Plant biology, as a significant compulsory course for biological science students, is intuitive and practical, which plays a unique role in improving students' comprehensive quality and cultivating their innovation ability. Because of its strong practical characteristics, the experimental course is of great necessity in the study of this course. This paper analyzes the traditional teaching mode of plant biology experiment, as well as its shortcomings in modern teaching, and puts forward diversified reform methods based on the development of contemporary plant biology to promote the teaching mode of plant biology experiment to meet the needs of contemporary students on this subject. Based on the rapid development of modern science and technology, this paper includes the teaching contents, teaching methods, and assessment system of plant biology experiments, and discusses them respectively. This paper aims to improve the teaching efficiency of modern plant biology experiments and help to achieve the goal of efficiently improving students' innovation and scientific research ability.

Community education study tour instructors are important action elements of community education tours. It is necessary to sort out the abilities of community education study tour instructors as well as construct a scientific and reasonable professional ability index system for community education study tour instructors, so as to promote the high-quality development of community education as well as the modernization of lifelong education governance system and governance ability. Based on the practice of community education in Jiangsu and the basic theory of pedagogy, this paper puts forward five core vocational abilities of community education, including travel education and teaching ability, curriculum development ability, management and research ability, training and guidance ability, as well as study tour guarantee ability. This paper attempts to sort out the ability of community education study tour instructors through research and analysis. A three-dimensional and multi-dimensional framework of community education instructors’ ability has been constructed to provide a path for the professional development of community education study tour instructors.

Blended learning based on information technology, emphasizes students’ central position and teachers’ leading role in teaching and learning. In view of this, the author attempts to apply the model to the instruction of the course Business English Writing. In the instructional design, the author navigates students to enhance the input of sample texts on the basis of webbased autonomous learning and organizes cooperative learning so as to increase students’ writing practice, thus improving their research ability and communicative skills. Consequently, the two major problems—deficiency in language input because of limited class hours and lack of interaction owing to the large size of classes can be effectively solved.

Abstract Background: To explore the construction of the trainers' ability system of the community practice base of general practice under the background of hospital / community integrated teaching of general practice. Methods: literature analysis, Delphi discussion and questionnaire survey were used in the study, and exploratory factor analysis was used to extract competency. Results: there are 4 first level indicators and 20 second level indicators in the system, among which the first level indicators are: personal characteristics and professionalism, teaching and research ability, basic level clinical practice ability, and base organization management ability. Conclusion: the index system enriches the theory of teachers' ability in community practice base of general practice medicine, and provides empirical research basis for the selection, ability training and performance evaluation of teachers in community practice base of general practice medicine.

Objective To understand the current situation of emergency nurses’ specialty competence and propose improvement strategies accordingly, aiming to provide a reference for the comprehensive enhancement of nurse competency as well as the selection and training of high-level nursing management talents. Methods Using a self-made questionnaire based on literature review, 266 emergency specialist nurses in 15 tertiary general hospitals in Guangdong Province were surveyed through the questionnaire star. Results The survey showed that the participants appeared to have a high level of self-confidence and recognition for most indicators, as suggested by a high score (195.46±23.64), except for the aspect of scientific research ability. The scores of scientific research ability items ranged from 3 to 15 points (the 50th quantile was 9 points), and the score was 10.41±2.28 with a median score of 10, indicating that clinical nurses lacked confidence in scientific research abilities. The results of linear regression analysis suggested that gender, job title, publications in recent 5 years, and whether directly affiliated to a teaching hospital were the influencing factors that affect the competence of emergency nurses. Conclusions Scientific research ability is the major shortcoming of emergency specialist nurses. The influencing factors that affect nurses’ competencies include gender, professional title, publications in recent 5 years and whether directly affiliated to a teaching hospital. Nursing scientific research is the power source of the continuous development of nursing discipline. Therefore, it is recommended that the leaders of healthcare authorities and hospitals should strengthen the training of nursing scientific research and improve the scientific research ability of nurses.

В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы использования кейс-технологии в процессе изучения дисциплины «Военная психология и педагогика» у курсантов. В статье указаны следующие условия повышения мотивации курсантов к изучению «Военной педагогики и психологии» а также указаны методы самостоятельных работ над ситуацией, где курсанты выполняют разновидности аналитической деятельности. Также указан анализ, что в ходе научно-исследовательской деятельности приобретаются и развиваются следующие качества у курсантов такие как: умение самостоятельно проводить исследование; умение работать с научно-технической литературой; инициатива и творчество; использование, расширение и углубление психолого-педагогических знаний и умений; опыт совместной работы с преподавателями специальных дисциплин; самоутверждение учащихся в данной предметной области и т.д. Кроме этого предлагается активная работа учащихся на основе использовании кейса, которая рассчитана на индивидуальное и групповое выполнение данных ситуаций. This article discusses the use of case technology in the process of studying the discipline "Military psychology and pedagogy" among cadets. The article specifies the following conditions for increasing the motivation of cadets to study "Military pedagogy and Psychology" and also specifies methods of independent work on the situation where cadets perform types of analytical activities. The analysis also indicates that in the course of research activities, the following qualities are acquired and developed in cadets, such as: the ability to independently conduct research; ability to work with scientific and technical literature; initiative and creativity; use, expansion and deepening of psychological and pedagogical knowledge and skills; experience of joint work with teachers of special disciplines; self-affirmation of students in this subject area, etc. In addition, it offers active work of students based on the use of the case, which is designed for individual and group implementation of these situations.
