Using high-technology digital platforms in the operation of machine-building enterprises involves active implementation of CAD products. The presence of digital display associated with the PLM systems, signifies the transition to a new type of production. Under these conditions, a 3D model of a part acts as a means of navigating the technological process. Using small machine-building enterprises as an example, the experience of 3D design on the platforms of domestic CAD systems is presented in this work. Automation in the production process acts as the integration of the main stages — design, technological and engineering analysis — into a single information stream. The PLM platform integrates CAD software modules into a common information space using uniform rules, forming technical documentation containing 3D models and 2D drawings, and supporting attributes on project components. It also forms the basis of teamwork. A package of the documents serves as the goal of the pre-production cycle, the condition for the modification of products and a means of combining all the links of the chain from the customer to the consumer into a single information space.

Machine building is one of the leading industries. A modern man cannot exist without mechanical production. Nevertheless, the volume of manufactured products is large, and each part of it requires normative and technical documentation. Standards are introduced at enterprises to meet the demand of consumers in mechanical production. The standards also allow mechanical production to compete in domestic and foreign marketplaces. This paper analyzes the machine-building industry. The features and leading centres of machine-building placement are given. The main standardization problem in the field of machine-building was also considered, and the issue of harmonization of national and international standards for mechanical production was touched. The application of standards at machine-building enterprises was analyzed.

The article examines the factors influencing the growth of the economic potential of machine-building enterprises through an in-depth analysis of industry trends. The volumes of sold products of machine-building enterprises are analyzed. It was found that business leaders skillfully set up production with a long production cycle, which allows businesses in the machine-building industry to ensure the stability of production processes and continuity in the supply of finished products, as the industry is mainly large stages of the product life cycle. The necessity of managing the economic potential of machine-building enterprises by analyzing the indicators of production costs of their products is established. The influence of inflationary processes taking place in the country is taken into account and studied. In the context of macroeconomic preconditions of economic potential management the assets of enterprises of the branch were considered, which characterize its production possibilities and allow estimating the production component of economic potential of machine-building enterprises, and their structure and dynamics reflect spatially oriented nature of enterprise management. The importance of ensuring the processes of digitalization of production potential for the formation of spatial-oriented management of the economic potential of machine-building enterprises is emphasized. The dynamics of capital investment in the acquisition of software by machine-building enterprises indicates the growing role of digital technologies and digital data in the industry, and is one of the main prerequisites for the formation of information potential of enterprises as part of the economic potential. The necessity of taking into account the financial potential as a basis for resource provision of the activity of machine-building enterprises in the management of their economic potential is argued. It was found that the average wage in industry is slightly higher than in Ukraine as a whole, which is due to the knowledge-intensive industry and special working conditions that require the formation of specific human resources, and appropriate pay.

Today there is an inconsistency issue between tak-ing the management decisions and the required production condition at machine-building enterprises, including high production costs, long period of a production cycle and the operational delays. For solving the problem the author of the work has investigated production and management at machine-building enterprise on the basis of system analysis. The approach for coordinating purposes and indicators at the strategic, tactical and operational level of management at machine-building enterprise is offered. The proposed technical solutions are introduced in CJSC CC Bryansk Engineering Plant and universal theu can be applied at all machine-building enterprises of the country.

The current state and trends in developing logistics activities at machine-building enterprises is studied through evaluating the efficiency of financial flows. It is noted that studying the current state and trends in the logistics activities at machine-building enterprises is a necessary condition for the revival of mechanic engineering in our country. It is noted that the machine-building industry has specific features in management, which are associated with high costs for raw materials, energy, transportation, and labor resources. Mostly, products of machine-building enterprises have a fairly long usage (consumption) cycle, and are quite large, so their sale causes problems during periods of economic crisis, in contrast to, for example, food products. It is established that for the industry to undergo sustainable development, it needs to attract capital investments. The general problem with the level of financing, including the machine-building industry, negatively affects the prospects for reorganizing the production cycle, involving innovative technologies, introducing resource- and energy-saving processes in production, complying with environmental management. It is this set of conditions that is the key to making products of Ukraine’s machine-building industry attractive for global market consumers, and therefore, to increasing financial flows. As a result of the study, a methodological approach to evaluating the logistics activities at machine-building enterprises by selected indices of financial logistics is suggested, where the indices can be calculated on the basis of the annual financial statements of enterprises as for their balance (statement of financial position) and financial results (statement of comprehensive income), making it possible to identify both factors influencing the results of the economic activity of machine-building enterprises, and the degree of this influence. The calculated values of the relative efficiency ratios of financial logistics in managing accounts receivable and payable related to product flows can serve as input data to build a mathematical model for forecasting the efficiency of logistics activities at machine-building enterprises in Ukraine

Introduction. One of the leading causes of occupational health loss, especially in mining and machine-building enterprises, is the combined impact of industrial noise and vibration. The wide prevalence of cardiovascular diseases is one of the most important medical and social problems, due to persistent disability and high mortality, bringing prevention of health disorders to the first place as the basis for preserving labor longevity. The aim of study is to identify the main approaches aimed at preventing health problems in workers who come into contact with vibration and noise at mining and machine-building enterprises. Materials and methods. A survey and survey of 296 industrial workers was conducted. Group 1 (160 people) included men who were exposed to noise and vibration factors above the maximum permissible levels, group 2 consisted of 136 men who did not have direct contact with noise and vibration generating equipment. When conducting an in-depth laboratory and instrumental examination in a hospital setting, all workers additionally calculated the level of cardiovascular risk on the SCORE scale. Statistical analysis was performed using the software package "Statistica 6.0". Results. It is determined that the priority adverse factors of the working environment in production are noise and vibration. It has been shown that individuals who come into contact with these factors are more likely to detect violations of lipid metabolism and endothelial function, have a higher average heart rate and systolic blood pressure, and have an increased risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. Conclusions. Taking into account the obtained results of the proposed diagnostic approaches aimed at the prevention of health disorders among workers of industrial enterprises. If employees are found to have an increased cardiovascular risk, it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth examination and timely medical and preventive measures.
