillover effects on category. High crisis information involvement would cause consumers more changes of category attitude. Meanwhile the impact of crisis severity on category spillover effects will be moderated by the crises-involvement. Based on these findings, we talk about their marketing practice values.

An enhancement in the financial depth (FD) increases the availability of formal credit to firms. Resultantly credit redistribution (CR) by firms is likely to be reduced as they require less trade credit (TC). To provide evidence, how do managers respond to changes in financial depth while making adjustments in their trade credit policy, this paper aims to study the impact of financial depth on credit redistribution by listed manufacturing firms (LMFs). For the firm-level variables, we used a data set of 327 firms listed on PSX for the period 2005 to 2018. Private credit to GDP ratio and market capitalization to GDP ratio are used as proxies for financial depth. Unlike earlier studies, we applied a two-step System GMM estimator to control the endogeneity. The results of the regression analysis display a positive relationship between the use and the supply of trade credit by LMFs. It reveals that LMFs redistribute credit to their customers through trade credit channel. We found a significant and negative impact of FD on the supply of TC by LMFs. Further, we established that financial depth as a moderator has a buffering impact on the credit redistribution by listed firms. The study highlights the moderating role of FD and suggests the financial policymakers of firms to modify their credit policies in response to changes in financial depth. For future research, we suggest the investigation of the effect of financial policy interventions on credit redistribution by small and non-listed firms.

The impact of coronavirus on the socio-economic development of Russian regions inevitably depends on the structure of their economy, which is analyzed in the article on the basis of official data on the employment structure. The contribution of different sectors of the economy (primary, secondary, and tertiary), the role of informal employment and the budget sector, and the share of employment in the most affected industries are evaluated. Not only short-term, but also long-term structural problems of the regional economy are highlighted. It is shown that the negative impact of coronavirus mainly on the service sector in the context of the Russian Federation subjects is evident in federal cities, in economically underdeveloped regions with an underdeveloped real sector of the economy, as well as regions that specialize in certain types of services (tourism, foreign trade, complex services). For economically underdeveloped regions, the impact of coronavirus is deepened by a high share of the informal sector (which limits the possibility of obtaining state support), but is softened by an increased share of employees who receive wages from the budget system. The reduced share of the service sector in agricultural regions means that they are less dependent on coronavirus, but it confirms the need to develop the service sector as a basis for improving the quality of life of the population. At the same time, almost everywhere there is a need to restructure the service sector: reducing the role of simple services (primarily trade), in favor of complex ones related to high technologies and innovations and to the social sphere, especially health.

Football fans are consumers with special relationship with their favourite teams. Consumer-brand relationship is unique and ultimate in football context. However, the absence of these relationships is mainly due to a lack of communication and interaction. This research aims to investigate the impact of brand personality and fan personality on fan- brand relationships. Mixed methods were conducted that employed in-depth personal interviews with football professionals and fans to gain better insights regarding consumer-brand relationships and to develop a conceptual framework and research hypotheses. Then, a quantitative phase has been followed to test these hypotheses. 471 valid questionnaires were collected through a non-probability convenience sampling technique from Egyptian football fans. The findings have shown that brand personality and fan personality have a positive impact on each of interdependence, commitment, partner quality, self-connection, nostalgic attachment, intimacy as consumer-brand relationship dimensions in the football context.
