Purpose: The current study intent to determine the impact of work motivation, organizational commitment, organizational culture partially or instantaneously on productivity of employees and Lecturers at the College of Economics AAS Surakarta (STIE AAS) and to find out how much influence of work motivation, work culture, organizational commitment gradually towards work productivity of employees and Lecturers at the STIE AAS. Methodology: This research was conducted by questionnaire survey method to lecturer and employee of STIE AAS. The method of analysis using multiple regression analysis. Main Findings: Results show that work motivation possesses a significant effect on work productivity of employees and lecturers of STIE AAS. Organizational culture did not show significant effect on work productivity of lecturers and employees STIE AAS and organizational commitment have significant influence to work productivity of lecturer and employee of STIE AAS. Results of F test show that there exist significant effect simultaneously between independent variables to work productivity of lecturers and employees of STIE AAS. Implications/Applications: The implications need steps that can be taken to increase commitment that is: a) Provide understanding to lecturers and employees that the success of the institution is as a joint success that is between individual employees and institutions, b) Involve lecturers and employees in activities undertaken by institutions outside of formal activities, c) Providing trust to lecturers and employees by assigning tasks in accordance with their abilities.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Introduce Results Overlay which includes Organizational Commitment (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). This study uses a quantitative method sample 60 employees at PT. Deliver Overlay Results as respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical , namely by using multiple regression analysis, the processing of which was carried out with the SPSS version 25.0 program. 1) The results of the analysis prove that the Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Deliver Results Overlays. 2) The results of the analysis prove that Organizational Commitment and Motivation have a partial effect on Employee Performance, while Organizational Culture has no partial effect on Employee Performance. 3) Result prove that between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation, Motivation variables have the most significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Deliver Results Overlays.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji data-data empirik terkait pengaruhkompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja gurusecara simultan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatankorelasional dan regresional terhadap data-data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari objek penelitian yaituguru-guru Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd Jakarta Timur. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden daritotal 100 guru di Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd Jakarta Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan denganmenggunakan teknik angket/kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Jenis analisis yang digunakanadalah analisa korelasi dan regresi yang dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalahterdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan BudayaOrganisasi Sekolah Secara simultan terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd JakartaTimur dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,500 dan koefisien determinasi (Rs) sebesar 25%. Arahpengaruh ditunjukan dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 44,471 + 0,324X1 + 0,370X2.. Dari persamaanini dapat dibaca bahwa setiap kenaikan 1 poin kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah (X1) dan BudayaOrganisasi Sekolah (X2) Secara bersama-sama akan diikuti kenaikan motivasi kerja guru (Y) sebesar0,694 poin.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Manajerial, Budaya Organisasi Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja Guru. This research aims to identify and test empirical data about the impact of managerialcompetencies of the school principal and the organizational culture on teachers’ work motivationsimultaneously. In this research, I used survey method with correlational and regressional approach onquantitative data obtained from the teachers of Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd, East Jakarta. The samples ofthis research are 80 respondents from the population of 100 teachers at Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd, EastJakarta. Datas were gathered through questionnaires distribution, observation, and documentation.The datas then were analiyzed using correlation regression analysis which are elaborateddescriptively. The results of this research are there is positive and significant impact of organizationalatsmosphere on teacher’s work motivation and organizational atsmosphere on teacher’s workmotivation at Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd, East Jakarta simultaneously with coefficient of correlation (r)of 0,500 and coefficient of determination (Rs) of 25%. The regression equation is Ŷ = 44,471 +0,324X1 + 0,370X2. This means that every 1 point increase of the school principal’s managerialcompetences (X1) and the organizational atsmosphere (X2) is simultaneously followed by the increaseof teacher’s work motivation (Y) of 0,694 point.Key words: managerial competencies, school organizational culture, teacher’s work motivation.

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence through data analysis of the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and strandar operational procedures on employee work productivity at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tbk (Persero) East Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of collecting data that is used is by observation at 6 pharmacy chemical pharmacy of East Bandung area through questionnaires completed by interview. the esult of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously between work culture, organizational commitment and standart operational process have a positive effect on employee work productivity. It means that the more work culture organizational commitment, and ordinary operational procedures, will make the work productivity of employees more and more tense. As well as the most dominant most affecting work productivity is comitment organization, meaning with high organizational commitment, automatically employees will work hard for the company, proud of the company and have good emission ties the company.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and organizational commitment toward employee performance in PT. XYZ. This study uses survey method and data collection techniques used is literature study, questionnaires, and interviews. The population in this study was all employees of PT. XYZ (XYZ Print), which amounted to 79 people. This study uses regression analysis mooted simple and multiple regression. The collected data were processed using SPSS 23. The results showed that motivation and organizational commitment has a significant influence on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. Motivation and commitment to the organization to have a greater influence on employee performance if both improved simultaneously rather than partially. The study aims to test hypotheses and analyze organizational culture and work motivation influences on the performance of lecturers at the Islamic Education Management Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. This research is a quantitative study, with a survey method with path analysis techniques, namely R Square analysis, testing the partial hypothesis with the t test and simultaneously with the F test, with an alpha of 5% (0.05). The total population are 30 lecturers. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 20.0. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and work motivation variables on lecturer performance, either partially or simultaneously.

After analysis of test results obtained by the first stage of the five independent variables are organizational Character , Leadership , Organizational Commitment , Employee Management , and success criteria , the dependent variable organizational trust , which has a significant effect only two variables: organizational commitment , and success criteria . While in the second stage of testing , the independent variables were tested through the organization of trust on employee performance result that only the commitment of the organization, which has significant influence over the organization of trust on employee performance. From the results of the test conducted discussion , that the variable attributes of organizational culture that directly affect or significantly affect the confidence of the organization, only organizational commitment and success criteria . While the attributes of organizational culture that has significant influence through trust organization to employee performance , organizational commitment only . The problem that is often faced by organizations in achieving their goals is the low productivity of their employees. The problem about work productivity is a common problem that occurs in every organization. Work productivity shows the level of ability of employees to achieve results (ouput), especially in terms of quantity, therefore the level of productivity of each employee can be different. This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, employee commitment and organizational support, both partially and simultaneously, on the work productivity of employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Secretariat. This research was conducted by questionnaire survey method which was distributed to 67 respondents who were employees of the Regional Secretariat of DKI Jakarta Province. The number of samples in this study were 67 people with the sampling technique used was total sampling. The analysis used in this study is correlation and regression, t test, F test and test coefficient of determination. The results of the study prove that organizational culture and commitment of employees have a strong influence on employee work productivity, while organizational support has a moderate effect on employee work productivity. Taken together, the three independent variables have a very strong influence on the work productivity of employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Secretariat Administration Bureau. The results of the analysis show that these three variables are very dominant factors that influence employee work productivity.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze and determine the effect of work motivation, organizational commitment and organizational culture have a significant influence partially and simultaneously to the satisfaction of elementary school teachers in School Cluster VI Kejayan District Pasuruan District. This research was conducted by involving 45 respondents and using multiple linear regression analysis. The regression equation is Y = 7,967 + 0,244X1 + 0,262X2 + 0,143X3. The findings of the research show several findings, namely (1) work motivation, organizational commitment, and organizational culture have a significant influence simultaneously on the satisfaction of teachers of elementary school in school cluster VI Kejayan sub-district Pasuruan regency; (2) work motivation, organizational commitment, and organizational culture have a partially significant influence on the satisfaction of elementary school teachers in school cluster VI Kejayan sub-district Pasuruan Regency; (3) work motivation proved to have a dominant influence significantly on the work satisfaction of elementary school teachers in school cluster VI Kejayan sub-district Pasuruan regency. AbstrakTujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organsiasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan sama dengan jumlah yang ada pada populasi sebanyak 31 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik sampling total (sensus). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organisasional memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.Kata kunci: Motivasi, Beban Kerja, Organisasional, Kinerja Pegawai  AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine the impact of work motivation, workload, and organizational commitment on employee performance.
