With the advent of the information age, the function of big data is becoming more and more powerful in the new era. In the process of news dissemination in colleges and universities, there are many deficiencies that affect teaching efficiency, such as strict teaching methods in traditional teaching mode, insufficient learning initiative of students, and poor practical ability. With the help of information technology and modern big data technology, college news communication technology can create rich and varied teaching environment for students, guide students to practice and promote the improvement of comprehensive quality.

The modernization of our country has opened a new era, and the “Internet +” national strategy has gone deep into various areas of people’s livelihood. Faced with many changes in the new situation, a variety of emerging information technologies continue to integrate into the classroom, such as Baidu teaching, Whiteboard, IPAD, flipping classroom, and learning space and so on, which makes the teacher’s teaching method and organization form have very big changes. There is a certain “flip” in the classroom indeed. This study explores the connotation and characteristics of music intelligent teaching and the main factors that affect the formation of music teachers’ intelligent teaching under the background of “Internet +” education. In this paper, the related strategies of the formation of wisdom teaching are applied through the design of the auxiliary system, in order to optimize the traditional teaching mode by making full use of the network technology, improve the teaching efficiency, and train more and more music talents for the country.

<p>With the rapid development of smart phones and communication technology, the frequency of communication between the public and society through telecommunication equipment is increasing. At the same time, some lawless elements often cheat the public through telecommunication equipment, which brings irreparable economic losses to the society and the masses to a certain extent. In view of the above problems, this article takes the source of telecommunication fraud as the breakthrough point, analyzes the existing telecommunication fraud processing technology and points out its shortcomings, and then proposes a method of telephone fraud analysis based on big data technology. This technology fills the defects of the existing telecommunication interception technology and provides a new idea for effectively avoiding telecommunication fraud in the future.</p>

With the advent of the information age, the way people obtain information has changed profoundly. The wave of informationization in higher education has also come with it, and the teaching mode, teaching content, and teaching form are constantly innovated. How to organically integrate information technology into education teaching in order to care for learners’ learning experience and promote the cultivation of new talents is an issue that current educational technology researchers need to pay great attention to. This paper first builds a complete blended teaching model of public English for higher education, but its application effect needs to be further examined. This paper is an investigation in the background of the current era to build a blended teaching model. Based on the continuous development of the era, the ideology and application technology of this field will keep upgrading, so the teaching model also needs to be changed and updated according to the characteristics of the development of the era. The investigation of mixed teaching modes is not permanent. The investigation of the mixed teaching mode is not permanent. At present, only a few courses apply the blended teaching mode. On the basis of the continuous updating of teaching concepts and the latest technologies, it is foreseen that the focus of subsequent investigations will be on the individualized development of the blended teaching mode.

Nowadays, the rapid development of information technology has increasingly penetrated into all walks of society and even people’s lives. Developing a new teaching mode by integrating internet, big data and traditional teaching has become the main theme of contemporary education. This paper studies the connotation of educational informatization and Blended Teaching theory and puts forward the Blended Teaching mode of College English by improving teachers’ informationized teaching ability, constructing the diversified teaching platform, and setting up informationized teaching resource base, adopting different teaching methods and strategies, so as to improve students’ enthusiasm and autonomy in College English learning and enhance the effect of College English teaching.

Plant biology, as a significant compulsory course for biological science students, is intuitive and practical, which plays a unique role in improving students' comprehensive quality and cultivating their innovation ability. Because of its strong practical characteristics, the experimental course is of great necessity in the study of this course. This paper analyzes the traditional teaching mode of plant biology experiment, as well as its shortcomings in modern teaching, and puts forward diversified reform methods based on the development of contemporary plant biology to promote the teaching mode of plant biology experiment to meet the needs of contemporary students on this subject. Based on the rapid development of modern science and technology, this paper includes the teaching contents, teaching methods, and assessment system of plant biology experiments, and discusses them respectively. Based on big data, business English teaching mode is a reform of traditional teaching mode. It comprehensively records the teaching process through real-time data sharing. This paper discusses the application of "big data" in business English teaching design, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation. It is proposed that business English teaching mode under the background of big data can fully mobilize autonomy and creativity, which is conducive to deepening classroom teaching reform, carrying out all-round independent learning, strengthening daily teaching management, optimizing talent training mode and promoting educational informatization reform.
