The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of autocratic leadership style (X1), participatory (X2) and delegation (X3) on work motivation (Y) Navy Personnel. The research method used was a questionnaire with a sample of 55 people. Measurement of variables using Linkert scale techniques with 1-5 weighting values. To find out the relationship between variables X1, X2 and X3 to Y using statistical techniques correlation analysis, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression, and to test the significance level using the test which is processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 15 program. The conclusion of this study is that there is a strong influence from the autocratic leadership style, participatory and delegation on the work motivation of the Indonesian Navy Personnel. Then it was recommended to the Leaders at the Indonesian Navy Officers, to be able to maintain and continue to develop autocratic leadership styles, participatory leadership styles, and Delegation leadership styles to better achieve organizational goals. Increased work motivation can be done by increasing the ability of officers through training or leadership for Navy Personnel who have good work performance, giving incentives or rewards to outstanding soldiers and civil servants.

This study aimed to find out: (1) the influence of leadership style toward the work performance of employees in PT. TWC Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero), (2) the influence of motivation toward the work performance of employees in PT. TWC Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero), (3) the  influence of work  discipline toward the work performance of employees in PT. TWC Borobudur, Pramban an & Ratu Boko  (Persero), (4) the influence of leadership styles, motivation and work discipline simultaneously toward the work performance of employees in PT. TWC Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero). The  sample of  this  study was  the  employees  of  PT.  Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero), there were 130 employees  in total, by using the technique of simple insidental sampling. The multiple linear regression model was  used  for  collecting  the  data  in  this  study.  The  test  validity  used in the study was confirmatory factor analysis. From the test result, there were 20 questions fallen, those were the items in questioning: the variable of leadership style with 4 questions in total; 7 questions on the variable of motivation; 6 questions on the variable of work discipline; and  also 3 questions  on  work  performance,  from  22  questions  in  total  and all of the reliable questions. The result from this study showed that the variable on leadership style (X1) had an positive effect toward the work performance of PT. TWC Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero)’s employees. The variable of motivation (X2) influenced positively toward the work performance of the employees at PT. TWC Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero). The variable of work discipline (x3) had positive effect on the work performance  of  the  employees  at  PT.  TWC  Borobudur,  Prambanan  &  Ratu  Boko (Persero). The variable of leadership style, motivation and work discipline altogether or simultaneously had a significant effect toward the work performance of employee at PT. TWC Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero).

The purpose of this study was to analyze work motivation and leadership style on employee performance. This research is a quantitative study using the method of causality analysis. The sample of this study was 53 employees of the Class III Serui Port Administration Unit (KUPP). The research instrument was a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that 1) work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Class III Serui Papua Port Administration Unit Office. The higher the work motivation possessed by employees, the higher the resulting performance. 2) Leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Serui Papua Class III Port Administration Unit Office.

This paper examines the correlation between leadership styles and employee engagement. For the purpose of our research, we have used a random sample of 594 respondents who are employed in both the public and the private sector in Slovenia. The main goal of the research is to contribute to the understanding of how one independent variable (X1- a Dummy variable for Leadership style; X1= 0 mostly or over 50% of the leaders use the autocratic style of leadership; X1= 1 otherwise) impacts the Y variable (employee engagement). Online surveys combined with face-to-face as well as online interviews were carried out from 4 January to 14 March 2016. For statistical analysis, IBM SPSS 20 has been used and linear regression analysis applied. Based on the linear regression F (1, 586) =1.786, p-value = 0.182, R-square = 0.003), we have found out that there is not any statistically significant (at the 5% significance level) correlation between leadership style and employee engagement. We have also come to a conclusion that autocratic style is mainly used in employee management by Slovenian leaders. Moreover, there is no statistically significant difference at the 5% significance level in leadership styles that are used between genders.

This study aimed to determine the effect of Leadership Styles and Work Discipline of Employee Performance on Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Medan. The population in this study were all employees of Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Medan. Sampling in this study using a stratified sampling, the sample is 64 Employees. The data used in this study is primary data. The Primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaire. Analysis using multiple linear regression formula Y = a + b1x1 + b2X2 and processed using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. From the analysis of data obtained by multiple regression equation is: Y = 5,965+ 0,656 0,276 X1 + X2. T test at significance level α = 0.05, tcount X1 = 4,497 and table = 1.677. So tcount> ttable. Thus the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of leadership style and performance Employees of Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Medan. Meanwhile tcount X2 = 2.247. So tcount> ttable. Thus the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables on the performance of employee and work discipline of Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Medan. From the test results obtained F test namely Fcount 14.377> 3.15 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between variables Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Medan.

This study aims to analyze and prove work, work experience and leadership styles on employee work simultaneously or partially. This study used a survey using a questionnaire to 96 respondents, PT ELKAU staff. Sample selection is based on random sampling everywhere Every participant has the same opportunity to take samples. The results of this study prove that work motivation, work experience and leadership styles simultaneously influence employee performance. Partially, work experience increases performance with a significant level of 0,000, work motivation while positive performance on performance is significant level of 0.017 and leadership style increases positive performance on work performance with a significant level of 0,000. Further research is expected to add other factors that can improve job performance.

This paper aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at Bank Mandiri Syariah Palu Indonesia. This study employed a quantitative study, and the data were collected through a survey. There were 48 samples in this study. We used the saturation sampling technique to determine the samples because all populations were recruited for the samples. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that leadership style and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance at the Bank Mandiri Syariah Palu Indonesia. Among those variables, leadership style has a more significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, work motivation has less influence on employees' work performance, but it still plays a role in the employees' work performance. Our study contributes to better strategy in managing leadership and works motivation to enhance employees' work performances within Islamic banking industries.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance in the Archives and Library of Aceh Province. This research was conducted at the Archive and Library Agency of the Province of Aceh, with the object of research being the effect of compensation, Leadership Style and work motivation on employee performance at the Archive and Library Board of the Province of Aceh. This analysis is based on data obtained from 181 population determination of the sample in this study using the Slovin formula, which is 44 people sampled. In this study, the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis methods (Multiple Linear Regression) which are processed with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program. The results of the study based on the F test (simultaneously) obtained an F-count of 24.196 while the Ftable at a significant level α = 5% was 3.225. This shows that Fcount> F table, with a significance level of 0,000. The results of this calculation can be drawn a conclusion that accepting the null hypothesis, meaning that the compensation variable (X1) leadership style (X2) and work motivation (X3), jointly have a significant effect on employee performance at the Aceh Provincial Archives and Library Board. This means that overall respondents agreed to the indicators examined, thereby affecting the performance of employees at the Aceh Provincial Archives and Library Board. While partially from the three variables examined, it turns out that the compensation variable (X1) which has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Aceh Provincial Archives and Library Agency, because the regression coefficient is greater than the other variables. Keywords: compensation, leadership style, work motivation, employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa dewan pelaksana pengelola masjid agung jawa tengah. Peneletian ini menggunakan metode sensus data dari 119 responden. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratisdi peroleh nilai t hitung 6,125 > 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Variabel disiplin kerja di peroleh nilai t hitung – 1,419 < 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,159 > 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa TengahBerdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) diketahui bahwa F hitung > F tabel (20,337 > 2,68), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama – sama gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) terhadap variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja menunjukan pengaruh terhadap kinerja kariawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah sebesar 24,7%. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 24,7% = 74,3%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of democratic leadership style and work discipline on the work performance of the executive board of managers of the Central Java Grand Mosque. This research uses census data method from 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis using a partial test (t test) democratic leadership style variables in the t value obtained 6.125> 1.657 (t table) with a significance level of 0.000 F table (20,337> 2.68), so that it can be concluded that simultaneously or together the democratic leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) on the variables of democratic leadership style and work discipline showed an influence on the performance of caribou on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque manager at 24,7%.
