Analisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dewan Pelaksana Pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa dewan pelaksana pengelola masjid agung jawa tengah. Peneletian ini menggunakan metode sensus data dari 119 responden. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratisdi peroleh nilai t hitung 6,125 > 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Variabel disiplin kerja di peroleh nilai t hitung – 1,419 < 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,159 > 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa TengahBerdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) diketahui bahwa F hitung > F tabel (20,337 > 2,68), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama – sama gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) terhadap variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja menunjukan pengaruh terhadap kinerja kariawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah sebesar 24,7%. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 24,7% = 74,3%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. This research uses census data method from 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis using a partial test (t test) democratic leadership style variables in the t value obtained 6.125> 1.657 (t table) with a significance level of 0.000 F table (20,337> 2.68), so that it can be concluded that simultaneously or together the democratic leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) on the variables of democratic leadership style and work discipline showed an influence on the performance of caribou on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque manager at 24,7%. Luke Ma. Thesis, 2017. The influence of placement and promotion of office on the performance of employess of PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang. Supervisor: Try Suris Lestari, S.Kom.,MM.        The problem in this research is placement data and promotion position at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang is not in accordance with the standards set by Nasional Gramedia in KPI rules (key performance indicator), KPI/STD/GAM/02/2011 for 2012-2016. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the placement and promotion of positions partially and simultaneously significant effect on employee performance at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang in 2012-2016? Based on the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the effect of placement and promotion of positions partially and simultaneouslly on the performance of employees at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang.        The data needed in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained by way of distributing questionnaires, interviews, and study documentation. Data were analyzed statistically by using multiple linear regression technique which was processed with SPSS program version 20.00. The result of data analysis shows the influence of job placement and promotion on employee performance shown by coefficient of determination ( ) equal to 86,1% and the rest 13,9% influenced by other factors like work motivation, employee compesation, discipline level, leadership style, employee and other employee loyalty.        Based on the results of data analysis suggested to the management of PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang for the placement process is expected to pay attention to the elements of education level, working knowledge, work skilss, and work experience, as well as in the promotion phase of office to pay attention to the rules for its assesment given objectively and effectively through carring, credible, competen, competetive and customer delight. So it will be very useful to improve employee work performance. Furthermore, to other researchers are expected to conduct further research to determine the performance of employees at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang such as work motivation, employee compesation, discipline level, leadership style, employee work loyalty that can support the results of this study.

Abstract PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Pemangkat is a state-owned company tasked with distributing electricity and providing services to the public. PLN Rayon Pemangkat, Singkawang Area, West Kalimantan Region. PLN Rayon Pemangkat has two Units namely the Tebas and Sentebang Units. The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on performance. The population of this research is all of the employees of PLN Pemangkat rayon, amounting to 109 people with the study sample using a census. Data analysis using SPSS V22, the results of the t test show that QWL (X) significantly affects Employee Performance (Y) with a significance level of 0,000 <0,005 or H1 accepted. Then based on the regression results it is known that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.511. This means that 51.1 percent of the performance of PLN Pemangkat staff is influenced by Quality of Work Life, while the remaining 48.9 percent is influenced by other variables outside the variables in this study. The advice given is, to maintain the performance of employees to remain good, then PLN Rayon Pemangkat must continue to improve the quality of work life of their employees in order to jointly achieve company goals. ABSTRACT Background: Stress is unavoidable on workplaces, employees who feel stress are more likely to be less motivated, less satisfied, show poor performance, and less productivity. The purpose of this study was to examine factors affecting the performance of health workers at the community health centers in Klaten, Central Java. Subjects and Method: A cross sectional study was conducted at community health centers in Klaten, Central Java, from November to December 2019. A sample of 200 health workers was selected by stratified random sampling. The dependent variable was work performance. The independent variables were work stress, education, tenure, leadership style, and type of work. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by a multiple logistic regression run on Stata 13. Results: Health workers performance increased with democratic leadership style (b= 1.40; 95% CI= 0.44 to 2.36; p= 0.004), education (undergraduate and magister) (b= 1.58; 95% CI= 0.65 to 2.52; p= 0.001), tenure ≥6 years (b= 1.72; 95% CI= 0.73 to 2.70; p= 0.001), single job (b= 2.05; 95% CI= 1.07 to 3.03; p<0.001). Health workers performance decreased with high work stress (b= -1.65; 95% CI= -2.58 to -0.72; p= 0.001). Conclusion: Health workers performance increases with democratic leadership style, education, tenure ≥6 years, and single job. Health workers performance decreases with high work stress. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment, and work stress on employee performance at PT. NT Indonesia. This type of research uses quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 74 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using the SPSS program. The analysis used includes the analysis of the coefficient of determination, F Test, and Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results showed that leadership style affected employee performance, work environment affected employee performance, job stress affected employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work performance on employee performance, to analyze the effect of incentives on employee performance, to analyze the effect of discipline on employee performance, to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance, and to analyze the effect of work performance, incentives, discipline, leadership style on employee performance. The population of this study were employees of PT. Austin Engineering Indonesia, amounting to 175 people in the store. The sample consisted of 175 respondents, who were taken with a saturated sampling method. Data analysis using multiple regression with SPSS. The results of this study can be concluded that work performance has a significant effect on employee performance, incentives have a significant effect on employee performance, discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. Job performance, incentives, discipline, and leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine how much influence Education and Training on Employee Performance at PT. Indonesian Telecommunications (Telkom) Regional VII Gorontalo. The sample in this study were 67 people. Then the data analysis uses simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of the study show that the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.406. This value means that 40.6% of Work Achievement at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) Gorontalo Regional VII is influenced by the Education and Training program conducted by the company. The influence of other variables on employee performance is 59.4%. Keywords: Education and Training, employee work performance.

<p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the Influence of Leadership Style, Incentives and Work Environment on Job Performance in Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bogor Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and implemented for 118 employees. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 24.</em></p><p><em>The results of this study explain that between leadership style, incentive and work environment have a significant influence on the performance of employees partially and simultaneously. For the variable that has the most dominant influence on the work performance is the style of leadership, so to obtain optimal employee performance hence leadership style factors, incentives and work environment needs to be improved.</em></p>

From the discussion that has been described, then conclusions can be drawn as follows; The results of testing the research hypothesis there is an effect of Motivation on the Performance of employees of PT.Panin Bank Branch Atmo Palembang, the results of testing the hypothesis that there is no influence of the Democratic leadership style on the performance of employees of PT. ABSTRACTHuman Resources (HR) has an important role as a potential driver of all activities of the company. Every company should be able to maintain, maintain and improve the quality of Human Resources (HR) performance. All actions taken in every activity are initiated and determined by the human being who is a member of the company. Primary data source in this study was obtained from PT Mega Auto Finance in Surabaya in the form of questionnaire results. In this research use full sample where PT Mega Auto Finance in Surabaya become population as well as sample. test coefficient of determination obtained R value of 0.736 this R Square number of 73.6%, indicating that Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline is explained by Employee Performance variables, while the rest of (100% - 73.6%) = 26.04% is explained by other factors not included in this research model. Variable X1 (leadership style) t arithmetic equal to 6,848, thus t arithmetic> t table (6,848> 2,410) which statistically stated significant (influential); Variable X2 (motivation) t arithmetic equal to -1.066, thus t arithmetic> t table (-1.066 <2.410) which; Variable X3 (work discipline) t arithmetic equal to -1.593, thus t arithmetic> t table (-1.593 <2.410) statistically, Variable X3 (work discipline) does not affect variable Y (Employee Performance). Keywords: Democratic Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of employee compensation, motivation and work discipline variables on PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Palu. The population used in this study is 46 respondents, the entire population is made as respondents (census). Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression method using the help of SPSS for Windows Relase 20.0 program. Hypothesis testing used has a significance level of α = 0.05. The test results obtained that simultaneously compensation, motivation and work discipline affect performance, with the regression equation of Y = α + b1X1 + b2X2 + b3X3 or Y = 2,338 + 0,718 (X1) + 0,164 (X2) + 0,162 (X3) and with the level The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.679 or 67.9% while the remaining 32.1% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study. Partially with the standard obtained the results of research X1, X2 and X3 have an effect on Y with a significance value of X1 of 0.00, X2 of 0.03 and X3 of 0.00.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui Pengaruh variabel kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja kinerja karyawan pada PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Palu. Populasi yang digunakan dalam  penelitian ini  yaitu 46 responden, seluruh populasi dijadikan responden (sensus). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan bantuan dari program SPSS for Windows Relase 20,0. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan mempunyai taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa secara serempak  kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, dengan persamaan regresi sebesarY = α + b1X1 + b2X2+ b3X3 atau Y = 2,338 + 0,718(X1)+ 0,164(X2) + 0,162(X3)dan dengan tingkat koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,679 atau 67,9% sedangkan sisanya 32,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini. Secara parsial dengan standar diperoleh hasil penelitian X1, X2  dan X3 berpengaruh terhadap Y dengan nilai  signifikansi X1sebesar 0,00, X2  sebesar 0,03 dan X3 sebesar 0,00.
